<![CDATA[Abstract—Currently diabetes progressively increasing number of sufferers. Diabetesis a disease that can lead to complication scan even causedeath. Many studies using theme thod of Support Vector Machine predicting diabetes butthe accuracy ofthe resulting valueis stillless accurate. Inthis stud ycreate da mode lof Support Vector Machine algorithm toget the rulein predicting diabetes and provide a more accuratevalue of accuracy. After testing the model of Support Vector Machine and Support Vector Machine, the results obtained are thusobtained testing algorithm using Support Vector Machine where the value obtained accuracy is 74.21% and the AUC value is 0.758 and testing by using Support Vector Machine based Genetic Algorithm accuracy 75.26% values obtained with precision value 76.25 % and the AUC value is 0.771.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract— World quintessence of education is currently experiencing a significant increase in line with improvements in the facilities and infrastructure to support learning and that it is also changing the current learning method of direct teaching methods in the classroom and through online media. But these methods still have disadvantages and advantages, for example is the limited time of learning and the internet connection itself, therefore it needs a learning media so that students can learn independently in understanding any instructional material taught anytime and anywhere. One is the mathematics which the authors restrict the development of interactive learning media of mathematics for the students of SMK/ SMA on the chapter geometry model of ADDIE, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Therefore, the author tries to make the media applications of mathematics which has android based application form that includes the chapter material geometries with video for explaining the example problems and exercises to test students' understanding by the multiple choice questions and essay receipts scoring system that will be stored in the form of high score table in order to evaluate the students' learning progress. Is by using this app students can learn independently in a fun way to choose the material that has not been understand or review materials that have been studied with the ease of access to learning media through smartphone devices.]]>

This research aims to produce a form of Strategic Planning SI and TI in PT Three NK. The strategic planning and the right IT can support a company's business and development plan that will provide added value in the form of competitive advantage. This research method using Service Oriented Architecture. The results obtained from the research is creating a strategic planning framework SI and TI PT Three NK Techniques be integrated blue print. Conclusion the results of this research is to design a strategic plan framework SI and TI proposed could be implemented and used as a tool in planning the IT strategic plan and the PT Three NK Techniques in the future.]]>

The author uses descriptive research methods were conducted in Team Final BAAK BSI and supported by The method of The Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE). Increasing The effectiveness of The final team members after using The Web "Tim TA" also has an effect on The improvement of The effectiveness of teamwork and team success in implementing Knowledge Management System (KMS). It concluded that Tim Tugas Akhir BAAK BSI has become a team that successfully implemented a Knowledge Management System (KMS).]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract— Pregnant women sometimes experience health problems during their pregnancy, pregnant women tend to experience symptoms different from normal pregnancies experienced by pregnant women. The risk of maternal mortality is caused by several factors, namely late to recognize the danger, delay the decision to be referred, late coming to the health facility and late to get adequate services by health workers. Coverage of relatively low relief from health professionals coupled with obstetric health services are very limited, so not able to cope with high-risk pregnant women, lack of information about the symptoms that arise during pregnancy and the dangers of high risk of pregnancy to be one of the risk of maternal mortality. The method used in this thesis is the method of Forward Chaining. This method provides a diagnosis of a disorder of pregnancy based on the symptoms that were collected at the consultation stage. The purpose of this research is to design a pregnancy disorder diagnosis expert system based on the web Andriani Primary Medical Clinic Bekasi to be useful for the wider community and improve the quality of service that is clear about interruption of pregnancy in order to provide appropriate action or treatment. The system is designed to get a good response and can help in the diagnosis of disorders of pregnancy more quickly experienced by pregnant women.]]>

