Abstract

Di zaman globalisasi saat ini perkembangan teknologi informasi dankomunikasi tidak dapat dipungkiri telah membawa peradaban baru dan perubahanserta inovasi pada setiap aspek kehidupan manusia. Saat ini pelayanan publikmenjadi sebuah isu kebijakan yang sangat strategis, upaya memperbaiki pelayananpublik di Indonesia sekarang cenderung berjalan ditempat sedangkan implikasinyadapat menjangkau kehidupan ekonomi, politik, sosial budaya dan lain-lain. DinasKomunikasi dan Informasi Kabupaten Tegal memanfaatkan website untukmemudahkan masyarakat dalam informasi publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan website @Kominfo.tegalkab.go.id oleh DinasKomunikasi Dan Informatika Kabupaten Tegal Dalam Layanan Informasi Publik.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Tegal,jenis data yang di gunakan adalah kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu dataprimer dan data skunder. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah Kepala BidangDiskominfo Kabupaten Tegal, kepala Seksi Diskominfo Kabupaten Tegal,Masyakat Kabupaten Tegal yang mengetahui adanya website DiskominfoKabupaten Tegal. Teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan teknik samplingpurposive. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas internal(credibility), validitas eksternal (transferability), reabilitas (depenadability), danobyektivitas (confirmability). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah memanfaatanwebsite sebagai media sosial yang paling mudah diakses karena tidak harusmengunduh aplikasi untuk bisa masuk ke halaman ini, cukup dengan mengetikansubdomainnya saja. Website di isi dengan berita yang bertujuan untuk membangunkesadaran, pengetahuan dan kemampuan penggunaan internet secara layak (internetsafety dan internet nights, website juga dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung pemerintahdengan melakukan interaksi dengan masyarakat melalui yang tercantum di halamanwebsite dinas komunikasi dan informatika Kabupaen Tegal. Hambatan dari situswebsite pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Tegal website tidakmenyediakan informasi yang terbaru.Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan, Layanan Informasi Publik, Diskominfo KabupatenTegal

Abstract

In defense Listeners to radio broadcast programs need appropriate broadcasting strategies. In Wonogiri, Central Java, there are private radio stations that have air quite a long time ago, namely Radio Gajah Mungkur Fm. Radio Gajah Mungkur Fm has various program events, one of which is Sapa Wonogiri Approaching Evening or Sapodilla . Brown use strategies to can maintain the listener. With using a broadcast strategy in manage an event program with ok, got it maintain listener. Study This use theory strategy broadcasting programs according to Susan Tyler Eastman. Research methods used researcher in study This is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interview as well as documentation. Research result This show that the strategy for broadcasting the Sawo Matang program includes five things, namely conformity strategy Where covers three matter important that is scheduling, selection program type and principal problem to need listener. Formation strategy done with form habit Listen to the results from exists scheduling of Sawo Matang broadcast programs which is not Once change and exist effort promotion through making adverts and ad spots. Control strategy current listener done with set standard quality with guard quality of the Sawo Matang program so that can maintain listener. Storage strategy program resources are carried out with save it through device computer for later Can used return. Power strategy towing mass of the Sawo Matang program done with package an interesting program maybe, okay through style language and also use social media For broadcast programs. Abstract

A political communication strategy is a communication plan and guide, so it must show theoperational method that functions as a direction to achieve the goal. Eko has run three times as amember of the Sragen DPRD, namely in 2009, 2014 and 2019. However, in 2014 he failed, sohe evaluated his communication strategy and won again in 2019. This research aims to describehow Eko Muji Suharto's political communication strategy from PDI Perjuangan in winningthe seat of Sragen DPRD member. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. Thedata sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. This research uses the interviewmethod conducted on Eko Muji Suharto, 2 Jatitengah Village communities, and 2 PDIPerjuangan cadres. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, datapresentation and verification carried out during the research. The results of the study are firstseen from the communicator aspect, he meets the requirements to be a good politicalcommunicator as measured by his capacity, competence, personality, and education. Measuredfrom the aspect of the message, namely the political message conveyed contains the vision andmission and is in accordance with what is the unrest and needs of the community. Measuredfrom the aspect of the recipient of Eko's political message is also targeted precisely at all peoplewho already have the right to vote. So that in the aspect of the effects arising from thecommunication strategy carried out by Eko it worked well, namely in the form of support fromthe audience.Keywords: PDI Perjuangan, Winning seats, DPRD

