<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi akan konsep penerapan transaksi jual beli syariah di pasar Syariah Ulul Albab Desa Tanah Merah Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Riau. Berdasarkan data dilapangan membuktikan bahwasannya transaksi jual beli syariah di pasar syariah sudah diterapkan oleh pedagang yang ada di pasar syariah tersebut. Dimana penerapan yang tertinggi dengan penerapan sesuai dengan skor 4,388, terdapat pada bahasan kemaslahatan bahwasannya segala bentuk kebaikan dan manfaat yang berdimensi duniawi dan ukhrawi, material dan spiritual, serta individual dan kolektif harus lebih di kedepankan untuk hidup yang lebih baik. Selain itu juga, terdapat variable yang terendah dengan angka sebesar 3,668 yakni pada Prinsip persaudaraan (ukhuwah) esensi dari nilai universal yang menata interaksi sosial dan harmonisasi kepentingan para pihak untuk kemanfaatan secara umum dengan semangat saling tolong-menolong. Ini berarti pada nilai ukhuwah yang masuk kategori cukup, artinya nilai ini masih belum diterapkan dengan sepenuhnya oleh pedagang pasar syariah dalam melaksanakan transaksi jual beli. Penerapan transaksi jual beli syariah di pasar syariah ulul albab Desa Tanah Merah Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar – Riau sebabkan oleh 3 faktor utama antara lain faktor pengelola/pedagang, pelanggan dan konsep itu sendiri yang tidak ada yakni konsep jual beli syariah. Untuk membuktikan secara ilmiah akan dari penerapan jual beli syariah digunakan metode analisis pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. <![CDATA[Abstract :This study aimed to determine the external and internal condition of Nongsa Point Marina & Resort Hotel as the basis of defining a strategy to face the competition. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive approach. Primary and secondary data is processed to gather information about the strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats of Nongsa Point Marina & Resort Hotel. The result of this study is the competitive strategy which must be applied is market penetration. This result is obtained through a series of processes from SWOT Analysis which is started from analyzing the internal and external factors until defining a strategy with QSPM matrix. <![CDATA[Abstract: The palm oil is one of the plantation-sectors which has helped impro- ve economic conditions in Indonesia and has proved a powerful tool for povery alleviation. The oil palm has been successfully adapted suit the needs of small/medium growers. This research focuses on an evaluation strategic issues facing small/medium palm oil growers in Indonesia. This research method uses an exploratory case study approach to answer research aims and questions, based on review of relevant literature and interview questions. The PESTLE framework is the main tool used to evaluate strategic issues and challenges. Data has been collected using primary data as qualitative research by conduction semi-structured interviews with palm growers in Indonesia’s Riau Province. The secondary data has been used to a relevant source to research problem before and after collection of the primary data. Research findings suggest Indonesia has a succesfull national cluster of palm oil industries. <![CDATA[Abstract: This research was conducted in UED-SP Permai Sungai Cingam Rupat, District of Bengkalis. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the accounting has been applied in UED-SP Permai Sungai Cingam Rupat, District of Bengkalis in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Data of study consisted of primary and secondary data. Based on the research and discussion conducted found some problems such as is not classify assets into current assets and fixed assets, does not classify debts into long-term debt and short-term debt and in calculating the inventory usage is not in accordance with the service life should be. In the process of implementation of the financial statements UED-SP Permai Sungai Cingam Rupat, District of Bengkalis is not follow all the Accounting Cycle, UED-SP Permai is not present Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Cash Flow, and Notes to Financial Statements. The results of research conducted on Usaha Ekonomi Desa-Simpan Pinjam (UED-SP) Permai can be concluded that the accounting is not applied on the whole in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). <![CDATA[Basic insurance business is public trust. Insurance companies must pay attention to the systems and procedures for the payment of claims problem which is not simple. One of the important thing is when determining premium, because if it is too high could lead the company out of competition with the competitor. In the other hand, it is too low could lead the company lack of cash to handle claim which bring a negative impact for the company. This research aimed to give illustration of surplus in insurance business in a year period through determination of premium income and stochastic modelling in number and amount of claims. This model could be used by insurance company to take decision when determining premium whether surplus or ruin. The research used Exponential and Gamma distribution to model time of arrival and amount of claim respectively. The result show that the minimum premium could be found to get minimum surplus and avoid ruin.