Abstract

The research objectives are 1) to determine self – management in children through individual counseling, 2) to determine the process of applying self – management in controlling oneself and time to learning models, 3) to find out the supporting factors and obstacles in providing self – management to children through individual counseling services, 4) to determine the impact of self – management through individual counseling services. This research was conducted on jl.Gunung Kawi IV Rt 02/ Rw 10 Joglo, Kadipiro Surakarta.The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Two sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources are the subjects used are clients and counselees, parents of clients, and relatifes or families of clients. While the secondary data sources are through documentation, client identity, data sources,and archives regarding clients, primary and secondary data sources that are obtained directly. Collecting research data using several data collection techniques such as data observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The observation technique was carried out derectly with the subject and then continued with the interview technique with the client or the subject being studied, the client’s parents, and the client’s relatives or family, and was strengthened by research documentation. The data analysis technique used source triangulation and technical triangulation. Intractive data analysis method such as 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, 4) conclusion. Based on the data analysis , it can be obtained that on Jl.Gunung Kawi IV Rt 02 / Rw 10 Joglo has 10 children. There are 2 children who cannot manage themselves and time. The two children will be given individual counselling services in their learning model. After implementing self – management through the provision of individual counseling services, there was an increase in the subject. Subjects can manage themselves in learning and can manage time while studying because each subject has a different learning model. The conclusing of this study showed that self – management and time were increased after the subjects were given individual counseling services. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the existence of tutoring services can provide increased learning achievement to students living in RT 5RW 3 Palur, Ngringo in 2021. This research was carried out in Ngringo, Palur, Jaten sub-district, Karanganyar. The research subjects were 2 students who had problems with low learning achievement. This research is a qualitative descriptive research and the research strategy in data analysis. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, this research was conducted by interactive qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the study, it could be seen that there wes an increase in learning achievement after 2 students attended tutoring services. But the increase in performance could not last if no follow-up was carried out. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning achievement through the provision of tutoring services to students. Key Words: Learning Achievement, Tutoring Service.

Abstract

The research objectives are 1) to find out the strategies of foster parents in motivating students used who arre lazy to study 2) to find out what obstacles are experienced by foster parents in motivating students who are lazy to study, and 3) to find out the impact of giving motivation to students who are lazy to study. this research was carried out at the Aisyiyah II women’s orphanage, Surakarta. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research. Two sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the subject that is used is documentation, the identity of the orphanage children, and archives about the orphanage children which are obtained directly. Research data collection is using several techniques such as intervierws, observation, and documentation. The observation technique used is directly with the subject. Then it was followed by interview techniques with orphanage children and foster parents, and documentation. The data validity technique source triangulation, and technical triangulation. Data analysis methods are 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) conclution. Based on the data analysis, it was concluted that in the Aisyiyah II Surakarta orphanage there were 25 children, while there were 3 children who were lazy to study and were motivated by foster parents through giving attention, appreciation, refreshing, rewards, and praise. Though the provition of motivational strategies by foster parents, the orphanage children began to increase their learning motivation. The conclution of this study showed that giving motivation was succesful and increased children’s learning motivation. Keywords : Foster Parents Strategy, Motivating Childrern Who Are Lazy To Learn

Abstract: Mira Anisa Solechati NPM. 17110098: "The Effect of Group Guidance Using Symbolic Modeling Techniques on Discipline of Class XI Students of SMA 1 Bae Kudus" Thesis of Guidance and Counseling Study Program Faculty of Education, PGRI University Semarang in 2021. Advisor : Dr. Heri Saptadi Ismanto, S.Pd., M.Pd., Kons, Advisor 2 : Dr. G Rohastono Ajie, M.Pd. The background of this research is related to the discipline of class XI students of SMA 1 Bae Kudus which is shown by the behavior of students who do not understand the material presented by the teacher, feel less motivated to learn, do not collect assignments, feel not supervised by the teacher, are often late when attending lessons. The problem raised from this research is related to the discipline of class XI students of SMA 1 Bae Kudus. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of group guidance with symbolic modeling techniques on the discipline of class XI students at SMA 1 Bae Kudus. This type of quantitative research is in the form of a true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population used is class XI SMA 1 Bae Kudus for the academic year 2020/2021. Samples were taken using simple random sampling taken as many as 20 students, 10 students for the experimental group and 10 students for the control group. The data in this study were obtained through a research instrument in the form of a disciplinary psychology scale. It is shown by the calculation results of post-test data analysis that the average score of the experimental group increased from 1306 to 1347 after the treatment was carried out. The level of student discipline who was not given group guidance treatment with symbolic modeling techniques only had a minimal increase, from 1276 to 1301. The t-count value was 2.391 with a 5% significance level of 2.228. From before treatment was carried out it was 1306 while after treatment it was 1347, meaning that there was an increase of 41 points. Therefore, it can be