Abstract

Ganjar Pranowo is one of the presidential candidates contesting in the 2024 election. Based on a survey conducted by LSI in 2023, Ganjar Pranowo has the highest electability with a percentage of 37 percent. However, in March 2023, Ganjar Pranowo issued a controversial statement rejecting Israel's participation in the U20 World Cup in Indonesia. A few days after his statement, FIFA revoked Indonesia's hosting rights. After the incident, Ganjar Pranowo also received attention from various online news portal media, including DETIK.COM which is the most popular and largest online news portal in Indonesia. The framing DETIK.COM of the incident becomes interesting in the midst of election season and the strong influence of the mass media. Therefore, this study aims to find out the framing of Ganjar Pranowo's news that rejected Israel's participation in the U20 World Cup. This research uses qualitative methods and is analyzed using Zhongdang Pan & Kosicki's framing analysis theory with four tools (Syntax, Script, Thematic, Rhetorical). The conclusion of this study also shows how DETIK.COM framed Ganjar Pranowo as a cadre loyal to his Party's ideology which is upright to Karno's mandate in fighting for Palestinian independence. In addition, Ganjar is considered guilty of failing the U20 World Cup, as well as being a figure who is threatened with a decline in his electability as a Presidential Candidate, following Indonesia's failure to host the U20 World Cup Keywords: Framing Analysis, DETIK.COM, Ganjar Pranowo, U20 World Cup Issues.

Abstract

"30 Years of God 19: Approaching Eternity" is one of Najwa Shihab's YouTube video content which has been watched more than 1.9 million times and received 6,538 comments. From all the times I have watched the video, each viewer has a different perception. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the perceptions of Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel viewers on the YouTube content "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Eternity". This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of this research is the audience's perception of Najwa Shihab's YouTube content entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Eternity" which was uploaded on 12 February 2023. The data in this research is the audience's perception of Najwa Shihab's YouTube content entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Immortality" obtained through interviews with informants selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this research include in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data validity technique in this research uses triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative analysis. The results of this research found that informants perceive Dewa 19 as a legendary band that has been able to maintain its existence to this day. This is proven through Najwa Shihab's documentary video entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Eternity" which is proof of the existence of Dewa 19 which was able to survive up to 30 years, even though in its journey Dewa 19 has changed personnel several times. There are several factors that influence the perceptions of the informants, namely the objects perceived and the experiences of the informants.

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is one of the technological developments in the field of non-cash payment systems whose aim to make transactions easier. The low level of knowledge of the people of Solo City about QRIS has resulted in the lack of interest of the people of Solo City in using QRIS. GenBI Solo is a community of Bank Indonesia scholarship recipients whose aim to communicate Bank Indonesia policies. Researchers used Anwar Arifin's communication strategy with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through interviews, observation and literature study. The aim of this research was to find out the communication strategy used by GenBI Solo in socializing the QRIS program as a literacy tool for the Solo city community in the use of non-cash payments. The results of this research were: (1) getting to know the audience for QRIS socialization, namely UMKM and buyers. (2) formulate the objective, namely to introduce and explain the advantages of QRIS and receive complaints from the people of Solo City regarding QRIS, (3) compose a message that is easy to understand, packaged attractively and follows operational standards using the resolving and persuading method. (4) media selection as an information medium.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of YouTube as a medium for conveying messages and as a medium for sharing video content creates various perceptions for those who access it. "Berbeda Tapi bersama" content show is one of the YouTube content in the Noice channel which contains Islamic preaching that is packaged in a modern and contemporary way, various backgrounds of life and religious differences can be discussed in this content. This research aims to find out how viewers' perceptions of the Berbeda Tapi Bersama content show as a medium for delivering messages. By using the theory of the process of perception by Alex Sobur, namely through the process of selection, interpretation and reaction. The method used in this research is qualitative, to understand a phenomenon that has been experienced by the research subject through interviews and documentation. The results of this study are viewers (informants) perceive positively, namely, the show can open a new view points towards others, generate a high sense of tolerance, and change a better mindset and also YouTube as a medium as a medium for delivering very informative messages, as an effective source of knowledge, means of entertainment and YouTube is a place to channel creativity. Abstract

