Jurnal Ilmiah MATRIK telah terakreditasi SINTA dengan Peringkat 4 The Journal of Scientific MATRIK ISSN: 1411-1624, E-ISSN: 2621-8089. was published in collaboration between the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) with Integrated Scientific Journal (JIT-UBD) and Publishing and Printing Center of Bina Darma Press University (PPP-UBD Press). The results of research and theoretical studies in the journal Matrik in Computer Science. Publication conducted 3 (three) times (April, August and December). The editorial board welcomes original submissions in Indonesia and English. The number of words for a research article should preferably be between 5,000 and 8,000. Each of the articles published have a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). The paper will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin.

There are several types of internship activities at Bina Darma University, namely, internship activities where students propose partners directly to the Head of the Study Program and there is also a Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB) organized by the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI). So far, information on the Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB) that students get is still conventional and makes it difficult for the Head of the Alumni and Tracer Study Unit where data collection and registration are taken care of directly by the Head of the Alumni and Tracer Study Unit. Therefore the author in this case makes an apprenticeship application using the web engineering method. This application can be accessed and used by Bina Darma University alumni and Tracer Study unit heads, Study Program Heads, Lecturers and also Bina Darma Students, and it is hoped that this system can help and expand opportunities for students who wish to take part in the Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB).

Abstract: This research is based on efforts to improve the quality of government electronic-based services at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sumatra Province through website evaluation (e-service). The study was conducted using Kepmenpan-RB No. 859/2019 on seven instruments/dimensions, namely efficiency, trust, convenience, reliability, service, availability of information, and interaction. The method used is Mix-Method. The population data in this study was obtained from the Civil Service Information System of South Sumatra. The number of samples used was 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data dissemination using questionnaires to users (ASNs). By using the SPSS 25 tool, validity test results are obtained that state the data is valid. As for the reliability test, cronbach α > 0.70 so it was declared good. From the results of the distribution of respondents' answers, it was found that the index of the e-Service website is in good value.

This research discusses the ordering and production application model developed with the php programming language. The application model is developed with an agile method approach that suits the circumstances that suit the needs of application development quickly but still meets the needs of application owners and users. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, interviews, and literature studies. Data collection is carried out to find out the problems that occur, while observation activities on the ongoing process and PIECES-based analysis aim to confirm the problems to be solved through application development. Application development is carried out through the stages of analysis, design, development, and testing. The design stages are carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The development stage is done using the php programming language with the codeigniter 3 framework and the mysql database with visual studio code as the text editor. In the final part, testing activities are carried out with a black box testing approach. The test results show that the developed application is functioning properly and in accordance with the development goals. The application of ordering and production applications produced in this study plays a positive role in improving business process performance, and increasing the satisfaction of application users and enterprise customers.

Abstract : The Palembang State Administrative Court (PTUN) is one of the mainstays of regulatory conditions in Indonesia in its ability to complement the power of law, especially to decide issues that occur in state organizations and organizations or government businesses within the scope of South Sumatra, the Bangka Belitung Islands Region. The Palembang State Administrative Count in managing data is quite good but the way when it is going to follow transactions into an application, especially regarding the management of employee salary and wage data still looks quite complicated and difficult to operate except by the person who holds the application system. Therefore the author makes an application that is easier to operate, so that it can help when inputting salary transactions. This study uses the waterfall method and the modeling language UML (unified Modeling Language), xampp, PHP Rad classic and database.

Abstract : The information age is a period that involves a lot of information in decision making, both by individuals, companies and government agencies. The data is processed using a well-integrated system to produce an accurate and useful information system. To manage nurses, as well as perform duty shift attendance, and also make reports already using computerization, the head nurse only monitors the nurse's activities, the system development method uses RAD, the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database, the results that can be achieved are between nursing and the head nurse can well integrated.

Abstract : The growth of the information technology sector in Indonesia is relatively fast and will continue to grow, this will affect the way a business entity fulfills human resource needs to complete a project being carried out. Freelancers or freelancers are one solution for project owners who want employees to meet their human resource needs. One of the important factors in determining the success of a project undertaken by a freelancer is recruiting the right people to work on the project, but there are problems with clients towards freelancers, namely communication, turnaround time, and the payment system. So the authors took the initiative to design UI/UX Design for freelancer service applications where the application design is intended to meet 3 aspects of the problem, communication, turnaround time, and payment systems. In addition, application design is built using the UCD (User Centered Design) system development model so that applications are designed according to the objectives and meet user needs.

In an era of increasingly rapid technology, its impact has been felt in various circles, including in the management of zakat. This information system aims to facilitate data management, starting from entering information about zakat payers and recipients, calculating zakat calculations to making zakat fund reports at the Palembang City Baznas. Previously, the Palembang City Baznas only used simple computer calculations using Microsoft Excel and Word. Because of that, an information system is needed that can regulate the management process in managing zakat. The method used is direct analysis to BAZNAS locations and design of interfaces, rules, and design thinking. This research produced a hybrid-based BAZNAS Information System for Palembang City. This system is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in processing zakat data and facilitate the process of making reports for the Palembang City Baznas

Abstract : The progress in electronics is very significant. The concept of home automation systems has the potential to improve the living conditions of traditional homes. The aim is to provide convenience to the elderly and people with special needs. Our home automation system works effectively by providing clients with more personal happiness and comfort by using the automation system. Among the four popular wireless connections that will be implemented in this research is WIFI because the WIFI capabilities are more than enough to be implemented in the design. Also, most of the laptops/notebooks or Smartphones nowadays come with a built-in WIFI adapter. Indirectly will reduce the cost of this system. The research carried out has succeeded in making light and fan switching command displays using smartphones, tablet laptops can also use voice commands via Google Assistant. The results obtained are very responsive in receiving and responding to orders quickly and precisely.

Sistem Informasi Tracking, adalah sebuah sistem berbasis web yang berfungsi untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam pencarian dosen atau karyawan pada universitas bina darma. Pencarian dosen dan karyawan sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dengan cara menghubungi terlebih dahulu dosen yang dicari, hanya saja terkadang dosen tidak sempat membalas pesan dari mahasiswa . Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Tracking ,nantinya dosen hanya perlu melakukan login lalu melakukan scan QrCode ruangan. Maka informasi lokasi dosen di ruangan tersebut akan masuk ke sistem, dan mahasiswa dapat mengetahui informasi tersebut. Sistem Informasi Tracking ini dibuat dengan metode Waterfall. Pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, serta framework CodeIgniter. Dengan pengujian Blackbox Testing yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini telah bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract : The Class IIb Muara Sabak Penitentiary fosters and provides a Rehabilitation Program for prisoners, especially users, drug addicts in collaboration with the National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) of Jambi Province and the National Narcotics Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency (BNNK). Currently, the capacity is 362 inmates, which is occupied by 792 inmates, which means there is an excess of occupants. This condition causes employees to work harder. Individual employee performance is very important in achieving organizational goals. Therefore we need a performance appraisal system that is reliable and will be used as a basis for performance appraisal and organizational development, employee performance follows a goal so that each employee can assess the extent to which his performance has resulted in an expected achievement following organizational goals. This information system is built by modeling the system using UML. So that the system that was built can help the Class IIb Muara Sabak Penitentiary in determining the performance appraisal.
