Abstract

Leader is a very important figure in the establishment of an organization. Leader have a role to influence and move their subordinates. Without the role of a leader in an organization it will be difficult to achieve goals. Good leader should have a superior leadership spirit so that they can be used as a reference for their subordinates. In implementing leadership, a leader must pay attention to the behavior of subordinates that causes the formation of culture in an organization. The leadership that is applied must be in accordance with the existing culture. The study in this research is a literature study to discuss how to apply the appropriate leadership style in organizations. The method in this study uses a study of previous research literature. Keywords: leader; leadership; organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer retention in CGV. Total of respondents were used in this study were 96 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The data processing technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis which was processed by using SPSS program. The results showed that customer retention was proven to be positively and significantly influenced by service quality and location. The calculated t value for the service quality variable (X1) -0.747 with a significance value of 0.457 and the t count for the location variable (X2) 4.315 with a significance value of 0.000. The results of the Anova table show that the calculated F value is 14,780 with a significance value of 0.000. The conclusions of this study are (1) service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer retention , (2) location has a positive and significant effect on customer retention , and (3) service quality and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer retention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of lifestyle, halal label and price perception on the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics in the lipstick category in Semarang City. The data used is sourced from a questionnaire in the form of a google form link (primary data). The sampling method used non-probability sampling method. The results showed that lifestyle and price perception had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the halal label had no effect on purchasing decisions. The higher the lifestyle, the higher the purchasing decision for Wardah lipstick. This study resulted in 55.9% of purchase decision variables can be explained by lifestyle, halal label and price perception, while 44.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of CRM, trust and user value on the satisfaction of online transportation users partially and simultaneously on gojek online transportation users in Batam City. The instrument used in the study to collect data was a questionnaire with a total of 394 respondents. Using validity tests and reliability tests to test data quality, multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient (R2) testing are used to test their effects, while t tests and F tests to test hypotheses using the help of SPSS version 25. Results from the adjusted determination coefficient (R2) test showed that CRM, trust and user value had a 12% effect on user satisfaction. While CRM (X1) affects 14.7% on user satisfaction, trust (X2) affects 19.3% on user satisfaction, and user value (X3) affects 31% of satisfaction.

Abstract

The study aims to look at the effect of external funding on a company's ability to make a profit. The object of the research is PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry, Tbk. The data used is secondary data obtained from the idx.co.id website. The data studied is data from 2016 to 2020. From the results of the study, it can be known that the debt to equity ratio does not have a significant influence on the company's ability to obtain profits. The company's external funding (debt to equity ratio) in 2016 to 2019 has a stable value. But in 2020, the company's debt to equity ratio will increase significantly. As for the return on equity in 2016 to 2018 decreased. However, in 2019 to 2020, the company's return on equity increased.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of advertising attractiveness, price perception, and electronic word of mouth (ewom) on the purchasing decision of YOU . brand cosmetics This research was conducted at the Balqis Cosmetics Shop in the city of Limpung. The population in this study were consumers who had bought YOU cosmetic products at the Balqis Kosmetik store and the sample was set at 100 respondents. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire through the media google form. Answer using a Likert scale from one to five. The results are all valid and reliable questions. The regression results show that the advertising attractiveness and price perception variables are positive and significant, while the electronic word of mouth (ewom) variable is negative and insignificant. Based on the results of the model test, the three independent variables were only able to explain 48.5 percent of the purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competitor advertising, word of mouth marketing and price perception on switching other brands to Telkomsel. The data used is sourced from a questionnaire in the form of a google form link (primary data). The sampling method used non-probability sampling method. The results showed that competitors' advertisements had a positive effect on brand switching, while word of mouth marketing and price perception had no effect on brand switching. The higher the competitor's advertisements, the higher the switching of other brands to Telkomsel. This study resulted in 61.1% of brand switching variables can be explained by competitor advertising, word of mouth marketing and price perception, while 38.9% is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

In general, it is said to be healthy with banks in carrying out some of their functions well by carrying out various policies, especially monetary policy. The level of banking soundness shows the guarantee of the security of the customer's budget stored in the bank. When banking regulations have to assess the Banking Soundness Level using the securities approach (Risk based Banking Rating) as stated in Article 2 paragraph (3), regarding the scope of value on several elements with a risk profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) , Earnings (Profitability), Capital (Budget). The observation method used is descriptive analysis. This observation aims to see the level of banking soundness at Bank Sinarmas. Observations by taking secondary data obtained from the financial statements of Bank Sinarmas for 2016-2020 which are available on the website https://www.perbankansinarmas.com/id/. Sinarmas has to make efficiency in terms of spending on business operating costs seen from the high BOPO ratio. Even Bank Sinarmas has to follow up on the settlement of non-performing loans, seen from the fluctuations in the value of the NPL which has been unstable for several years.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the following: (1) the influence of the work environment on employee performance; (2) the effect of occupational health safety on employee performance; and (3) the effect of the work environment and employee health safety on employee performance.This is a quantitative study using the survey approach.The population in this research was 300, with a total of 171 samples gathered using the Slovin formula computation. Proportionate Stratified Sample is the sampling method employed.Multiple Linear Regression is used to analyze the data. The findings of this research reveal that the work environment has a little influence on the performance of PT Schneider Electric Batam personnel.Occupational health and safety have a marginal influence on the performance of PT Schneider Electric Batam personnel.Simultaneously, the work environment and occupational health and safety have a substantial impact on the performance of PT Schneider Electric Batam personnel.

Abstract

Fish & Co. located at Centre Point Medan is a seafood restaurants, a part of Bisa Group, being famous with its tagline “Best Fish & Chips in Town”, have implemented the social media marketing activities in its Instagram page. However, Fish & Co. have faced a decreasing in the number of orders, where many of the customers only purchase Fish & Co. during promotions, less interaction in its social media, and less reviews on Fish & Co. foods. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence from social media marketing and brand image towards customer’s purchase decision. This research use quantitative research, which by distributing questionnaires to 100 of respondents who have ever purchased at Fish & Co. Centre Point Medan in last 2 years. This research also use multiple linear regression by using the SPSS application v. 26 to analyze the data. The result of this research shows that the social media marketing and brand image simultaneously influence the customer’s purchase decision at Fish & Co. Centre Point Medan by 69%. The social media marketing partially influence the customer’s purchase decision at Fish & Co. Centre Point Medan by 31% . In addition, the brand image have the most significant, with 83% influence on the customer’s purchase decision at Fish & Co. Centre Point Medan.
