Abstract

This research aims to explore the importance of information technology in the field of education. As an instrument of the modern digital world, the existence of information technology is possible to answer the level of learning difficulties that are currently considered conventional. This study uses a qualitative approach to the study of literature. As a result of this research, the influences of globalization, future education will be more open and two-way, diverse, multidisciplinary, and related to work productivity. With the development of information technology in the field of education, it is now possible to hold distance learning by using internet media to connect students with their lecturers, view student grades online, check finances, view class schedules, send assignments files given by lecturers etc. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap pentingnya tekhnologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan. Sebagai instrumen dunia digital modern, keberadaan teknologi informasi dimungkinkan dapat menjawab tingkat kesulitan pembelajaran yang saat ini dirasa masih konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif pendekatan kajian studi literatur. Dihasilkan dari penelitian ini, masuknya pengaruh globalisasi, pendidikan masa mendatang akan lebih bersifat terbuka dan dua arah, beragam, multidisipliner, serta terkait pada produktivitas kerja. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan, maka pada saat ini sudah dimungkinkan untuk diadakan belajar jarak jauh dengan menggunakan media internet untuk menghubungkan antara mahasiswa dengan dosennya, melihat nilai mahasiswa secara online, mengecek keuangan, melihat jadwal kuliah, mengirimkan berkas tugas yang diberikan dosen dan sebagainya.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of marital guidance in KUA Citeureup in maintanining the integrity household countained from the cause due to the high divorce in Indonesia, especially for muslim in Indonesia, where the government has issued a policy that the bride and groom thas prospective brides who want to marry are required to follow the guidance of marriage in advance. despite the policy being issued, the fact remains that many bride and groom who do not follow the marriage guidance even tends to underestimate the importance of following marital guidance. this research uses mix method approach method and using field research method. the main source of this research is the religious affairs office and the bride and groom who married in the office of religious affairs. so the authors get data on the extent to which effectiveness of marital guidance that has been provided by officials of the citeureup religious affairs office in maintaining the integrity of the household. in the discussion of the effectiviness of marital guidance in maintaining the integrity of this household has two important points that need to be studied, how far the effectiviness of marital guidance that has been given by the officers kua citeureup to the bride and groom in maintaining the integrity of the household and any factors that make many bride and groom are still unable to attend marriage counselling that has been held by the office of religious affairs. Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektivitas bimbingan perkawinan di KUA dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga yan disebabkan akibat tingginya tingkat perceraian yang terjadi di Indonesia, khususnya bagi umat muslim di Indonesia, dimana pemerintah telah mengeluarkan kebijakan bahwa para catin yang ingin melangsungkan pernikahan diharuskan untuk mengikuti binwin terlebih dahulu. Meskipun telah dikeluarkan kebijakan tersebut, faktanya masih banyak para catin yang tidak mengikuti binwin bahkan cenderung menyepelekan mengenai urgensinya mengikuti binwin sebelum menikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mixed method, yakni metode penelitian gabungan antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber utama penelitian ini adalah para catin yang menikah di KUA Citeureup, sehingga penulis mendapatkan data sejauhmana efektivitas binwin yang sudah diberikan kepada para catin dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga. Dalam pembahasan tentang efektivitas bimbingan perkawinan dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga ini memiliki dua poin penting yang perlu dikaji, yakni sejauhmana efektivitas binwin yang telah diberikan kepada para catin dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga dan faktor apa sajakah yang membuat para catin masih banyak yang belum dapat menghadiri bimbingan perkawinan yang telah diadakan oleh KUA Citeureup.

Abstract

Birth control, also known as contraception and fertility control are the methods or devices used to prevent pregnancy. Planning, provision and use of birth control is called family planning. The History of birth control is as old as Islam itself. The Arabs used to practice it during the days of Jahaliyah. After the advent of Islam, the muslims continued the process and is said to have got permission with moderation from the prophet SAW. The moderation he did was to approve the practice of Azl as a measure to birth control. Birth control or family planning is not a new issue rather it has remained a burning issue from the advent of Islam as it is today. It is a concept for all people and all nations of the world irrespective of people’s religious alienations.

