Abstract

This research is aimed to develop learning media of prezi in order to improve the learningresult on the material recognizing part of body, its functions and movements to developrough and smooth motoric. Technique of collecting data was conducted throughobservation, interview, evaluation test, and documentation. Sources of data in this researchwere students of PAUD Al Hasanah Sukoharjo, teacher, researcher, and documents. Theresearch method used Research and Development using ASSURE model (Analyze learners,states objectives, select methods, media and material, utilize media and materials, requirelearner participation, and valuate and revise). Media was used to analyzed KI-KD and amaterial on recognizing part of body, its functions and movements to develop rough andsmooth motoric which then made by using prezi media. Prezi was validated by material andmedia experts. Based on the analysis of the research, it is concluded that learning media ofprezi on the material recognizing part of body, its functions and movements to developrough and smooth motoric using ASSURE model is well-qualified based on its material andmedia display format with the category of “very proper”. In conclusion, the research showsthat there is improvement of learning result on the material using ASSURE model basedon prezi media.Keywords: Learning Media, Prezi, Learning Result, ASSURE model

Abstract

Globalization, caused by the rapid development ofInformation and CommunicationTechnology (ICT), is becoming aninevitable trend in the present world.Globalization offers clear opportunities and benefits for the world economies butcomes with substantial social costs that often appear to affect people, especially theyouth. The world’s researchers have paid most of their attention to adolescents, thespecial group of youth whose transition from being children to adulthood, has beenmost affected by the globalization period.Theaim of thisstudy is to study the futureimpacts of globalization towards perspectives in place identity, specifically, thehometown identityofthe youth. As most of the migration workers from Bangkokare coming from northeastern of Thailand, the place where agriculture industry isthe major industry.The young students who enrolled with international program inthe under-graduate levelforms the basis for this research. This study uses primarydata which was collected in Khon Kaen University Internasional College(KKUIC).The research results indicated thatthe respondents from KKUICweremore willing to live in big cities and that traditional music stylesareneitherpopular nor attractive anymore.Among the participating youth students, placeidentity concerning future working place and living place, big cities such asBangkok, Chiang Mai, etc. are more attractive for them. Abstract

One of the stages who often generates dispute between participantselection and organizers of an election in stage nomination the election ofthe governor, regents and mayors is the determination of candidate coupleparticipants election. Candidate couple were disadvantaged and objectionson the decision general election commission provincial or general electioncommission districts and city given the chance to suing the determination ofthe decision. Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the financial condition of PT. Blue Bird, Tbkin 2011-2016 by using Altman Z-score, Springate, and Zmijewski model, inpurpose to predict the financial distress that occurs in the company. The data usedin this study are the secondary data from Transportasi Service Companies, namelyPT. Blue Bird, Tbk. Data analysis techniques of this study are the discriminantanalysis of Altman, Springate, and Zmijewski. The analysis of Altman model isgrouped into three parts of companies, include companies that experience goodcondition, grey areas, and bankruptcy. Springate model analysis is grouped intotwo parts of companies, include companies that is in good condition and potentiallybankrupt. The analysis of Zmijewski model is grouped into two parts of companies,include companies that are good condition and potentially bankrupt. The results offinancial distress analysis of PT. Blue Bird, Tbk period 2011-2016 using Altmanmodel indicates that companies in the category grey areas. The results of theanalysis using Springate model shows that companies in the category goodcondition. Abstract

Employees are foundation of company. Company needs high motivationemployee. Job satisfaction is needed for optimal performance. The goal of thisresearch to investigate the impact of motivation toward employee performance,job satisfaction toward employee performance, job satisfaction towardmotivation and performance toward job satisfaction. The benefit of thisresearch is to explain the research gab, that is not every of the job satisfactionand motivation influence performance not significantly.Hopeful this research can be a reference for another reseacher especiallymotivation measurement. This research uses McClelland motivation theory.This research conclude that motivation influence on employee performance, jobsatisfaction influence employee performance, job satisfaction influencemotivation and performance influence job satisfaction significantly.The study used 74 respondents and the overall level of staff respondents wereemployees of Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) Yogyakarta. Motivation haspositive effect on Employee Performance. Job satisfaction has positiveinfluence on Employee Performance. Job satisfication has positive influence onmotivation. Abstract

