This research intend to know and analysis the influences of the Competence, Human Resources Development, and Motivation factors towards employee performances in the RSUD Embung Fatimah Batam. The result of collecting data with primary data source from 120 respondents of the employee in the RSUD of Embung Fatimah Batam. The kinds of research are explanatory case study and analysis method using multiple regression analysis, with using method to exam with validities person rank and reliabilities cronbach alpa exam toward research instrument. The result of the research and evaluation are shown that Competence, Human Resources Development, and Motivation factors have positive influences and significant towards employee performance as good as stimulant or partial.

This study aims to review to find out how big the influence product quality, Brand Image Products And Promotion Operating simultaneous and partial Buying Decision Against Suzuki motorcycle IN CV.Gajah Mada Padang Branch.Data collection method through primary data and secondary data in form of interviews, collection, distributing questionnaires and data from the Company. The analytical method used is the analysis of correlation and regression analysis, to review Namely hypothesis test used t test and F test. Research results show that the products are quality Positive Influence Buying Decision Against Suzuki motorcycle in CV.Gajah Mada Padang Branch. Then, There is a significant positive effect And Brand Image Buying Decision Against Suzuki motorcycle in CV.Gajah Mada Branch Padang and are positive and significant influence Campaign Against Buying Decision Suzuki motorcycle in CV.Gajah Mada Padang Branch Operation Together And There The significant influence between Product quality, Brand and Promotion. The decision to purchase a motorcycle that Suzuki in CV.Gajah Mada Branch field.

This research has mainly aimed to know and analyze customer behavior in selecting of green marketing cosmetics products. Sample in this research were taken using purposive sampling method. There were 114 respondent in this research. The usage of regression formula can be done as all of classical assumption test had been through and qualified. All over the test shown that social class influence significantly toward buying decision at the level of significance 0.000 < 0.05. The secondary result of this research found that group of reference has influence significantly toward buying decision at the level of significance 0.001 < 0.05. The third result shown us that family has influence significantly toward buying decision at the level of significance 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile result for simultaneous test shown that social class, group of reference and family, have influence significantly toward buying decision..It has been proved at the level of significance 0.000 < 0.05. All of these imply that all of hypotheses in this research can be proved, or accepted

This study aims to determine the direct effect of job satisfaction on job motivation, direct influence of work motivation on employee performance, direct influence of competence on employee performance, direct influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, indirect influence that is competence to performance Employees through work motivation, indirect influence of job satisfaction on employee performance through work motivation at the Regional Tax Service Office (KPPD) Batam Revenue Service Provincial Riau Islands Province. The number of samples used in this study is 51 samples. The research method used is a scientific method with a quantitative paradigm that is research conducted is research using numerical data or numbers, processing and data analysis using path analysis with SPSS sidware tool Version 21. The results of this study found that competence has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation of work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation. This means that work motivation is not variable intervening in mediating the relationship of competence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. This means that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship of job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Regional Tax Service Office (KPPD) Batam Regional Revenue Service Riau Islands Province.

This study aims to determine what, who and how the shocked market in the Batam operate in accordance with research methodology used in research that is the method of evaluation research. The model used in this study is the CIPP evaluation, the model is analyzes the four dimensions of context dimension, input dimension, process dimension and product dimension. Batam city consists of 12 districts, there are only nine districts have 27 markets shocked. In this study, geographically dispersed market was dominated by Batu Aji sub-district with 10 markets in shock following Sekupang with five markets, while Sagulung four and Batam Kota had two shock markets. For District Nongsa, Batu Ampar, Bengkong, Sei Beduk, Lubuk Baja, each one market. The results of the evaluation obtained from this study is that the most needed by traders in the shock market is the attention and action of the local government. Attention in this regard is the support and proper facilities that can ultimately improve and develop the local economy concerned.

This study aims to evaluate the free trade zone system that has been carried out with the planned implementation of special economic zones in Batam City. The economic downturn in the city of Batam has made stakeholders think again about the concept of free trade zone (ftz) or Free Port and Free Trade Zone. The FTZ concept is deemed no longer compatible with the current flow and competitiveness of change. For this reason, the central government offers the concept of special economic zones (KEK) to revive the passion of economic growth in this Industrial City. However, in the implementation there were many criticisms made by the community, especially businessmen who considered SEZ not to answer the problems that exist in Batam's economic growth. This study uses a qualitative approach to see each perception from stakeholders (stakeholders) to be a consideration in making decisions. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that it was important that all stakeholders would sit together to discuss the good about the economy. The government must prioritize a bottom-up approach to find solutions to problems regarding the polemic of the best economic system problems for Batam City.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, compensation on employee performance, employee performance motivation and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesi Batam Branch. This study uses saturated samples for all employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesi Batam Branch. Analysis method of this research using path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on performance and employee satisfaction. Working mediates the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. Based on research results, PT. Bank Negara Indonesi Batam Branch. Should be fair compensation, motivate employees with promotion.

The tourism industry has an important role in the development of a region. Even in some areas shows that the tourism industry is able to boost the region from backwardness become the main source of income. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand destination and tourism products on the intention of visiting again through word of mouth (study on pantai karangtawulan) . Basically Tasikmalaya Regency has interesting tourism potential and can be developed. A concept of brand destination, based on passion and interesting identity that are interconnected with various things that will make it easier for people to have an association with the place. Brand destination is believed to have the power to change perceptions and change a person's perspective on a place or a destination including seeing the difference of a place with another place to choose as a destination. This type of research is eksplanatory research, where the data collection technique used is a questionnaire tool, Sample selected amounted to 100 people with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. The respondents are visitors of the beach resort of karangtawulan who have been to the beach. Based on this, the authors suggest that the management of beach attractions karangtawulan to further improve tourism products, which is to increase the direction of the road to the beach tawulan coral, adding public facilities for the end of the tourist attraction, improve tourist attractions, improve facilities and more active in offering a guide to visitors , so it can increase tourists visit karangtawulan beach.

The focus of this study is to determine whether the quality of products, product prices can influence the decision to purchase the home either partially or simultaneously by consumers in PT. Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa - Batam. the sample to be used in this study is as many as 98 respondents. This study suspects Partially Product Quality variables positively and significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions in PT. Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa with t count value 4,084 and significance 0.000. Partially Product Price variable positively and significantly influence to Consumer Purchase Decision in PT. Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa with t value 4,367 and significance 0,000. Simultaneously variable Product Quality and Product Price influence together to Purchasing Decision of consumer in PT. Putera Karyasindo Prakarsa with F value count 73,504 with significance level 0.000. The result of detrmination coefficient (R2) or the amount of solution that can be given the variable of quality and price (independent variable) to the problem ie the decision of home purchase by consumer (Dependent variable) equal to 0,607 or 60,7% while the rest 39,3% investigated in this study.

This study aims to examine the extent of work discipline, compensation in mendeterminasi employee performance with work motivation as intervening variables at PT Cahaya Pulau Pura in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with path analysis of employees as many as 160 reponden made a sample of a population of 268 employees, whose data were tested using SPSS 21 software tools. The results of the study were; Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation with the coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on work motivation is 0,513. Compensation has no significant effect on work motivation with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on work motivation is 0,015. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0,249. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct effect of compensation on employee performance is 0,159. Motivation of work has a significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of direct influence of work motivation on employee performance is 0,559. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct effect (0.2867> 0.249). So that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship of work discipline to the performance of employees. Coefficient of indirect effect> direct influence (0,1674> 0,159). So that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Or it could be concluded that the motivation of work as an intervening variable in mediating the compensation relationship on employee performance.
