Abstract

Desa merupakan tonggak awal dari suksesnya pemerintahan, semua data-data pemerintahan berawal berasal dari desa yang nanti data tersebut diproses lebih lanjut. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi agar data tersebut dapat diproses dengan mudah. Banyaknya kendala yang dialami oleh desa, khususnya desa sukamanah diSerang banten. Dimana pelayanan merupakan bagian dari permasalah yang sering terjadi dikarenakan masih menggunakan pelayanan yang bersifat manual. Komputer yang pada desa sukaman Serang banten Hanya sebagai proses penyimpanan data, namun kegiatan pelayanannya warga masih harus datang dan kadang dalam mengurus kartu keluarga warga bisa beberapa Kali harus datang ke desa tersebut. Sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi pelayanan desa membuat proses pelayannya kepada warga desa menjadi lebih cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi pelayanan masyarakat desa berdasarkan kebutuhan pihak desa Sukamanah pada sistem informasi desa dengan menggunakan metode Goal-Directed Design yang terdiri dari 6 fase. Fase research, mencari kebutuhan sistem yang diinginkan oleh pengguna. Fase modelling,mencari karakteristik pengguna dengan membuat user persona. Fase requirement, menghasilkan skenario pengguna dan menjelaskan kebutuhan sistem dengan menggunakan Hierarchical Task Analysis. Fase framework definition, membuat struktur antar muka dalam bentuk wireframing. Fase refinement, menyempurnakan struktur antar muka ke bentuk high-fidelity. Fase development support, merupakan fase pengujian kualitatif kepada pengguna dengan menggunakan penilaian berdasarkan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mendapatkan umpan balik terhadap prototype sistem informasi desa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Majors are part of higher education institutions that a very important role determining the thesis student supervisor . At the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) the determination of the thesis supervisor is carried out through a lecturer meeting based on its title in accordance with the competence of the lecturer who will guide, regardless of the number of lecturers' workload or the number of students being supervised. The results of the decision of the meeting to determine the supervisors will be announced to students after the meeting is held. This flow inefficient and may lead to ineffective determination of the supervisor . The final result of the system shows that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can be applied to determine the weight value of each attribute so as to produce a ranking of each alternative lecture who will be selected as a student supervisor for the thesis according to the result of computerized and accurate calculations.

Abstract

There are too many souvenir centers in Samarinda. Usually, it makes everyone confused to choose it, and it takes a long time to decide. This is one of the most common problems. In determining the location of the souvenir center, it is necessary to use place recommendations to save time. Therefore we need a system and method that can be applied to recommend a souvenir center. The souvenir center place recommendation application is made to help everyone in finding a souvenir center place with a choice of types of souvenirs. The method used is the Graph Coloring Method; with the application development method used is Waterfall consisting of data analysis, technology analysis, system analysis, information analysis and user analysis. The result of this research is that an application for determining the souvenir center, that application ion can recommend a center for souvenirs with the same choice of souvenirs. Users can input the type of souvenirs that they want, and then the application will recommend the center of the souvenirs by using a simple row and point coloring algorithm. After processing, the application will be able to display the results of recommendations for souvenir centers with the same type of souvenirs.

Abstract

Analysis of the quality of the items is carried out so that the questions made actually consist of quality items in order to measure learning outcomes. Currently, there are still many teachers who have not analyzed the questions they made because they think that analyzing the questions takes a long time and takes a lot of energy. As a result, many items used cannot produce correct data about student learning outcomes. Therefore, a Question Item Analysis System was made using the Website-based Item Response Theory method to determine the quality of the items presented. In this study, a website-based item analysis system was developed using the item response theory method with a 3PL approach model. This system is made one package with CBT. Responses from participants to analyze the items are obtained automatically when participants take the CBT test

Abstract

The development of an application for the assessment of learning outcomes in this aspect will help teachers in the teaching and learning process, as well as make it easier for teachers to assess learning outcomes because the rubric is already available for application and there will be output of learning outcomes on the affective aspects of students. In this study using the waterfall model development method. As for what is needed data analysis, needs analysis, technology analysis, user analysis. Design, all data that has been collected in the system design process, so as to facilitate the description of the system and clarify the description of the existing system. Implementation, after doing the analysis and design, then the implementation is carried out, namely the development of the system, in this case starting the program. This application uses three users, namely the TU user, the Teacher user, the Homeroom user to view student data reports and student affective learning outcomes reports. The result of this research is a desktop-based application for assessing student learning outcomes in the affective aspect.