Learning in the digital Age must follow the development of the era, no longer haveto face to face in the classroom but can be done anywhere and can be accessedusing a device. Youtube as a video-based online media can be a good alternativefor young people to learn and deepen everything that is not obtained in theclassroom. This study focuses on the perception of students in using youtubechannel in the major of Communication Studies program, because the subject oflearning in this Department is very dynamic and must follow the development ofthe era.This research method is qualitative with in-depth interviews to students who studyCommunication Science and see youtube channel that focuses on teaching certaintechniques in communication science.The result of the research shows that the student motive in using youtube becauseof the lack of real practice example in the course material and to add insight. Thenthe external factor that makes someone use youtube to learn is because it is easyand interesting to be accessed and can be shared by others through the sharefeature.Then for the value embraced by the students is a change of view from youtube thatoriginally used for entertainment becomes a place to find materials learning morecomplete and detailed and there are special tricks of certain materials. From theside of the culture adopted, majority students come from the Indonesian nation,therefore more follow the channel that uses Indonesian language more easilyunderstood. Abstract

Tax avoidance is the steps taken by a person to avoid taxes but in legal ways. Thistax evasion can be said to be a complicated and unique issue because on the onehand it is permissible, but not desirable. This study aims to examine and analyzethe effect of Corporate Governance on Tax Avoidance. Corporate Governance isproxied with institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, auditcommittee, and audit quality, while Tax Avoidance is proxied by Cash EffectiveTax Rate. Population in this research is all of Consumer Goods Industry Companywhich listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013-2016. The samplingtechnique used Purposive Sampling method. Purposive Sampling method obtainedby the sample of 19 companies. Data analysis method used in this research is usingmultiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of model feasibility testing(F test) shows that the independent variables (institutional ownership, independentboard of commissioner, audit committee, and audit quality) have a significanteffect on the tax avoidance variable. Hypothesis testing (t test) shows that theinstitutional ownership and audit committee have an effect on Tax Avoidance,whereas independent board and audit quality have no effect on Tax Avoidance.keywords: Corporate Governance, Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Education is a very basic and important in life. School and university are alwaysimprovement their education quality. It can be done by school or university with otheraspect. One of them from the aspects is a company. A company creates the cooperationwith school or university to take a part in education. PT. Nasmoco Bengawan Motor is oneof company which takes part in innovation education through event marketing. Thiscompany is working in automotive. A school or university can be cooperated with thiscompany if they want to make an event. This company is ready to make the event besuccessful. This study researches the cooperation between PT. Nasmoco Bengawan Motorand school or university to increase the quality in education. The research uses exploratoryqualitative method. Data are by depth interview technique, observation, and documentanalysis to get information. The research uses data validity and qualitative data analysis.The result shows that PT. Nasmoco Bengawan Motor did the cooperation with school oruniversity in Surakarta consistently, to increase the quality in education and indirectly thecompany plant a positioning in customers about the company. Abstract

This study examined the influence of liquidity (Current Ratio), profitability (Net ProfitMargin, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity), solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio) against thestock price at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Thepopulation of this research is all the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stockexchange. The sample of this research as much as 84 manufacturing companies listed onthe Indonesia stock exchange. Types of data used are secondary data derived from theIndonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Results descriptive statistics shows that anincrease in the stock price, which if viewed from the parameters of the stock price moredone on the parameters of the Earning Per Share. Based on the correlation analysis showsthe current ratio of negative effect variables significantly to the stock price, the Net ProfitMargin effect significantly to stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio of significant negativeeffect against the share price, While Earning Per Share and Return On Equity did not affectstock prices. Based on regression analysis, we find that variable Current Ratio, Net ProfitMargin, Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio effect significantly tostock prices.Keywords : Liquidity; Profitability; Solvency; the Stock Price.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analize the influence of tax rules understandment,good perception of effectiveness from tax system as well as the level of trust to thelaw system and the goverment to UMKM’s obgligation in paying taxes inSurakarta city. This research used questionaries from taxpayer population that ownfree business that is listed in Service Tax Office Pratama Surakarta. Researchrespondents are taxpayer that own free business that is listed in Service Tax OfficePratama. The sample are taxpayer private individuals that own free business that islisted in Service Tax Office Pratama Surakarta. The technique used for the samplestaken are accidental sampling with research sample as much as 30 respondents.The analysis method used is double linear regression test. The result from the testshowed that : the influence of knowledge and understanding to tax rules, good andeffective perception about tax system, and level of trust to the law system and thegoverment that significantly affect to UMKM obgligation in paying taxes inSurakarta city. Tax office should do more intensive Goverment socialization rulesNumber 46 Year 2013 to the community, especially UMKM so that the ownermanage to pay affordable taxes.Keywords: knowledge and understanding; good presentation; government regulation; UMKMcompliance.
