Abstract

Abstract : The present study aimed to see The Role of Group Guidance Service with Movie Learning Strategy in Shaping Students’ Emotional Intelligence in Class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri Colomadu in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This 3-cycle guidance and counseling action research consisted of four stages in each cycle: planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Participants of the study were eight students from Class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri Colomadu of 2021/2022 academic years known to have problems in controlling and regulating their emotion due to low emotional intelligence. The group guidance session was performed using movie learning strategies. Interviews, observation, and documentation were performed to collect the data. A qualitative descriptive analysis technique was applied to analyze the data. Following interventions performed in each cycle, this study found that During the pre-cycle, Cycle I, Cycle II, and Cycle III, the percentage of solved emotional intelligence was 62.5%, 68.75%, 77%, and 85%, respectively. This work confirms that the group guidance with movie learning strategies plays a role in determining students’ emotional intelligence in Class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri Colomadu of the 2021/2022 academic year. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to find out the role of Group Counseling with Filosofi Teras in solving Bullying behavior in Panti Asuhan Keluarga Yatim Muhammadiyah (PAKYM) Surakarta in 2022. To this end, A 4-cycle guidance and counseling action research was applied. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data source in this study were the bullies, orphan keeper, and the caregiver. Interviews, observation, and documentation were performed to collect the data. Techniques and sources of data in this study were triangulated to ensure the validity. The collected data were analyzed using the interactive data analysis technique. In this study, 6 participants were indicated to commit bullying behavior due to their poor regulation of emotion. Following interventions performed in each cycle, this study found that during the pre-cycle percentage of solved bullying behavior was 56.66%, Cycle I was 59,18%, Cycle II was 69.16%, Cycle III was 78.34%, and Cycle IV was 86.66%, respectively. Based on the study result, the group counseling with Filosofi Teras is applicable in overcoming bullying behavior in Panti Asuhan Keluarga Yatim Muhammadiyah (PAKYM) Surakarta in 2022. Abstract

Abstrac : This study aimed to see the role of the psychoanalytic individual counseling in overcoming students’ kleptomaniac behaviors in Class XI SMKN Matesih in the 2021/2022 academic year. To this end, A 3-cycle guidance and counseling action research was applied. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were collected using interviews, observation, documentation, and Who am I psychological test. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique with the technique triangulation. Three students were identified to exhibit mild kleptomaniac disorders, commonly known as hypomania. The following percentage of kleptomaniac behavioral characteristics were obtained in each cycle: Precycle: 46%, cycle I: 44.6%, cycle II: 33.32%, cycle III: 22.8%, and cycle IV: 14.72%. This result shows that psychoanalytic individual counseling is effective in treating individuals with mild kleptomaniac symptoms, allowing them to control the urge to steal. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of behavioristic technique group guidance services in building self-confidence in Class VIII students at MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta during the academic year 2021/2022. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII. This research approach is qualitative research. Collecting research data using documentation techniques, interview techniques and observation techniques. The data analysis technique used was comparative descriptive analysis, which was to compare self-confidence between qualitatives. Based on the results of the research that the role of behavioristic technique group guidance services can increase the self-confidence of class VIII MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta students in the 2021/2022 academic year, self-confidence before being given guidance on benavioistic technique groups, it appears that students are still selfish, self-centered, students naturally excessive need for support from others, being pessimistic and less cheerful, worried about himself in front of others, and students are not confident in their abilities. After being given group guidance, students have better self-confidence which is shown by students being no longer selfish and able to work together with their friends, without needing excessive support from other people, students can be independent, optimistic and happy, confident in themselves in front of them, others, and students believe in their abilities. There are still two students whose self-confidence has not been maximized, this is understandable because there are several factors that affect self-confidence, including: Internal factors, including: student self-concept, student's physical condition, personal experience, education possessed, while external, including: the condition of parents, school environment, and peer association. Judging from the confidence of the two students through the behavioristic technique group guidance showed a significant increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between social support and student work readiness at the tenth grades students of SMK Negeri I Donorojo in 2021/2022 academic year. This research was a correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were all students in class X SMK Negeri I Donorojo with a total number of 230 students. The research sample was 70 students using simple random sampling. Data collection technique was to use a questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire method was the main method used to obtain data on social support and work readiness. While the documentation method was a method of assistance. In addition, the analytical technique used was a product moment correlation. Based on the results of data analysis on a correlation between social support and student work readiness, it was obtained that the r-count was 0.425. Furthermore, the value of r-count was consulted with the r-table of product moment N=70 and the significance levels of 5% and 1% were 0.235 and 0.306. In fact, the results of the analysis of the data obtained indicated that the r-count was greater than the r-table or 0.235<0.425>0.306. In connection with this, the null hypothesis or Ho which stated that "there is no correlation between social support and student work readiness at the tenth grade students of SMK N I Donorojo in 2021/2022 academic year" was not proven and the work hypothesis or Ha was accepted which stated that "there is a correlation between social support and student work readiness at the tenth grade students of SMKN I Donorojo in 2021/2022 academic year" was accepted at both the level of significant 5% and 1%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya guru BK dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap guru BK dan siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Bumiayu. