Abstract

Installation of electrical network at PT. PLN (Persero) is done by a vendor that works with the agency. Before the installation of the electricity network the vendors must fill the data first to know the responsibility of each job in the installation of electrical networks. The problem in this research is that there is no specific system used in the collection of vendors. This research aims to design and build an application that can help PT. PLN (Persero) in supervising the electrical network installation conducted by the Vendor. The research method used is the Development research method, which is a research activity aimed at and develop or complete knowledge that is already know. The development system used is web Engineering. The results of the research is the information system of installation control electrical network that can help PT. PLN (Persero) in data and supervise the work that is done by the vendor so that the performance produced better and increase customer satisfaction. Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing very fast so the need for fast and efficient information is mandatory. One form of information technology that is widely used to share information is a website. The process of accepting new students (PPDB) carried out by SMAN 1 Gunung Megang is currently still done manually, still using forms so that there are often problems from slow data input, registration files that are not neatly arranged, long registration queues and prospective students sometimes difficulty getting information about the school and the registration process. For that we need information technology in the form of a school website that can assist in the PPDB process at SMAN 1 Gunung Megang.Based on the background of the problem above, a web-based PPDB system was built using the MVC (code) concept and the waterfall method, which has several stages, namely analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the current era, especially in the field of education as a means of support for learning in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) students. In the context of education, good digital literacy also plays a role in developing one's knowledge of certain subject matter by encouraging curiosity and creativity. The teaching system for early childhood is not fully borne by educators (teachers) but there is parental involvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the digital literacy of parents in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in three indicators, namely accessing, selecting and understanding. The research method used is descriptive by using a qualitative and quantitative approach, where the population of PAUD parents is at Lily Kindergarten in Limo District, Depok. The results of this study are to determine the level of parental digital literacy skills in providing early childhood learning, it is hoped that every parent is able to assist the digital-based early childhood learning system. The results of data processing obtained that the level of parental literacy competence from the survey results was obtained; accessing the value is 84.53% with a high category, for the Selecting dimension the value is 72.00% in the Medium category and the Understanding dimension is 80.00% in the High category.

Abstract

Lack of public understanding of endemic diseases can increase the number of sufferers. This study aims to build an e-diagnosis application to determine the type of endemic disease using the Naïve Bayes Optimization method. This application will be able to provide information about the disease suffered by the patient based on the symptoms entered in the application. The information provided includes a description of the disease, its causes and solutions. The application development stage adopts the stages in the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) which includes project initialization, knowledge engineering process and implementation. The application of the Naïve Bayes Oprimization method produces a diagnosis result in the form of the type of disease dan its opportunities. The application can accessed by the public anywhere and anytime because this application is based on Android. Utilization of android can optimze the use of this application.

Abstract

Abstract : Language is the main thing in order to communicate with others both verbally and in writing. In language there is a meaning of words or sentences that can be accepted and understood if delivered with good and correct grammar. Dictionary is a tool used to know the meaning of a word. Currently, dictionaries are no longer conventional but are digital-based so that they can be accessed freely. This research aims to build a word search application in the dictionary Indonesian by applying the approximate String Matching method in word search on a Web-based Indonesian dictionary using jaro Winkler's algorithm. The research will also provide information about the time required by the system in string search, word suggestions, word meanings, sample sentences and images. Computational time testing results showed that jaro winkler's algorithm had a very effective quadratic runtime complexity on short strings. In addition, a lot of data in the database affects the search time but provides a word that is closer to the word searched. Functional testing to determine the performance of the software system shows that all parts of the system can run well according to the desired purpose when building the system.

Abstract

Perkembangan informasi yang pesat merambah bidang yang berbeda. Salah satu perkembangan utama dari adalah penggunaan peralatan pemrosesan dan, seperti komputer, yang memerlukan pemrosesan fungsi informasi. Tapi tanpa software pendukung, itu tidak cukup.kompleks manajemen data dan sistem informasi telah menjadi bagian integral untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis.Warehouse (gudang) PT. Wahana Internet Nusantara melakukan pemilihan karyawan terbaik untuk memacu semangat karyawan dalam meningkatkan dedikasi dan kinerjanya. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan suatu keputusan. Konsep dasar metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Metode SAW membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (X) ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Salah satu penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memilih karyawan terbaik di PT. Wahana Internet Nusantara. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah membuat suatu sistem yang membantu pengambil keputusan melakukan proses adopsi keputusan yang optimal dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting).

