Abstract

This research is about Marketing Strategy Implication of Halal Product on Covid-19 Pandemic, focus on SMEs in Salatiga.  The aims of this research is to describe why SMEs using halal product as its marketing strategy on Covid-19 Pandemic and how the impact of halal product marketing strategy on Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is using qualitative research, conduct with interview, built pattern, concept and connected them become a mini-theory. The results of this research are: (1) Adding the halal logo as a reflection of halal certification as marketing strategy is applied on covid-19 pandemic, (2) The impact of marketing strategy halal product are sales increase, price increase, packaging change, and production process change. Suggesstion for the next research is examining quantitatively the mini-theory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 1) Brand Awareness, 2) Brand Association, 3) Perceived Quality, 4) Brand Loyalty on ESQA cosmetic customer loyalty in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were female customers who used ESQA cosmetic products in Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study were 80 respondents. The results of the study stated thatBrand Awareness(X1) Brand Association (X2), Preceived quality (X3), Brand Loyalty (X4) influence on Consumer Loyalty (Y) on ESQA Cosmetic Products in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study was aimed at analyzing the effect of discipline (X1) and human resource competence (X2) on the employee performance of Badan Pengusahaan (BP) Batam (Y). The approach in this study uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research sample is 100 people. The results show that (1) partially there is an effect of discipline on employee performance with a t-count value (4,163) > t-table (1,984), (2) partially there is an effect of human resource competence on employee performance with a t-count value (5.519) > t-table (1.984), (3) simultaneously there is the influence of discipline and competence of human resources on employee performance with the value of F-count (39.247) > F-table (3.09).

Abstract

This investigation intends to examine the impact of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock costs in food and refreshment organizations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The example choice utilized purposive testing technique, to acquire 11 organizations with 5 periods. The information investigation procedure utilized the traditional supposition test, different straight relapse test, the coefficient of assurance test (R2) and speculation testing to decide the impact of the free factor on the reliant variable. The outcomes showed that (1) the various straight relapse condition Y = 5.858 + 0.018 (X1) + 0.071 (X2) + 0.003 (X3) + e. (2) The worth of the coefficient of assurance (R2) is 0.469. (3) Simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) affect stock costs. (4) Partially Return On Assets (ROA) has no impact on stock costs, while Return On Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) to some extent influence stock costs. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find answers about the level of Entertainment Tax Retribution collection in Batam City and its contribution to local tax revenue. This research uses a descriptive analysis method, focusing on Batam City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, that is, the technique of determining the sample using certain considerations or using financial statements for the years 2017-2021. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis methods show that the Entertainment Tax Retribution collection and payment performance of Batam City Dispenda has a significant impact on Locally-generated revenue. Abstract

The study aims to know and analyze the influence of brand image, brand awareness dan brand trust to brand loyalty. The object of this research is wardah cosmetics. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data.The population is stikubank semarang university students who have purchased wardah cosmetic products, with the number of samples of 98 respondents. The data testing techniques used in this study used validity tests with loading factors, realibility tests with alpha cronbach and multiple regression analysis tests. The results shiwed the brand image did not have a significant effect to brand loyalty, the brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on the brand loyalty,the brand trust had a positive and significant effect on the brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study's goal is to ascertain the impact of The goal of this study is to identify the factors that affect auditor turnover, including auditor opinion, financial distress, client business growth, and KAP size. The LQ 45 index businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the years 2018 through 2021 made up the study's population. 15 businesses were chosen as a sample using the purposive sampling method. Using Software Reviews, analyze survey data using multiple linear regression analysis 9. The findings of this study indicate that auditors' ability to move firms is influenced by audit opinion and margin size. At the same time, the turnover of auditors is unaffected by client firm development and financial difficulty.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees who work at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of workload and intellectuality on the work ethic of employees. The population and sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously workload and intellectual have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. Mega Bintang Mas Medan. Partially, the workload affects the work ethic of the employees of PT. Mega Bintang Mas Medan. Partially, intellectuals do not have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of the employees of PT. Mega Bintang Mas Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square is: 0.330 means Workload and Intellectuals are able to explain the work ethic of employees by 33.0% while the remaining 67.0% is influenced by variables not examined such as: organizational culture, work environment, motivation work, and so on.

Abstract

This research measures the effect of product quality, influencer endorsement and promotion on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on vavl beaute skincare consumers in Kendal Regency. The sampling technique for respondents is by applying a purposive sampling technique, using the following criteria: buyers or users who are at least 17 years old, buyers or users who have purchased or used vavl beaute skincare products. The data pooling method used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis which intends to measure product quality, influencer endorsement and promotion variables on purchasing decisions. The research results show that influencer endorsements have no effect on purchasing decisions, while the results of research on product quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The pandemic has had a huge impact on the hotel sector. Risk management is an attempt to identify, analyze, and control risks in every company activity with the aim of obtaining higher effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the process of implementing Risk Management at Bunda Syariah Hotel in Padang during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is Bunda Syariah Hotel Padang. The data collection method uses interviews. The results showed that the implementation of risk management at the Bunda Syariah Hotel Padang during the Pandemic was carried out in a structured manner through the following stages: identifying risks, analyzing risks, evaluating risks, analyzing risk treatment. All of these were managed based on emerging risks, and the researchers themselves. There are many risks that occur, including: Process risks and HR risks, but the risk management application process carried out at the Bunda Syariah Padang Hotel during the pandemic was able to minimize the impact of greater risks in the future so that the hotel could still survive during the pandemic.