Abstract

The existence of an information system in the Library and Archives Department of East Kalimantan needs to be properly maintained and supervised so that the organizational system is in line with the agency's goals. One way to ensure this is to conduct an information system performance analysis. This study uses the Control Objective for Information and related Technology (COBIT) version 5.0, which is a best practice that provides activities managed by the IT organizational structure within a framework in the form of a product, to focus on execution and control that has been made from experts from the field of technology governance Information. This practice can maximize IT investment, to assess if there are errors in providing measurements made and delivering services. Therefore, in order to achieve the target, this research was carried out using the COBIT 5.0 framework in order to be able to analyze an information system performance at the Library and Archives Department of East Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that MEA01 is at level 5 (Optimizing Process), MEA02 is at level 3 (Established Process), MEA03 is at level 2 (Managed Process). In this case the Regional Library and Archives Office of East Kalimantan to be more efficient in the use of IT requires handling of the factors that influence it so that it is maximal, the use of IT for all employees in the operation of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) and also the person in charge of IT to keep pace with developments technology.

Abstract

The existence of a library can be a historical chain for the past, a root for living in the present and a guide for stepping into the future. The library of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Samarinda is a source of student knowledge that can improve the quality of student knowledge. Most of the school libraries in Samarinda, book searches are still not computerized, manual searches or searches cause operational activities to be ineffective and run slowly, from the problems at the school a system is needed that can solve problems so that it can facilitate library visitors and support learning during. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a virtual search system was created by implementing the Boyer-Moore algorithm. The Boyer–Moore algorithm is considered the most efficient algorithm in implementing a virtual book catalog search in the library. The system development tool uses flowchat, and the development method uses waterfall with the stages of development being analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. Data collection techniques consist of secondary data obtained by studying literature studies in the form of writings or documents, primary data comes from the location of the study directly, besides that data collection through observation is also carried out, namely direct observation of how the system works, system problems, system input data, existing processes and system outputs

Abstract

This study discusses about e-commerce analysis and design at the Fafa Cheese shop. The sales system is still done manually, monthly data reports are still done in recording into a book which can lost sales reports, and there is no price information and tart sold, it is necessary to have the delivery status of the tart sold. The development of this sales information system uses the waterfall development system. This study aims to design an online cake sales application, provide information about prices and cakes sold and provide information that cakes have been sent to customers. The results of this study are the creation of e-commerce design, making it easier to make monthly reports, the availability of price information and cakes sold, and the status of cake delivery if the cake has been sent to the customer.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) create an Android-based geographic information system to make it easier for field officers of the Regional Revenue Agency to collect billboards and monitor the status of billboard permits installed in their area, (2) to make designs that are attractive and easy to use by users. This study uses the waterfall method which is part of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) software development method which consists of 5 stages, namely planning, design, implementation, testing, operation and maintenance. The result of this study is a geographic information system for data collection and monitoring of advertisements based on Android which was developed specifically for the implementation of data collection and monitoring of advertisements. System testing is done by the Black-Box Testing method which is a software testing method from the aspect of functional specifications. From the test results, the participants stated that the functional aspects of the application had met the specifications required by the user. Furthermore, trials were also carried out involving 5 Android smartphones with different specifications. The results of this test are that the display of the billboard data collection and monitoring application is different on each smartphone, the difference in the display is in the level of color brightness. Then the difference in application performance is also found on the type of smartphone with an Android version that is quite old.

Abstract

Tata guna lahan menjadi sangat penting bagi Pemerintah daerah untuk mengetahui potensi-potensi penghasilan yang ada. Pemanfaatan SIG dalam menganalisa dan merepresentasikan kembali kondisi alam dengan bantuan data spasial dan nonspasial di Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan pemetaan menggunakan metode scoring dan overlay dengan melihat data peta jenis tanah, curah hujan, penggunaan lahan, dan kemiringan lereng. Hasil akhir dari sebaran overlay dari lahan pertanian dan perkebunan dianalisis bahwa sebaran overlay lahan perkebunan lebih mendominasi dengan jenis perkebunan Kopi di Kecamatan Ulu Musi, Pendopo, Pendopo Barat, Lintang Kanan, Muara Pinang, Pasemah Air Keruh, dan Sikap Dalam data dilihat dari 4 peta parameter dan menyesuaikan data hasil akhir. Sedangkan untuk lahan pertanian lebih kecil dan didominasi oleh Padi di Kecamatan Pendopo, Lintang Kanan, Pasemah Air Keruh, Ulu Musi, Talang Padang, dan Tebing Tinggi. Sedangkan sebaran overlay dengan data 3 paramater pemanfaatan lahan perkebunan dan pertanian termasuk dalam kategori hutan produksi biasa yang diman dapat dikategorikan pemanfaatan hutan tersebut aman