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan wawancara terhadap guru BK kemudian dilanjutkan membagi kuesioner terhadap siswa kelas VIII A, dari hasil wawancara dengan guru BK SMP Negeri 1 Bumiayu bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, diberikan strategi, kemudian strategi yang diberikan oleh guru BK dengan berbagai layanan yaitu layanan bimbingan klasikal, layanan bimbingan kelompok, dan layanan konseling individu.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low career planning of class XI students, many students have difficulty in planning a career. Students feel confused after graduating to go to college or work, doubtful and unstable in choosing a study program, there are students who have not set a career plan after graduation, many students who choose study programs only follow friends. This makes students less confident in planning a career. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between self-confidence and career planning of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kwdungwuni. This type of research is a quantitative research with a correlational research design. The data collection tools used are the self-confidence scale and the career planning scale. The results of the person product moment correlation test, the correlation value of r count is 0.609. While the value of r table for the number of samples is 64 with a significance level of 5% of 0.246. Therefore, r arithmetic 0.609 > r table 0.246, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between self-confidence and career planning for students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwuni.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is that students do not know how to learn properly and correctly, students do not understand about learning styles and strategies that are suitable for them, students have not been able to find ways of learning that are suitable for learning styles, are difficult to understand lessons, and have not been able to utilize these learning resources. make learning outcomes less. The main problem studied is whether there is an effect of group guidance on self-instruction techniques in changing the learning styles of class XI science students at SMA N 1 Weleri.The research method used is true experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Weleri totaling 144 students consisting of 4 classes. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling technique. The analysis used to test the validity is product moment and reliability using the alpha formula. The final conclusion can be explained that the provision of treatment in the form of e-counseling services can be used to improve the ability of learning styles as evidenced by the implementation of treatment carried out for three meetings with the provision of treatment. Judging from the comparison of the results of the posttest calculations given to the experimental group, the e-counseling service had an average posttest score higher than the average posttest score for the control group without treatment, namely the score was 78.9 > 72.5. So it can be said that there is an influence of self-instruction technique group guidance in changing student learning styles in the experimental group than in the control group without any treatment. Suggestions that researchers can convey should be that the supervising teacher at the school provides advanced services regarding learning styles. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the role of group guidance with the game Gobak Sodor for the children of the Aisyiyah II Orphanage Women's Orphanage in Surakarta. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the children of the Aisyiyah II orphanage orphanage in Surakarta. Data collection techniques used are data from interviews, observations, and documentation. Interview technique is intended to obtain data in the form of direct statements from sources and participants, observation technique is intended to obtain data from participant activities, and documentation technique is intended to obtain written data and photo data of activities. The data analysis technique used is inductive, with 3 paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study explain how the role of group guidance services with the Gobak Sodor game technique in forming social characters in the Aiyiyah II Surakarta orphanage children. Judging from the provision of group guidance services with the Gobak Sodor game to participants, it had a good impact and gained an understanding that social character was important for participants. It is realized by the participants that social character is part of the participant's personality that must be formed in order to prepare for the future in order to have a superior character. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the application of humanistic existential group guidance with meditation techniques to students of XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri Colomadu in the academic year 2021/2022. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with focus group discussion approach (group discussion). Sources of data from this study are students who have the potential to experience feelings of worthlessness, principals, BK teachers. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique used is technical triangulation and source triangulation. The data analysis technique used is pattern matching, in this study there were 8 (eight) subjects who had the potential to experience feelings of worthlessness. The object of this research is a humanistic existential group guidance service with meditation techniques. To prevent feelings of worthlessness in XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri Colomadu in the academic year 2021/2022. Based on data collection conducted through Focus Group Discussion, there were 8 students who had the potential to experience feelings of worthlessness. Group discussion was conducted 3 (three) times. After the group discussion was conducted, it was found that humanistic existential group guidance with appropriate meditation techniques was applied to prevent feelings of worthlessness. This is indicated by the understanding of students' thinking which has begun to open more widely in responding to the characteristics of feelings of worthlessness.