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Business Administrastion Department especially Public Adminis- trastion study program of Pontianak State Polytechnic try to create profes- sional alumni whose have some competencies dan disciplines in following the rules at the institution. Pontianak State Polytechnic has a motto which said “on time, perecise on regulation and standard” . One of the effort done by Public Administration study program in creating disciplines alumni is by implementing punishment for students who break the rules. The objectives of this research is to test empirically the relation between punishment and dis- ciplines dan to find out, thetype of punishment that mostly received by Public Administration students. Research method being used is survey and quis- tionnaire is used as collecting data tool. Sampling method is non probability sampling (purposive sampling). The result shows that the test on hypothesis, confirming the positive effect from punishment to students disciplines. Its was marked with regression coefficient or sig. value 0.013. The second objective which confirming the type of punishment which received by mostly students, taken from the value of descriptive statistics, it was found that filling the statement form of guilty and promise is the mostly punishment that received by students. This type of research is a descriptive research. The result of this research discusses about work load happen at The Secretariat Division of Health Department of Bengkalis Regency that consisting of General Administration of Sub. Administration Division, Sub. Planning And Programing Division, And Sub. Accounting and Equipment Division. With conclusion that was become work load that significan on sectioned secretariat which is General Administration of Sub. Administration Division needs 10 employees, Sub. Planning and Programing needs 8 employees. But, on Sub. Accounting and Equipment exceeds requirement for from amount 14 current employees just be needed 13 employees. <![CDATA[Abstract: Based on SKKNI that one of the competency units that must be mastered by students, the students are able to operate computer accounting applications. This study was conducted to determine whether there are differences in learning results in computer accounting subjects between classes A, B and C. The Test used is Mann-Whiteney nonparametric test. The number of population in this research is 81 students of 3rd semester of D3 Program of Business Administration. The results of this study indicate that the learning achievements or the ability of students in the subject of computer accounting using MYOB between class A, class B and class C is no different. Differences of lecturers who teach computer accounting subjects in each class have no effect toward student learning achievements. Key Words: comparison, score, computer, accounting, students.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of Entrepreneurship knowledge and its influence on student entrepreneurship intentions State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method which focuses on explanation of causal relationships between variables. Sampling using Taro Yamane or Slovin formula thus obtained a sample of 82 respondents. The number of samples have been obtained is then determined the amount of each sample according to the number of students in each course of study is proportionate random sampling. Sampling using probability sampling technique with random sampling method. Data collected through questionnaires to the respondents. Data was analyzed by descriptive technique. The results showed that the level of Entrepreneurship knowledge Bengkalis Polytechnic students are at high scale which includes knowledge about the efforts that will be entered or initiated, roles and responsibilities in entrepreneurship, and knowledge of management and business organizations in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the results showed that the Entrepreneurial intentions Bengkalis Polytechnic students are at high scale. This suggests that increasing entrepreneurial knowledge becomes one of the factors that influence the Entrepreneurial intentions in Bengkalis Polytechnic student. <![CDATA[This research aimed to know the economic effort’s profile saving and loan village (UED SP) about plantation in Bantan Tengah district of Bengkalis regency. The background of the research was UED SP program as the government effort to reduce destitute society in economic policy continuously. Meanwhile there were some obstacle in implementation of UED SP activities were not effective in the real implementation .it can be proven from the arrear every month and abuse fund from UED SP members. The objectives of the research were to know the profile comparison of UED SP from every effort that conducted by the profiler. This research was implemented in Bantan Tengah and used qualitative descriptive method to collect the information from UED SP Program. The result showed that there is significant effect of UED SP program toward receiver’s income. It can be concluded that there was a significant effect increasing of UED SP profiler’s income. The significant factors that influence the income of profiler UED SP such as education level, effort experience, family financial burden. In addition the highest participation of the society in every steps in program is the most important thing to determine the successfully of the program to increase social welfare of society in Bantan village Bengkalis regency. ]]>
