Abstract

Abstract: The global crisis has led banks experienced liquidity problems. The measurement of banks' liquidity ratios is useful to assess the composite rating of a bank, as the impact of the global crisis toward the liquidity of foreign exchange banks. This study aimed to determine whether there was significant difference between the liquidity of foreign exchange banks before and after the global crisis. The Bank’s liquidity was measured using liquidity ratios by comparing current assets to current liabilities. The population of this study was 35 foreign exchange banks.  The  hypothesis  was  tested  by  using  Mann  Whitney  non-parametric different-test. The research of this study showed that the liquidity of foreign exchange  banks  before  and  during  global  crisis  had  a  significant  difference. While, the foreign exchange banks liquidity during and after the global crisis, and its liquidity before and after the global crisis did not have significant difference. Key words: Liquidity, bank, foreign exchange, crisis, global.

Abstract

The research was conducted to know the Business Plan And Production Cultivate of Seaweed Crackers Various Flavours, determine the marketing mix, and to know the solution constraints to be implemented on the business of Seaweed Crackers Various Flavours. There are four methods used in implementing part these are preparation plan, implement plan, completion plan and report plan. The preparation stage, the marketing dapartement first thing to do is capital preparation, market a product market survey, preparation of products to be marketed, determination of target, designing and making label until product packaging process. For the time the implementation of this project lasted for three month, starting from 14 march 2017 to 1 may 2017 which took place in the street SMAN 2 Air Putih Village Bengkalis, then subsequently marketed I the district Bengkalis like in outlet KADIN Bengkalis, Evan Swalayan, Mikro Market, Apollo, Swalayan 88 (Plaza Laksmana Bengkalis) and Pesona. Completion of the project Seaweed Crackers Various Flavours this have three variation price is Rp.2.000,-/wrap  for 20 grams, Rp.8.000,-/wrap for 80 grams and Rp.9.000,-/wrap for 100 grams. Project report consists of implementation report of project activities and financial report of project activities.

Abstract

Abstract: Ijo temple is one of the attractions visited by tourist, not only domestic but also foreign tourists. Thus, in its development, needs and desires of tourists also had to be accommodated in order to maximize the potential benefits from tourism activities in Ijo temple. This paper discusses the perspective of foreign tourists to the Ijo temple. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the foreign tourists who visit Ijo temple think that Ijo temple is a charming attraction. But there are some things that need improvement include infrastructure, services, and facilities. Keywords: Perspectives, tourists, Ijo temple

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of demographic factors on credit card usage behavior. Demographic factors such as age, gender, income, education, marital status, according to some previous research has significant effect to credit card usage behavior, both it is related with spending activity with credit cards and also the pattern of payments in pay off credit card bills. Sampling was conducted on people  who  live  in  Surabaya, which  has  a  credit  card  either  as  primary and additional card holder. The data collection use questionnaires form, which is distributed to shopping center visitors in Surabaya. Descriptive analysis is used to decribe the demographic factors and credit card usage behavior. SEM-PLS test conducted  to  examine  the  effect  of  demographic factors  such  as  age,  gender, income, education, marital status on credit card usage behavior in Surabaya. The results showed demographic factors (age, income and marital status) significantly affect the credit card usage behavior (in terms of pay off credit card bills) in Surabaya.Keywords: Demographic Factors, Credit card usage behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: Murabahah funding at syari’ah banking is the transaction selling buy where the bank to mention the price of goods and the number of profit. The bank act as a seller while customer as a buyer. This study attemp to analyse the fines implementationof murabahah funding in particular motorists on the Bank Syari’ah Mandiri (BSM)branches Dumai. The results of the kind showsthat the system fines murabahah funding motor vehicles that implemented BSM in accor- dance with the concept of Dewan Syari’ah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN MUI), but does not comply with the legal verdict Fiqih Islam that take shelter under Munazzamah Mu’tamar al-Islami. Key words: The Fine System, Murabahah Funding

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Distribution Failure of Krisbow KW15-979 Machine Tool and also to determine the estimated cost of replacement of machine parts by taking into account the inflation factor, and to predict whether it is profitable or not if the lathe repair service is offered to a company that offering repair and maintenance services insurance of lathe. From the data obtained, the probability distribution of engine failure of Krisbow KW15-979 is Weibull distribution with Parameter scale (α) of 2.9868 in the calendar age is year, while the form parameter (β) is 1.6817 and the distribution of component replacement cost is obtained with normal distribution with parameters σ = 73607,0 μ = 1.2439E + 5. From the calculation and analysis of data for the first ten years  buying insurance for the lathe maintenance service is not needed  because expense cost is small and estimated amount of failure also small and there is also a minor damage can be handled by laboratory manpower of State Polytechnic of Bengkalis to repair and maintenance .so, when the lathe insured in the first year to the company that offers maintenance and repair insurance virgin lathe considered unprofitable.

Abstract

 Abstract:The Attitude is how the individual understand, experienced, reacted, and act toward and object, while work performance appraisal is evaluate the performance of employees according from the quality or the quantity standard that employees done. The purpose of this research are to know the attitude and work performance appraisal from employees perspective and to know the attitude and work performance appraisal from leadership perspective in PT. Bank Riau Kepri, Branch of Bengkalis. The Method use in this research was a comparative. The sampling technique in this research was used non probability sampling with 32 respodents. This research used primary data were collected using a questionnaire and interview. The results showed that from employees perspective the attitude categorized as very high with total score 4,30, that is mean employees assume that the attitude shown during work is very good. While for work performance appraisal categorized as high with total score4,14, that is mean employees assume that the performance shown during work is good. From leadership perspective the attitude that employees shown shown to the leadership, co-worker, and customer is consider good, and employeesperformance is also good and in accordance with the target set. Keywords: Attitude, Work Performance appraisal

Abstract

Abstract: In Indonesia, various problems occur such as a high practice of tax avoidance, tax evasion, the morality of taxation, administrative requirements, trust institutions, implementation capacity and lower tax payments. The objective of this study to analyze and obtain empirical evidence, as well as examine whether the experience have significant effect on the name, quality and sacrifice, then to test whether the name, quality and sacrifice have a significant effect on the perception of the taxpayer. The total sample consisted of 100 taxpayers both corporate taxpayers and individual. The results of this study prove that the experience have an impact on the name, quality and sacrifice. But the name, quality and sacrifice have not an impact on the perception of the taxpayer.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the extent of internal workload influence on operator employee performance in PT.Giken Precision Indonesia,  to  know  and  analyze  the  extent  of  the  effect  of  external  workload on operator employee performance in PT.Giken Precision Indonesia and to know and Analyze the extent of simultaneous influence between internal and external workload on employee performance of operator in PT. Giken Precision Indonesia. Data were obtained from 71 respondents in Moulding Department by conducting interviews and distributing  questionnaires,  multiple  linear  regression  test  was  used  to  know respondent attitude toward work load variable and employee performance. The result of the research shows that there is influence between work load to employee performance, that is, internal work load has positive effect on employee performance, while the external work load has negative effect on employee performance. Keywords: internal workload, external workload, and employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation
