PERBANDINGAN OPENVZ DENGAN KERNEL BASED VIRTUAL MACHINE (KVM) Chairul Mukmin; Widya Cholil

Server virtualization is one system that uses energy and can work simultaneously. In this study the comparison of OpenVZ based hypervisors with kernel virtual machine (KVM) hypervisors will be compared on a virtual private server (VPS) machine. The research method uses PPDIOO developed by Cisco in network system design. The phases in the PPDIOO method are Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. The results of this study are OpenVZ-based virtual machines are more stable than KVM because the level of efficiency of existing resources is more efficient use of OpenVZ-based virtual machines with data using 0.8% CPU performance and 589mb of memory, the level of use of KVM-based virtual machine resources is greater with 65.4% CPU performance and 2824 mb memory, OpenVZ-based virtual machines that are able to run without large resources, while KVM-based virtual machines while working together require very large resources. The development of science and information technology supports activities carried out by individuals in using technology, to support operational and management performance. Such as Mobile-based e-Samsat Service to serve vehicle taxation with two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles, especially the people of Palembang. Mobile tax payments that can make it easier and closer to densely populated locations or caused by busyness. Information systems help service income tax factors of successful application and use of information technology are user factors. The level of readiness of users to receive information technology has a major influence in determining whether or not the application of the technology is successful. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence users in using the mobile-based e-Samsat Information System in the city of Palembang. Data analysis was carried out with SPSS (Statistical package for the social science) with the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) software which is a technology acceptance model that will be used by technology users. By evaluating e-Samsat, it is to find out whether the system has served motor vehicle tax payments properly and has met service quality standards. This study will evaluate the performance of e-Samsat with TAM instruments

Universitas Bina Darma has implemented an academic system located at http://sisfo.binadarma.ac.id. In the academic system, there is some information that can be obtained by the students. From all menus contained in Universitas Bina Darma academic system it can be seen that all the prepared information is indeed very important and helpful especially for college students. With regard to the importance and the benefits felt by students it will arise a perceived satisfaction of information obtained from the academic system. To measure the level of satisfaction of students against the University's academic system Bina Darma then used standard ISO 9126. The results showed that the six components of the standard ISO 9126 provide enough our satisfaction for the students in the use of academic information systems.

The goverment implements development in Indonesia, requires substantial funds. The entry of cash from the Land and Building Tax is the most important part for the development of a region, with the results that have been obtained by the regional government can increase regional development with various infrastructures that help the community to carry out various activities and make the area more advanced. One type of tax is the Land and Building Tax (PBB). With the increasing number of taxpayers and data paying contributions directly into the treasury of state finances, the UPT BPPD of SU II Subdistrict of Palembang city did not know how many obedient and non-compliant taxpayers. In this study using data mining techniques, namely classification by applying the Naive Bayes algorithm and getting from the number of taxpayers as many as 1,647 taxpayers with an accuracy of 99.33% which has the potential to not be on time in 16 ulu villages at 0,437 and sub-district households with data of 0.229.

Effective and efficient learning today is so well known that it is called computer-based learning. Learning activities are conducted more thoroughly so that teachers can train students on an ongoing basis until the students can achieve learning to completion. The purpose of this research is to know the Application of Computer Based Learning by Teachers at SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Baturaja Barat. The type of this research is quantitative is descriptive. Population and sample in this research is all teacher who do study at SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Baturaja Barat. Data collection tool in this study using questionnaires and documentation and data analysis techniques used is to use the formula percentage. The results of research on the application of computer-based learning as a whole is very good. This is evidenced by the questionnaire that has been filled by the respondents

The libraries are the means used to obtain information because the library has a collection that can be used for academicians to obtain information. This study will carry out the design of the data ware house is a repository of data storage in a very large size that is capable of providing subject-oriented database for historical information and can be used to support decision-making system. In this study will be designed a Data Warehouse as a repository library is implemented using software to help Pentaho Kettle. Design of the Data Warehouse in this study using the steps in the development of a Data Warehouse.The results in this study is a draft Data Warehouse is used as a data repository library.

Archiving activity the correspondence is one of the important things that must be considered in the administrative activities in Higher Education. A lot of the stakeholders raises the number of incoming and outgoing letters associated with academic activities. A number of letters made and received administrative section of the University of Bina Darma resulted in archiving done so far by manually recording that it felt less effective and efficient again. This research aims to design and build the application of incoming and outgoing letter archiving that can be used to assist and improve performance in the administrative. Research activities will be conducted gradually starting from data collection activities to produce applications. The results of this research is the application archiving of incoming and outgoing letter as a tool in improving the efficiency, accuracy and security of archived documents and can more easily do archiving incoming mail and outgoing mail and archive search of incoming and outgoing letter.

Geographic Information System Asset mapping will provide convenience and several advantages at once in terms of: all attributes of recorded assets data and inventory in detail, achieving orderly administration of asset recording (additions, deletions, up-dating and others), data processing Asset quickly, so that information can be obtained more effectively and efficiently, providing convenience (supporting tools) in the decision-making process because it is built on the spatial concept. The problems that arise with so many local governments located in the province of South Sumatra is planning the utilization of assets that have not been optimal because the assets owned by the government of South Sumatra Province are numerous and spread geographically in several regions of the Regency and City. The solution of the problems raised is by utilizing for mapping the assets of the region. The method in this research using descriptive method and Spiral Model as system development method.

This research aim to analyze determinant factors influence of intetion to audit software usage i.e. perceived benefits, adoption risk, organizational readiness and external pressure with technologi model acceptance (TAM) which is constucted by adding demographic characteristics factor i.e. age, expertise, and past adoption experience as a moderationg variable.The population in this research are individuals who work as auditors and dwelling place on district of DKI Jakarta. Sampling technique using purposive method, with sample quotation of 115 respondents. The data analysis method using moderated structural equation modeling (MSEM) techniques, with the validity testing and instrument reliability, goodness-of-fit model and hypothesis testing. The results of this research showed that 79,13% have using audit software. Intention to audit software is only influenced by the organizational readiness factors whereas the perceived benefits, adoption risk and external pressure have no significant effect. Overall, demographic characteristics had no moderate impacts of perceived benefits and adoption risk toward intention to audit software.

This research was conducted to help the process of teaching and learning in the classroom by utilizing information technology by utilizing e-KTP card reader with class attendance application. E-ID card now has a chip that can be used and owned by students. In this study built an application that can read the chip in e-ID card, then used as the data as a student class counter. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with design method with iterative design method. In this process is also sought chip specifications that are connected to the e-ID card to more easily find the type of card reader connected to the application. Research results can help lecturers and students in the process of recording in the classroom, and the university can monitor students and lecturers look effectively and efficiently. This application is also expected to be adopted to be applied to other relevant fields in e-ID card utilization
