In the advancement of information technology, namely the Internet, and web hosting as well as internet warnet or better known term cafe is increasingly widespread and growing every year. Many warnet that exist in the city of Palembang just a few warnet that use Linux operating system and operating system Mikrotik, this is due to the cafe just rely on the facilities provided without considering connections and needs of each client. The research will be carried out analysis implementation server operating system that has been used several internet cafés in the city of Palembang to see speed internet access. With the research is expected to see how much influence the linux operating system and a proxy server for internet access speeds at every cafe that uses server operating system and taken consideration for each Internet cafe to use Linux operating system and a proxy server in managing the Internet network.

Education is spearheading the human form smart and competitive so as to produce qualified human resources and able to compete. A good education should start from an early age. With proper education, will be able to produce children who have the intellectual quality. The exact method can provide a good mindset for children early age so that they can stimulate their memories which can also be a solid foundation in the process of intellectual development of children. The existence of the current smartphone makes it easy for children to learn. This study aimed to establish a learning application for android-based early childhood. System development method used is the Waterfall model. Applications built is expected to help the children an early age to learn both to recognize numbers, recognize letters, recognize words and counting.

The purpose of this study is the Build website at SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam in order to help users get information about the activities of student learning, teaching, school achievement, teachers and students. With her website at SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam is expected to provide fast, precise and accurate for those in need. Currently in SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam despite the availability of the Internet however, the unavailability of a website to facilitate the search of information about SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam. Systems Development Method used method of Web Engineering with stage-phases: Custumer Communication, Planning, Modeling, Contruction and Deployment. Design using UML and Programming using PHP. The results of the research the availability of Website SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam can be accessed by the user wanted to know information SMP Negeri 3 Kota Pagar Alam.

Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah founded in 1972 is located Langkan vilage. Guiding and structuring continue to be developed with the reform in the field of education, methodology, development of infrastructure and expand the functions of the cottage as a faith-based educational institutions and public. Student who learn from different regions, namely South Sumatra, Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau, West Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung and Jakarta. With a diverse area of origin of students, as well as the many activities in addition to education, the financial management of the students and the cottage needs to be improved. Therefore in this study have been developed e-finance using Extreme Programmimg. Where in the e-finance have a payment feature, the financial statements and reports arrears in payment of fees. E-finance has also been tested with a black box approach that states all the functional software running well.

Currently criminality condition has been greatly improved. This is due to lack of employment and the high prices of daily necessities that impact on increasing crime rate. Crime is not just happening on the streets, but also in housing. Many homes are visited by people who are not responsible, who then takes the valuables. This situation requires us to be more careful so as reduce the level of crime that occurs in housing projects. The solution is that we can create a tool that can detect the presence of people who do not want. How the tool works based microcontroller are as follows: 1) If there is a presence of people, then the sensor the presence of people going to work, 2) the sensor will send writing (text) to mobile phones via Bluetooth, 3) the sensor will also enable the system alarms.

The study was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang, this time the schools have not implemented the Academic Information System so as to find out the available information about the new student of the school and the community must come directly to school and the information provided was incomplete for the researchers want to create a System Information WEB based academic by applying methods of Search Engine Optimization with this method will facilitate the public to find the information they need about the school because this method uses keywords directly to the desired information. The method used in the development of this software is the Waterfall method. The goal of this research is to produce a website Academic Information System which aims to provide information about the school Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang and to develop this system in the future expect this school to increase the number of new students.

Website is a technological facility that can help introduce or promote an agency, institution or school. To see the level of ease of use of the website on SMKN Palembang measurement of the web site services. Measuring level of user convenience using the method of Usability Testing. Usability testing is an attribute to assess how easy to use website interface, which has five components, namely Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, and Satisfaction. Website at each school for the users of the website by using the method of Usability Testing concluded that the average website has points are good enough and can be used by users, especially in the variable learnability the average school scored > 60%, where in the category table measurement of usability presentation in the category enough. Each school each user has different responses in the delivery of questionnaires with questions based on the categories of Usability Testing methods.

This research was done to make the Dashboard System Operational Information Office PT Telkomsel Branch demang Lebar Daun Palembang using PHP and Mysql. In this research Dashboard System Operational Information Office can manage the data generated work routines include vehicle data, vehicle operational data, telephone data, the data usage of telephone, electrical data and electricity usage data in the PT. Telkomsel Branch demat Lebar Daun Palembang. Office Operational Information System Dashboard is made also to support the bookkeeping of the cost which is issued by the office of PT. Telkomsel Palembang Branch demang Lebar Daun in the form of reports that the operational facility at the office of PT. Telkomsel Branch demang Lebar Daun Palembang. In the development of the Office of Operations Information System Dashboard using waterfall development method comprising the steps of planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing.

Along with the development of technology, also developed a technology system capable of adopting processes and human thinking is an expert system that contains a certain knowledge so that everyone can use it to solve a problem that is specific, in this case is to build a knowledge-based system of doctors to diagnose panyakit tuberculosis , Using PHP with MySQL database. Methods of an expert system is forward chaining with the decision-making tables of supporting data quoted from the relevant experts and other supporting materials. With the facilities provided to users and administrators, allowing both users and administrators to use the system according to their respective needs. Users are given the ease in knowing information of tuberculosis with clinical symptoms, as well as appropriate consultation with a doctor through several questions that must be answered user to find out the diagnosis. While the administrators a simple way to manage the system, both processes add, delete or update the latest data.

This study aimed to analyze the factors that cause the occurrence of traffic congestion in some urban and solve it by using an expert system. Sistem serves to record and duplicate the capabilities of experts. Expert systems in this study was built within the framework of network optimization designed to solve the problem of traffic congestion in urban areas. Control of traffic jams and optimal well not be possible without the use of intelligent data management system and realtime. In this study, we were able to improve the quality of congestion control in both the strategic aspects as well as operasional. This Research using survey methods, and development models. The results of the study are: a) traffic management policy input and control traffic congestion of Dishubkominfo Palembang and municipal police; and b) the optimization model and control traffic congestion at the intersection; c) the data processing for controlling the traffic congestion that can be implemented to overcome congestion in some urban areas.
