Abstract

Abstract Parents are adults who bring children to adulthood, especially during development. The task of parents is to equip and prepare children for adulthood by providing guidance and direction that can help children in living life. And currently, during the pandemic, the education sector is also still running online systematically, therefore the control of children's learning is less able to be monitored by teachers. The role of parents is to assist children in learning, so that the child's learning process can be carried out properly. In providing guidance, the family has certain conditions that differ in style and nature from one family to another. Career is not only related to work, but also related to a series of activities carried out by a person during his life, including work, position, and education. Wherever children receive education, formal, informal or non-formal institutions, parents still play a role in determining the future of their children. Education is important to improve the way of thinking, independence and how to stand. This type of research was a descriptive qualitative approach. Due to reveal and describe the perspective of parents regarding child development. This research was conducted in the village of Pringgolayan, with the subject of parents who have new children sitting in junior high school. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. then to check the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources and techniques. The results of the research were analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. That the parents of junior high school children in the Pringgolaya area who were interviewed resulted in some of them agreeing with their children's career development and career preparation for their future, they also freed their children to determine what they wanted. they also support children by channeling their talents and interests into the things they want. However, there are also parents of students who do not really understand what career development is and there are those who think that children should be what their parents want, regardless of their children's wishes. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to find out how the community's creativity in using cell phones in the vilage of mageru Kidul RT 02 RW 01. This research was conducted in mageru Kidul vilage RT 02 RW 01 Plumbungan Karangmalang sragen. This research is a qualitative deskriptive research. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observasion, dokumentation,and home visits. In this study,the research subjec were 3 community members in mageru Kidul vilage. The validity of the data in the study is triangulation of sources and triangulation of data.qualitative data analysis has an inductive nature,such us based on the analysis of the data obtained and then the relasionship pattern is developed through the following steps : data reduktion,data presentation,results or drawing conclusions. The result of the study exsplained that creativity in the use of celluler phones in the modern era is very helpful and facilitates work, especially in the economic and education sectors .it is hoped that this can be an example for others to be wiser in using cell phones and also to be creative in ultilizing this very sophisticated litle device. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to overcome the lack of confidence in junior high school students in Kampung Ngaglik RT05 RW12 Mojosongo, Wonowoso, Jebres, Surakarta in daily activities. This study was conducted at Kampung Ngaglik RT05 RW12 Mojosongo, Wonowoso, Jebres, Surakarta. The research method used is the PTBK method. In this study using the PTBK approach consisting of 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 4 main activities with name : planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study found that the change in behavior from not confident to confident in junior high school students in Pre-Cycle obtained results (40%) then from Pre Cycle to Cycle I increased by (65%) which is categorized as moderate. Furthermore, in Cycle II obtained (85%) which is categorized very well. Thus it can be concluded that from Pre-Cycle to Cycle I then to Cycle II shows a change from bad to good and to very good. Abstract

The purpose of this study to overcome the impact of social media abuse by high school students at The Aiyiyah II Surakarta Orphanage in everyday life. Thesis. Surakarta: Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Slamet Riyadi University, November 2021.The research method used is the PTBK method which is research conducted by BK teachers or counselors in the school or BK room where he serves with pressure on refinement or improvement of the process and practical counseling. In this study using the PTBK approach consisting of 2 or more cycles and each cycle consists of 4 main activities with name : planning, action, observation, reflection. The result of study of changes found that the behavior of social media abuse toward not abusing social media in high school students in the Pre Cycle found an understanding level of (40%), then after the first cycle found resulta (60%) which were categorized as moderate if there was a reduction in abuse. Social media for students who abuse,the result in cylcle II found the level of understanding of MY students (86,2%) and FR students (85%) which was categorized as very successful if students did not abuse social media. Thus,it can be concluded that from pre-cycle to cycle I ant then to cycle II, it shows a change for the better. Keywords : Overcoming Social Media Abuse, Client-Centered Counseling, Orphanages.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how is the influence of individual counseling with a behavioral approach to the effectiveness in increasing online learning discipline of junior high school students in Pengin Village RT I/RW III Popongan Karanganyar in 2021. This research was conducted in Pengin Village RT I/RW III Popongan Karanganyar. The subjects of this research were junior high school students, totaling 2 students. The research method used is Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK) which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely, Planning (planning), Action (action), Observation (observation) and Reflection (reflection). The technique of data collection used in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of this research it was found that there was an increase in online learning discipline in junior high school students. In the first cycle, the results of learning discipline changed and increased but there were still some indicators that were categorized as less disciplined with a percentage for AD students 60% and RJ students 63.5%. Both students have succeeded in improving their learning discipline but has not increased significantly. Furthermore, in the second cycle, the results showed that the student discipline was a change significantly and it can bee categorized as successful, with discipline for AD students reaching 76.25% and for RJ reaching 77.5%. Yet, both students have achieved indicators in the discipline category so it can be concluded that the implementation of individual counseling with a behavioral approach can improve online learning discipline for junior high school students in Pengin village RT I/RW III Popongan Karanganyar in 2021. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe author performs the actualization and habituation with the aim of applying the basic values ​​of civil servants (BerAKHLAK) namely Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative. In addition, it is to implement the position and role of civil servants to support the realization of Smart Governance, namely Management ASN and SMART ASN. This actualization activity is carried out from April 9 to June 8, 2022 by applying the basic values ​​of civil servants, including Service Oriented, Accountable, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative as well as carrying out activities based on the position and role of civil servants, including Management ASN and SMART ASN.The actualization and habituation activity with the title: "Optimizing the Implementation of Limited Face-to-Face Learning Strategies for Class V Students at SDN 1 Banyusri, Boyolali Regency" was carried out based on the results of the actualization for one month to implement the values ​​of AKHLAK through activities 1) Implement the SAPI program KUAT (I'm Sure I Can Breakfast) video playback using the LCD 2) Carry out Story Telling 3) Implement GAMEBEJAR 4) Make building props 5) Carry out QUIZIku activities 6) Evaluate actualization activities.From the activities carried out by the author, it can be concluded that the actualization and habituation activities are carried out by optimizing the learning model using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model so as to increase the enthusiasm of students' learning activities so as to make students enthusiastic about learning and increase student learning outcomes. Thus, the above provides benefits in choosing a learning model for the material to carry out story telling more safely so that students can easily understand the material in learning using PBL so that students are more active. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services with game techniques on interpersonal communication skills of class X MIPA 1 students of SMA Negeri Colomadu in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is an experimental quantitative research. The population of this study were students of class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri Colomadu in the academic year 2021/2022 which collected 36 students. The sample in this study used all students of class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri Colomadu in the academic year 2021/2022 which involved 36 students, so the sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling, which used all members as samples. The data collection tool in this study used a questionnaire as the main method and documentation as an auxiliary method. To analyze the data using the t-test formula. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of tcount = 7,194 was then compared with ttable at d.b = N - 1 (36 - 1) = 35, which showed ttable at a significance level of 1% = 2.724 and 5% = 2.030. Thus, it can be said that tcount is greater than ttable at the 1% and 5% significance levels, namely 2,724 < 7.194 > 2,030. In connection with these results, then H0 which reads "Group guidance services with game techniques are not effective on interpersonal communication skills of class X MIPA 1 students at SMA Negeri Colomadu in the 2021/2022 academic year" are not proven true and Ha is accepted which reads "Group guidance services with effective game techniques on interpersonal communication skills of students of class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri Colomadu in the academic year 2021/2022" proved to be true.