Abstract

Abstrak: The main objective of the research is to improve students’ entrepreneurial interest at grade XII AK 2 in SMK N 1 Windusari Magelang using synectic model. The method of the research is classroom action research. The object of the research is 31 students at grade XII AK 2 in SMK N 1 Windusari Magelang. The data is collected using observation and interview. The instrument of the data is entrepreneurial interest scale. The result of validity test using entrepreneurial interest scale is 36 of 48 items is valid which covers the indicators entrepreneurial interest scale. In addition there are 12 items which is invalid item. The test reliability of the instrument coefficient is 0.820 which has a high level of reliability. Technique of analysis data is quantitative descriptive. The procedures used in this research are preparing instrument, testinginstrument used pre-test entrepreneurial interest, and implementing synectic model used game. Synetic model activity is carried out in two cycles which each cycle has one cycle activity. The research finding shows that synectic model is able to improve students’ creativitydevelopment and problem solving. The result of object pre-test and post-test II has improved entrepreneurial interest. Pre-test result is 68.74, after implementing syntetic model, the result of the post test is improved 121.90. Comparing the result of pre-test and post-test, it has improved 78.39 %. It shows that applying synectic model using game is able to improve entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how individual counseling services can shape the personality of teenagers from broken families in Karanggungan, Tangkil, Sragen in 2021 academic year. This research was conducted in Tangkil, Sragen in 2021 academic year. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. In its implementation, this study involved 2 teenage victims from broken families as research subjects and several other people as informants. While the object of this research is the discovery of the personality of teenagers who were victims of broken families. Data testing is done by using triangulation. While data analysis obtained from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of interviews, observations, and documentation showed that by providing individual counseling services to the teenagers from broken families can help them in finding their personalities. Thus, it can be concluded that the formation of the personality of teenagers from broken families can be done through the provision of individual counseling services. Abstract

The purposesIofIthisIstudyIwere 1) toIanalyze the bullying in the Putri Aisyiyah II orphanage in Surakarta, 2) to find out about the impact experienced by both victims and bullies when bullyingIoccurred, 3) to find out the impact of reducing bullying by using given film media. TheIresearchImethodIused is a descriptiveIqualitative research. TheIresearch subjects were 1 child who was a bully, aIvictimIofIbullying, a friend of a victim of bullying, a friend of a bully and a foster parent in an orphanage. Data collection techniquesIareIthroughIinterviews,Iobservation,IandIdocumentation. TheIdata analysisItechnique used method triangulationIand timeItriangulation. The research data were analyzed using cycle models such as dataIreduction, dataIdisplay, drawing conclusions orIverification. BasedIonItheIresultsIof theIstudy, itIcould beIconcluded that 1) there was one child in the Putri Aisyiyah II orphanage in Surakarta who did bullying, 2) bullying was overcome by the way the child got services about behavior change. In addition, the child also got an approach from foster parents and was given certain sanctions, 3) the provision of film media for children was also able to make children reduce their bullying actions. This was due to the moral message in the film that was shown so that children could easily understand the impact that occur when children were bullying their friends at the orphanage, 3) the factors that caused children to do bullying were because children felt the strongest of their friends, were selfish, and could not accept the condition of friends and the child had been bullied before.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study areto 1) find out how the steps in providing learning motivation at class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo in the 2020/2021 academic year. (2) find out the inhibiting factors of BK teachers in improving learning motivation at class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year, (3) know the supporting factors of BK teachers in increasing learning motivation of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo in the Academic Year of 2020 /2021, (4) find out the impact of providing learning motivation on class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo for the 2020/2021 academic year. This study used a gualitative method with the subject and object of the research are the Principal, Guidance and Counseling teacher, class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo. Data collection technigues in this study through observation, interviews and documentation technigues. Data analysis in this study used three activity lines, namely reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study at SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo showed that the motivation for students in learning had been given to the maximum level. This was agreed by the students by providing information that the BK teacher had provided various ways to be motivated. The principal also supports and provides instructors so that BK teachers always provide motivation so that learning can be accepted as a whole. The obstacle faced in providing motivation is that it is difficult to meet students so that BK teachers can only monitor and provide motivation via cell-phones. Weak supervision makes students lazy to learn and unmotivated. The supporting factor for BK teachers in providing motivation is the self-will of the BK teachers because they feel responsible for students' learning motivation. The impact of providing learning motivation is that students are now more active in studying and diligently collecting assignments. Key Words: motivation, learning, increasing motivation

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of understanding of adolenscents about the dengers of free sex regarding reproductive health through information services carried out in RT 04 RW 03 Wonosari Village Jatikuwung, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were 3 teenagers and their parents. Data obtained through observation interviews and documentation. Observations were carried out by the researcher by observing the behavior of research subjects and their enviroment. Then continued with interviews with research subjects and parents to obtain more accurate data. This is confirmed by the documentation. The validity of the data is through triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. Qualitative data analysis is through the following steps: data collection data, reduction data, presentation, verification. Based on data analysis it could be concluded that in Wonosari village RT 04 RW 03 Jatikuwung, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar there were 3 teenagers who still did not understand about the dangers of free sex and the health of the reproductive system. This was due to a lack of available information. After being given treatment through information services the 3 teenagers could understand it better. The conclusion of this study showed that there was an increase in understanding after the research subjects received information services. Abstract

The aims of this study are : 1) to describe learning habits of junior high school’s students in Gatak Rejo, Drono, Ngawen, Klaten, 2) to find out what factors support and hinder students in online learning, 3) to find solutions to online learning problems in order to form students positive learning habits. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collecyion techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation.In data collection, observations werw made by observing the daily life subject, than continued with interviews with the subject, parents and peers, then strengthened by research documentation. The result of this study explain that there is a change in junior high school students learning habits in online learning. Students habits at the beginning of online learning are in the low chategory. In changing students learning habits, it is found that the supporting and inhibiting factors of online learning today are found. Key Words: Habits in online learning
