Abstract

The computer lab is one of the media facilities for learning and research at the University of Bina Darma Palembang, where the performance of the computer labs greatly affect the quality possessed by a laboratory computer, to maintain the performance of a computer lab needed a strategy to continue to enhance the development of the computer lab. Utilization of cloud computing for data storage, application software together as well as the use of infrastructure and hardware on a computer network. The design of cloud computing for computer laboratorium Universitas Bina Darma Palembang aimed at a preliminary design for a computer lab development as a center of learning and research for faculty and students. The design uses a cloud computing service model of Software as a Service (SaaS) and using the model of private cloud computing.

Abstract

Data processing system of training participants in LP3SDM AZRA, still use a simple computer application. Data recording process requires a rather long time and also can occur repeatedly writing of participant data (data duplication) caused by the negligence of officials. In the process of data search takes a long time having to search the data training participants in the book. This research aims to building a computerized training participants data processing system in LP3SDM AZRA Palembang. This research uses waterfall model of system development methods.The results obtained of this Research are this data processing system can help the process of inputting the data training participants in LP3SDM AZRA Palembang becomes easier and can simplify the process of data search training participants more quickly and can reduce errors in data entry training participants and can reduce duplication data of participants.

Abstract

Final Project is a compulsory subject to be resolved as a condition of graduation Politekni Jambi in academics. Administrative management of the final project at the Politeknik Jambi still considered less than optimal in terms of time. This information system modeling can be improved continuously over time can develop in a sustainable and thus can help improve the terms of service for the Politeknik Jambi. The final goal of this research, generating an information system modeling the final project is used as a reference in building information systems that include project activities end environment Politeknik Jambi, to assist existing problems, in accordance with the standards set.

Abstract

The selection of the right location for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) will have a positive influence on the development of MSMEs and is expected to provide optimal income. The criteria used to select MSME businesses are place rental costs, availability of electricity, availability of clean water, road access, parking area, level of security, proximity to suppliers, similar business and population density of implementation. The Composite Performace Index (CPI) for choosing a location produces location 4 as the best location. In this paper, a single dimension weight sensitivity test is carried out to see the stability of the CPI by conducting trials on 6 variations in the criteria weight. The sensitivity test results that the CPI local weight stability interval is 0.01≤CPI≤0.41, where Location 4 is in the first rank position. The results of the global weight stability interval are at intervals of 0.01 ≤CPI≤ 0.21, where the results of the ranking position of all alternative business locations do not change.

Abstract

Decision support System software is very useful in the assessment process of employee performance. This study implements a method known as method name 360 degrees. This method conducts feedback evaluation by combining various feedback obtained from coworkers, employees, subordinates, officers and company customers, results of the feedback assessment process will continue with the process Assessment by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which results in the decision by comparing the priority criteria so that the weight value of each criterion has been obtained by the decision. Are sorted from the largest value to the smallest. The results of the study obtained the performance value of employees in the company derived from the assessments given to all employees involved in the assessment.

Abstract

General Sudirman eye center is a clinic that is engaged in optics and pharmacies offer various types of eyewear items needed by customers. but sometimes customers find it difficult to choose the type of glasses they want and cannot know the price of similar items because there is no online website in the Sudirman eye center so customers must come directly to the clinic sometimes there is no recommendation system for goods from company employees to prospective customers, this results in the loss of opportunities for profit because customers may choose to buy elsewhere. This leads to consumer discontent with the service and has an impact on the decline in sales turnover, by building an online website that implements an up selling method which is a system to offer goods that are one level above that provides opportunities for prospective customers to choose products related to the product provided by the seller . Prospective customers who have chosen the product category will be given a choice of some similar or more expensive products.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III South Sumatra in the UPT (Technical Service Unit) Dipo Gerbong, currently using the computer as a tool to record inventory data in the form of recording data goods, procurement data of goods, borrow data of good and returns data of goods. But its use is limited to Microsoft Excel applications as typing and reporting applications, there is no special application that can process inventory data goods quickly and accurately. So if the Head of Dipo Gerbong want to get information about inventory data items, have constraints and have difficulty because the data must be checked one by one in the computer which resulted in the process to get the data or the report takes a long time. Judging from the conditions and problems above, the authors want to do research raised with the title " Application of Inventory Data Processing Equipment trains Indonesian (Persero) Regional Division III South Sumatra”.

Abstract

The sales process is the most important part of the product manufacturer or the company being ditributor. Conventional sales system by the way telephone or consumer come directly to know the available or not the product needed to make consumers should take the time to do that. Such conditions can also lead to consumer dissatisfaction especially if the desired item is unavailable. Dissatisfaction with customer service can affect the indication of declining sales turnover. For that, the company needs a website-based sales information system that can be accessed by consumers anytime and anywhere so that it can expand its marketing area, and can facilitate salespeople to conduct promotions to Community. This research produces the sales information system by implementing a sales Force Automation (SFA) method which is expected to maximize the sales and focus of services to customers.

Abstract

From the results of research conducted on the data or information obtained about the needs that are needed, it will become the employee scheduling application program. To do data processing, employee scheduling at PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk ( Auto2000) Palembang which provides sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts that are still being done using Excel Office Microsoft. How to make a schedule that takes a long time? To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a new computerized system to improve work efficiency by making PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk ( Auto2000) Palembang Employee Picking Application Schedule. This system produces, Employee Pickup Schedule using PHP and MySQ.