Abstract

System design is a set of activities that describe in detail how the system will run. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the design of an information system for performance achievement reports at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Papua Province, in making reports on the daily performance of employees, makes it easier and more effective for superiors to monitor the daily performance of employees who are carrying out these activities so that at the stage of checking reports it will be easier and more effective. This system or application can perform its functions properly based on the results of Black-Box testing shows that the functions in the application all run well on button functions and other functions, have been adjusted to the design of the application flowchart and the forms contained in the application are all running properly. Every validation contained in the application all shows according to the design of the application. It aims to produce software products that suit the needs of users. The tools used are Flowchard and DFD. The method used in this study is descriptive by conducting observations and surveys. System testing is carried out using the Black Box method. Keywords: System Design, Performance, Database, Black Box Perancangan sistem adalah sekumpulan aktivitas yang menggambarkan secara rinci bagaimana sistem akan berjalan. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perancangan sistem informasi laporan capaian kinerja pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Papua, dalam membuat laporan capaian kinerja harian pegawai memudahkan para atasan memantau kinerja harian para pegawai yang sedang melakukan kegiatan tersebut sehingga pada tahap pemeriksaan laporan akan lebih mudah dan efektif. Sistem atau aplikasi ini dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black-Box menunjukkan fungsi dalam aplikasi semua berjalan baik pada fungsi tombol dan fungsi lainnya, telah disesuaikan pada perancangan flowchart aplikasi dan form-form yang terdapat pada aplikasi semua berjalan dengan semestinya. Setiap validasi yang terdapat pada aplikasi semua menunjukkan sesuai dengan perancangan aplikasi. Hal itu bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk perangkat lunak yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan user. Alat yang digunakan adalah Flowchard dan DFD .Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi dan survei. Pengujian system dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Black Box. Kata kunci: Perancangan Sistem, Kinerja, Database, Black Box.

Abstract

Abstract : The management of the process of borrowing and returning library books can take a lot of time and money because it needs to be recorded by librarian which must be done manually in the borrowing logbook. Utilization of a web-based library information system can save costs and time because the process is carried out using a computer. This study aims to: (1) create a web-based library information system at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, UIN Raden Intan Lampung, and (2) determine the quality standards of software developed based on ISO 9126 quality standards on functionality and usability aspects. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The software development process model used the waterfall model which consisted of: (1) requirements analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then used UML visual modeling, which is a standardized modeling language for object-oriented software development. The results of the study showed that: (1) a web-based library information system was developed using the Code Igniter framework and the waterfall development model consisting of the needs analysis stage, design stage, implementation stage, and testing stage, and (2) the test results on the functionality aspect obtained a value of 1 (good). Usability testing obtained user approval level of 77% (agree) with Cronbach's alpha value of 0.958 (excellent).

Abstract :The rapid development of information systems has a major influence, especially in the world of education Academic Information System is the most important part to introduce and facilitate the school in carrying out all activities. SMP YLPP Palembang is a junior high school which is currently not equipped with information technology that can manage academic data from recording teacher, student and grade data, some still use written document processing in a ledger (a book prepared to record all grades based on class and year). active teaching) which is then archived by the academic section. The subject teacher processes grades on a special assessment sheet and then submits it to the homeroom concerned, daily attendance is carried out on the attendance sheet which at the end of the semester is recapitulated by the homeroom teacher, violations committed by students are recorded in the violation book with sanctions based on certain points causing difficulty in presenting information if needed at any time, a Web-based Information System will be built using the Web Engineering method with stages consisting of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Constructions, and Deployment, by building an Information System in the future it will improve the data processing system at SMP YLPP Keywords: Academic Information System, Design, Web, Web Engineering

Abstract

Ketersediaan penyajian data menggunakan TIK merupakan salah satu solusi tepat yang mampu menyajikan data secara efektif dan akurat. Peran TIK dapat membantu banyak pengguna saat membutuhkan sebuah informasi secara terus menerus. Khususnya terhadap pengelolaan KHS mahasiswa STMIK Umel Mandiri yang belum berjalan dengan maksimal membuat para dosen PA kesulitan memonitoring perkembangan akademik masing-masing mahasiswa. Di samping itu, mahasiswa pun kesulitan mengecek KHS secara efektif karena belum tersedia sebuah sistem layanan akses KHS secara online. Untuk itu, peneliti membuat sebuah sistem berbasis online dengan menggunakan beberapa tools pendukung berupa perancangan DFD, basisdata MySQL, XAMPP, dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini dibuat untuk perguruan tinggi STMIK Umel Mandiri untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mendapatkan informasi berupa KHS mahasiswa disetiap semester secara efisien tanpa membutukan waktu yang lama.
