Abstract

The development of e-government is being carried out continuously. However, the goal of equitable utilization of e-government development has not been as expected, especially for people who live in the suburbs. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on the development of the concept of e-government for people who live in the suburbs. This concept is seen from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) aspect in the suburban community. There are six variables in this study. Those are an internet connection, transaction center, telecenter, government services, ICT training and education facilities, and information media. This research used qualitative methods. It was conducted to obtain all the facts related to the development of an ICT-based e-government model for suburban communities in Palembang

Abstract

Abstract : The digital era forces people to digitize in all fields. Digital product that is often found is digital image. One kind of digital image application is the use of a digital image signature embedded in a document. However, often the results are unsatisfactory, such as background color problems, noise, lack of clarity, etc. The quality of digital image signatures can be improved by implementing the Otsu Thresholding and Sauvola methods. These two methods were chosen because they are widely used in document image quality improvement. The purpose of this study is to produce a better digital image signature and to compare the performance of these two methods. The results showed that the quality of the images produced by these two methods was better than the original image or by using standard filters from a word processing application. Meanwhile, from the two methods used, Sauvola's method was slightly better than Otsu's method. In terms of visual evaluations, the Sauvola method total score is 13 compare to Otsu method score that is 11. Meanwhile, the PSNR ratio show that the two methods give the same results, that is 34,571 db.

Abstract

Malicious Software or malware is software created to damage a computer system. The increase in internet users is also in line with the increase in the use of software. However, there are still many users who still use pirated software because it is relatively free and easy to obtain. Pirated software is usually embedded with dangerous malware such as Trojans and spyware. All crimes of spreading this malware are always related to stealing credit card information, internet banking and other cybercrimes. To prove that the software installed and used on a computer is malicious software, digital forensics is required by analyzing the software. Hybrid analysis technique is a combination of static and dynamic analysis which is suitable for analyzing malware activity. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the ryuk.bin trojan has evolved and the malware forms new malware files when it is run and also changes and destroys the original files on the system.

Abstract

The Unsika Information Systems Study Program Website is a place where Unsika Information Systems students can access information about lectures. The purpose of analyzing the Unsika Information Systems Study Program Website is to be able to find out the relationship between system functions based on the principles and paradigm of Human and Computer Interaction (HCI). In the Website interface design analysis, the author uses the heuristic evaluation method with the aspects being evaluated are human, technology, usability, and ergonomisc aspects. The results of the analysis prove that the Unsika Information Systems Study Program Website has fulfilled the aspects of Human and Computer Interaction where the goal of IMK itself is to make it easy for users to manage the system and be able to generate the required feedback.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the world of technology and information, especially the computer world, is developing very rapidly. Fiber to the Home (FTTH) is one example of the results of the development of the Internet. Fiber to the Home (FTTH) is a fiber-optic-based network communication device that provides various services such as the Internet, telephone network as well as live television broadcasts to private users. Today, many people need the Internet for many activities that require an Internet connection. When we build a FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network, we must build a quality network that is not only connected to the Internet, especially now that many ISPs are building FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks requiring innovation. In this research, we tested the quality of the Internet, by testing the Quality of Services, which took into account download speed, upload speed, latency, delay and packet loss. The results of the test show that the download speed is 66.22Mbps, upload is 73.69Mbps, ping latency is around 5-8ms, and jitter is 7.84

Abstract

Students in grade twelfth high school must be able to determine their individual student interests to be able to continue further studies at university. But there are still many students who have not been able to determine their specialization even though they have sufficient understanding and knowledge of learning during high school. This study aims to apply simple additive weighting and calculation of the tightness capacity of each specialization major on a public campus in making a Decision Support System in determining student majors in the Angkasa High School environment. By paying attention to the weight and each criterion for the specialization major, then calculate with the tight capacity of the specialization department on each state campus so that the results issued by the calculation have provided decision support for students to determine specialization and state campuses more precisely. The decision support system uses the Kotlin programming language and Android-based NoSQL MongoDB database. The results of the manual calculation of the Simple Additive Weighting and Opportunity method with a decision support system reach 99% according.