Damage detection expert system is a mobile phone software that is able to provide information about the possible damage that could occur on the mobile phone to mobile device users. <![CDATA[Abstract—Community needs for information, instant access and the community is an important factor of life of all people. It makes a lot of people are looking for ways to become more efficient communication process. One of the technologies in terms of communication is the creation of a social network. One of the social networking sites are very popular is Facebook. Through facebook users can interact with other users either individually or in groups. For user interaction with the group, the developers created a facebook features facebook group. The number of people who join a facebook group because of these features has the qualities that make people interested and keen to join the group. End-user satisfaction can be used as one measure of the success of this facebook feature. This study used quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Respondents who serve as research object numbered 34 people. Based on the correlation coefficient, normality test and test of significance, the variable quality of the facebook group has a very strong influence positive and significant impact on user satisfaction. Intisari— Kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi, akses cepat dan komunitas menjadi faktor penting dari kehidupan semua orang. Hal itu yang membuat banyak orang mencari cara agar proses komunikasi menjadi lebih efisien. Salah satu teknologi dalam hal komunikasi adalah terciptanya sebuah jejaring sosial. Salah satu situs jejaring sosial yang sangat terkenal adalah Facebook. Melalui facebook pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan pengguna lain baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Untuk interaksi pengguna dengan kelompok, pihak pengembang facebook menciptakan fitur grup facebook. Banyaknya orang yang bergabung ke dalam sebuah grup facebook tentu dikarenakan fitur tersebut memiliki kualitas yang membuat orang berminat dan tertarik bergabung ke dalam sebuah grup. Kepuasan pengguna akhir dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu ukuran keberhasilan dari fitur facebook ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi linier sederhana. Responden yang dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi, uji normalitas dan uji signifikansi, variabel kualitas grup facebook mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract— Increasing internet users participate change the way transact who was initially directly into online through a web that commonly called e-commerce. Website the use of technology as a media of purchase does not necessarily bring success management for the e-commerce website. Case study done on the kaskus website that is the largest community forum in indonesia. In kaskus there are e-commerce website with type web-based forum by the name Forum Jual Beli Kaskus ( fjb kaskus ) . But unlike kaskus forum successful be the largest forum, fjb least favorite as e-commerce website. The purpose of this research is to test the factors that affect the interest of the utilization of technology websites fjb kaskus and its effect on the use of technology websites fjb kaskus by using a Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model (UTAUT) proposed by Venkatesh, et al (2003). Research taken from the 37 people sample kaskuser with judgment of sampling techniques. Collecting data use of the instruments in form of questionnaire. The results of charging kuisioner next in the test into the validity of the test , reliability test , the classical assumption then in using a technique double linear regression analysis. The result showed that the performance expectancy and effort expectancy in partial no impact behavioral intention of technology fjb kaskus website .facilitating condition and social influence interest on the behavioral intention of technology fjb kaskus website. Performance expextancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating condition jointly affect on behavioral intention of technology fjb kaskus website . facilitating condition and use behavior in a partial and jointly affect on use behavior of technology fjb kaskus website. Intisari— Meningkatnya pengguna internet turut serta mengubah cara bertransaksi yang semula secara langsung menjadi secara online melalui web yang biasa disebut ecommerce. Penggunaan teknologi website sebagai media jual beli tidak serta merta membawa kesuksesan bagi pengelola website ecommerce tersebut. Studi kasus dilakukan terhadap website Kaskus yang merupakan website forum komunitas terbesar di Indonesia. Di dalam Kaskus terdapat website e-commerce dengan tipe web-based forum dengan nama Forum Jual Beli Kaskus (FJB Kaskus). Namun tidak seperti forumnya yang sukses menjadi forum terbesar, Forum Jual Beli kurang diminati sebagai website e-commerce. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan teknologi website Forum Jual Beli Kaskus dan pengaruhnya terhadap penggunaan teknologi website Forum Jual Beli Kaskus dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang diajukan oleh Venkatesh, et al (2003). Penelitian diambil dari 37 orang sampel kaskuser dengan teknik judgment sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuisioner. Hasil pengisian kuisioner selanjutnya di uji kedalam uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik kemudian di analisa menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja dan ekspektasi usaha secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat pemanfaatan teknologi website Forum Jual Beli Kaskus. Kondisi yang memfasilitasi dan pengaruh sosial berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat pemanfaatan teknologi. Ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan teknologi website Forum Jual Beli Kaskus. Kondisi yang memfasilitasi dan minat pemanfaatan teknologi secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi penggunaan teknologi website Forum Jual Beli Kaskus.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract— Education in modern times is very important. especially in creating the next generation of good, fair, and wise. In spite of all the research is the theme analysis influence the comfort level of student learning by using fuzzy inference system. In the present study the authors wanted to analyze the extent to which the level of comfort for students at the school. Besides using fuzzy inference system, the authors use mamdani method as the method chosen for the calculation and analysis using matlab as software to describe the shape of the analysis, so that eventually the writer knows how less, pretty, or good is the comfort level of students in the school. Intisari— Pendidikan di zaman modern saat ini memang sangat penting. Terutama dalam mewujudkan generasi penerus bangsa yang baik, adil, dan bijaksana. Terlepas dari semua itu penelitian ini mengangkat tema analisa pengaruh tingkat kenyamanan belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy inference system Di dalam penelitian kali ini penulis ingin menganalisa sampai sejauh mana tingkat kenyamanan belajar siswa di sekolah. Selain menggunakan fuzzy inference system, penulis menggunakan metode mamdani sebagai metode yang dipilih untuk perhitungan analisa dan menggunakan matlab sebagai software untuk menggambarkan bentuk analisanya, sehingga akhirnya penulis mengetahui seberapa kurang, cukup, atau baik kah tingkat kenyamanan belajar siswa pada sekolah tersebut.]]>