Abstract

The background in this study is about how the form of self-concept in students is there is an influence on student learning motivation which in this era of development in the world of education experiences various obstacles or problems, the breadth of these obstacles makes it difficult to predict what will happen. This study aims to determine the effect of two variables, namely the influence of self-concept on student motivation in class X SMA N 1 Weleri. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method using a quantitative design. The sample used in this study was 105 students taken from 4 classes. The data was taken using the technique of giving a questionnaire through the Likert scale measurement in the form of a checklist on the research instrument. The results showed that the level of influence between self-concept on the learning motivation of class X students at SMA N 1 Weleri showed statistical data with the acquisition of a simple regression test that was carried out showing that the calculated F value was 67.616 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, the regression model can be used to predict the self-concept variable or in other words there is an influence of the self-concept variable (X) on the learning motivation variable (Y). For how strongly influenced between variables X and Y variables, it can be seen from the R Square value (determinant coefficient) of 0.396, which means that the influence of self-concept on learning motivation is 39.6%. So it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between self-concept on the learning motivation of class X students of SMA N 1 Weleri. Abstract

The background of this research is that the results of the questionnaire on the needs of students that I gave to class XI, especially in class XI IPS 1, there are 3.16% of students who are still unsure of their choice of ideals, 3.31% of students who still do not understand the study program in higher education, and there are 2.86% of students who do not understand the relationship between talents, interests, education, and work . In addition, a simple interview was also conducted with one student at a different school. The results of the interviews showed that these students were still low in planning their careers. This shows that students in their career planning are still low. The ability of students to plan a career will support the success of their career goals. Conversely, if the ability to plan his career is low, it will have a bad impact on his career goals. The main problem studied is the Profile of Students' Career Planning Ability in SMA Pemalang Regency.The research method used is a survey research method with a quantitative approach that aims to reveal something as it is. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA in Pemalang Regency which consisted of 4 State Senior High Schools. The try out will be held at SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang in class XI IPA 1 with 36 students. The sampling technique in this research is using cluster random sampling technique. The analysis used to test the validity is product moment correlation and reliability using the alpha formula. The calculation results of the career planning ability questionnaire can be seen that the lowest score is 15 respondents in the very high category with a percentage of 19%, 22 respondents in the high category with a percentage of 28%, 43 respondents in the medium category with a percentage of 54%, 0 respondents in the low category with a percentage of 0%, and 0 respondents in the very low category with a percentage of 0%. Suggestions that researchers can convey should be guidance and counseling teachers have an active role but guidance and counseling teachers must develop or improve career guidance services in schools. Guidance and Counseling Study Program. Faculty of Education, PGRI University, Semarang. 2022. The problem in this study is that at the age of teenagers parents pay less attention to the learning development experienced by students. Parents rarely ask about the learning progress experienced by students at school because some are busy working, and others think that the student is an adult so they do not need direction and guidance from their parents anymore. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of parenting on motivation in learning in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa. This type of research is quantitative research. ex-postfacto research. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA 1 and XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa. The data in this study were obtained through student questionnaires. Based on the calculation of the regression test that has been carried out, it is known that the value of tcount = 3.545 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, then H0 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant (significant) effect of the trust variable (X) on the participation variable (Y). Based on these calculations, the hypothesis which reads "There is a positive and significant influence between parenting patterns on motivation in learning in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa for the academic year 2021/2022" can be accepted as true. Based on the results of this study, the suggestion that can be conveyed is that teachers and parents must always coordinate about the activities and activities of children at school and at home in order to monitor how the results obtained by children and parents can apply appropriate parenting patterns so that between attitudes and children's learning outcomes can to be better.