Social media Instagram has become a popular medium as a means of information for the general public, one of which is the Instagram account @lkp.cakra.surakarta. The Instagram account @lkp.cakra.surakarta provides information regarding pre-employment wave schedules, training programs, recommendations and tips. This research aims to understand and describe the use of social media Instagram accounts as a means of information for prospective training participants at the Cakra Surakarta Course and Training Institute. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Research subjects with 3 informants, namely the foundation owner, Instagram admin and prospective training participants. The validity of the data used is source triangulation. The research results show (1) Information Needs Approach: Utilization of Instagram social media to convey the latest/newest information. (2) Routine Information Approach: Regular posting schedules and relevant content help increase general public awareness about the programs offered (3) In-depth Information Approach: Presentation of call center tools to make it easier for prospective training participants to seek further information from the Instagram admin and present explanation of using the Instagram reels feature. (4) Information at a Glance Approach: Use of short posts such as Instagram stories and responsiveness to interactions via the comments column. Keywords: LKP, Instagram, Information Facilities.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and describing the marketingcommunication of the Wahana Cipta Sinatria (WCS) Homestay towards the SumberbuluTourism Village. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method to understand thephenomenon and obtain in-depth data holistically regarding the marketingcommunication of the Wahana Cipta Sinatria Homestay towards the SumberbuluTourism Village through the application of IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication)by Schultz. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews anddocumentation. Based on the results of the research analysis, Wahana Cipta Sinatria(WCS) carries out integrated marketing communications or IMC (Integrated MarketingCommunication), including advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicrelations, direct marketing. The conclusion of this study is that Wahana Cipta Sinatria(WCS) implements IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) marketingcommunications, including the use of social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram andFacebook in conducting promotions, interacting directly with visitors through personalselling, building public relations activities in marketing and sponsorship activities andconducting direct marketing to build trust and fedback.Keywords: Wahana Cipta Sinatria, Marketing Communication, IMC

Abstract

Radio Metta Solo FM was founded in 2003 as a Catholic radio which facilitates many Catholic activities and broadcasts around 30% of spiritual programs that focus on the spiritual needs of the community. Over time, this radio began to transform into a professional commercial radio that focused on advertising and profit-oriented activities. This radio is rebranding to Urban Family Radio, with a change in name and tagline that reflects its new identity as a modern and urban family radio. The aim of this research is to determine the perception of the rebranding carried out by Radio Metta Solo FM by listeners in Surakarta. The supporting theories in this research are Rebranding according to Muzellec and Lambkin and Perception according to Walgito. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods. The results of this research conclude that the rebranding of Radio Meta FM Solo produced varying impacts on listener perceptions. The change to more modern content has succeeded in attracting new listeners with a fresh and contemporary approach. However, there are challenges in maintaining radio's original identity, leading to a decline in the loyalty of long-time listeners. It is important for Radio Meta FM Solo to clarify market segmentation and maintain elements that are loved by long-standing listeners so that brand perception remains positive and consistent, allowing this radio to develop without losing the essence that its loyal listeners have known.