Abstract

Abstract : Brain tumor detection is an important task in medical image analysis and diagnosis. In this study, we propose a brain tumor detection model based on deep learning with YOLOv7 which can accurately detect brain tumors. The dataset used is divided into training and testing datasets. Pre-processing techniques are carried out on the dataset to get maximum results. Research produces a detection model for brain tumors. The model achieved a mAP of 93.2%, precision of 91.4%, recall of 90.2% and F1-score of 90.8%. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model in accurately detecting brain tumors, which can assist early diagnosis and treatment planning. Abstrak : Deteksi tumor otak adalah tugas penting dalam analisis dan diagnosa citra medis. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengusulkan model deteksi tumor otak berdasarkan deep learning dengan YOLOv7 yang dapat mendeteksi tumor otak secara akurat. Dataset yang digunakan terbagi menjadi dataset pelatihan dan pengujian. Teknik pra proses dilakukan pada dataset untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian menghasilkan model deteksi untuk tumor otak. Model mencapai mAP 93,2%, precision 91,4%, recall 90,4%, dan F1-score 90,8%. Hasilnya menunjukkan keefektifan model yang diusulkan dalam mendeteksi tumor otak secara akurat, yang dapat membantu diagnosis dini dan perencanaan perawatan.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi pengolahan data yang cepat dan akurat sangat dibutuhkan oleh sebuah perusahaan ataupun kantor pemerintahan terutama pada Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) kota Palembang Pengolahan data peralatan yang digunakan masih menggunakan Aplikasi Komputer biasa yaitu Microsoft Word dan Excel , Penggunaan paket aplikasi tersebut dirasakan kurang memadai karena aplikasi tersebut tidak dapat mengelompokkan sejumlah data dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu, misalnya laporan data daftar inventaris stasiun berdasarkan kegunaan dan jenis peralatan. Selain itu data antar tabel tidak dapat direlasikan sehingga akan menimbulkan redundancy data hal ini dirasa kurang efisien membuat waktu menjadi sedikit terhambat, tentunya pada laporan peralatan inventaris tersebut. Untuk itu perlu penerapan pengolahan data peralatan inventaris yang lebih baik dan cepat dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data inventaris, metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype, Metode sangat ini cocok digunakan untuk mengembangkan sebuah perangkat yang akan dikembangkan Kembali. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem inventaris peralatan yang dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam mendata barang inventaris serta memudahkan pegawai dalam membuat laporan data barang inverntaris.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted at the Public Works Department on the bridge midwife. This right was back grounded by the existence of a running system and found several shortcomings that occurred, especially in the archiving of the writing structure in the agenda book and the storage of hardcopy files so that this causes difficulties in conducting searches because they have to open one by one in the recording of the agenda book and there can also be loss or damage to the letter stored in hardcopy form. In accordance with the description and existing problems, the author tried to design an archiving information system using the programming languages Xampp, Phpmyadmin, Sublime text and UML (Use case, Activity and Class Diagram) as the database. As for what resulted from this study, the information system for archiving incoming and outgoing letters in the Bridge Sector at the Public Works Office of Bina Marga and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait implementasi penerapan e-Kinerja (LAPKIN) telah dirasakan manfaatnya bagi pegawai negeri sipil PNS di Kota Palembang. Aplikasi e-Kinerja digunakan oleh pihak pemerintahuntuk dapat mengukur suatu kinerja (performance) pegawai pemerintah dalam administrasi pelaporan kegiatan harian yang dilakukan oleh pegawai negeri sipil (PNS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan dengan menggunakan model webqual dan esqual terhadap websitelaporan kinerja (LAPKIN) dan mengukur kinerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) dalam pelaporan kegiatan harian dengan menggunakan website LAPKIN sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi (TUPOKSI) di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Palembang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah PNS dengan jumlah 11.136 pegawai yang bertugas di 52 (lima puluh dua) organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) yang berada di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Palembang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 622 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif (quantitative method). Model yang digunakan dengan menggunakan WebQual, ES-Qual dan work discipline.