Abstract

This article aims to explore: 1) the concept of intelligence according to the perspective of Islamic education, 2) the intelligence development of students in the basic education period, and 3) the methods for developing intelligence of students in the period of basic education in Muslim families The basic concept of intelligence in a long-developed Islamic education perspective is: a) intellectual intelligence (thinking intelligence), b) emotional intelligence (moral), c) spiritual intelligence (spiritual intelligence). Efforts to develop students' intelligence in the basic education period can be done by applying methods: a) educating through the dialogue of the Qur'an and Nabawi, b) educating through the stories of the Qur'an and Nabawi, c) educating through parables, d) educating through exemplary, e) educating through 'Ibrah and willing, and f) educating through targibs and tarhib. Efforts to develop the intelligence of students in the period of basic education in the Muslim family environment must be based on Al_qur'an and As-Sunnah with the following description: 1) listening to the recitation of the Qur'an, 2) giving advice with good stories from Al -Qur'an and As-Sunnah, 3) Educating with parables derived from the Qur'an, 4) Educating by giving good moral example so that students can develop emotional intelligence, 5) Educating through 'ibrah and want' izah. Education can prepare learning designs that can stimulate students' thinking and thinking. Give pleasant hopes (Targhib) and punishment (Tarhib) Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk: 1) mengetahui konsep kecerdasan menurut perspektif pendidikan Islam, 2) mengetahui perkembangan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar, dan 3) umengetahui metode pengembangan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar di lingkungan keluarga muslim. Konsep dasar kecerdasan dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam yang sudah berkembang lama adalah: a) kecerdasan intelektual (kecerdasan berpikir), b) kecerdasan emosional (akhlak), c) kecerdasan spiritual (kecerdasan ruhaniah). Upaya mengembangkan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode: a) mendidik melalui dialog Al-Qur’an dan Nabawi, b) mendidik melalui kisah Al-Qur’an dan Nabawi, c) mendidik melalui perumpamaan, d) mendidik melalui keteladanan, e) mendidik melalui ‘Ibrah dan mau’izah, dan f) mendidik malalui targib dan tarhib. Upaya mengembangkan kecerdasan peserta didik pada periode pendidikan dasar di lingkungan keluarga muslim harus didasarkan pada Al Qur’an dan As-sunnah dengan uraian sebagai berikut: 1) mendengarkan tilawah Al-Qur’an, 2) memberikan nasehat dengan kisah-kisah yang baik dari Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah, 3) mendidik dengan perumpamaan yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an, 4) mendidik dengan memberikan keteladanan dalam akhlak yang baik sehingga dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik, 5) mendidik melalui ‘ibrah dan mau’izah. Pendidikan dapat menyiapkan rancangan pembelajaran yang dapat merangsang perenungan dan berpikirnya peserta didik. Memberikan harapan yang menyenangkan (Targhib) dan hukuman (Tarhib).

Abstract

This study discusses the Teachers Professionalism Development Strategy which is part of the management in the world of education. This study aimed to obtain information about how the coaching strategy professionalism of educators to improve the quality of teachers in some vocational schools in Garut regency. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with the main descriptive-analytic method that comes with the method of documentation and literature. Data were collected by using observation, interviews, document study, questionnaire,andfieldnotes. The results showed that the educators at SMK Al-Mukhtariyah, SMKN 5 Garut, and SMK 6 Garut still rely on the role of school principals to foster professionalismenya, because the principal has a very important role in fostering the teaching staff in carrying out their duties, of course this will increase the quality of education through the various stages fromplanning, implementation and monitoring. With all the obstacles that are found mainly in complementary facilities and infrastructures as well as the allocation of funding is very minimal but the vocational school in Garut regency still able to carry out the training of the teachers who impacted the increasing creativity, competence, attitudes skilled and responsible attitude and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency process of coaching students personnel. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Strategi Pembinaan Profesionalisme Tenaga Pendidik yang merupakan bagian dari suatu manajemen dalam dunia pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan metode utama deskriptif-analitik yang dilengkapi dengan metode dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, kuisioner, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pendidik di SMK Al-Mukhtariyah, SMKN 5 Garut dan SMKN 6 Garut masih mengandalkan peran dari kepala sekolah untuk membina profesionalismenya, karena kepala sekolah mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam membina para tenaga pendidik dalam menjalankan tugasnya, tentunya hal ini akan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui berbagai tahapan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Dengan segala hambatan-hambatan yang ditemukan terutama dalam melengkapi sarana dan prasana serta alokasi pembiayaan yang sangat minim tetapi SMK di Kabupaten Garut tetap mampu melaksanakan pembinaan para tenaga pendidiknya yang berdampak meningkatnya kreativitas, kompetensi, sikap terampil, dan sikap tanggung jawab serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pembinaan tenaga didik.

Abstract

Philosophy that works as the basis for the development of science, must be relevant to the area of scientific ontological it builds. This relevance problem is still a problem in Islamic scientific building, among others, in the Islamic Education Philosophy which seem difficult to escape from the dominance of positivism. The aim of this paper to describe the structure of the epistemology of al-Farabi which will be the basis of the reformulation of the Islamic Education Philosophy paradigm. The study used an analitical-interpretative method with the content analysis technique of works related to al-Farabi’s thought. On the ontological aspect, the reformulation of the Islamic Education Philosophy paradigm should be rationally connected between the material available in the curriculum. In the epistemological aspect, education is expected to show the process of forming students who are able to apply knowledge into their attitudes and actions. In practical areas, education operate in the area of “moral” manifested, among others, because of the exemplary factor of teacher whose theoretical knowledge has been subjectivated.

Abstract

The development and advancement of information technology has grown by leaps and bounds, it is most impact on people's lives not to mention education. It is time the world of education utilizing information technology. Information technology will provide added value in the learning process. It is associated with a high demand for information, science and technology are not all obtained in the school environment. The development of a variety of learning methods is a sign of the birth of teaching technology known today. Even from its historical background, the learning method is not based on science and research as we know, in teaching methods contained concepts that influence the way of thinking, acting and behaving in the development of teaching came to be known as the educational technology. Like a coin, the development of information and communication technology for sepajang 2006 alone showed him the two sides. There has been progress, but there are also issues that has changed despite years remained unresolved. Call it yet ITE legalization bill, access to communications uneven, decline in the number of internet cafes, until there is no grand strategy right. Need a strong commitment with the planning and coordination. One chore that must be completed is the Bill on Information and Electronic Transactions. ITE's bill should be discussed and ratified. However, legislation governing the use of information technology (RUU ITE) is so important. Because, until now our country does not have the legal rules governing the use of information technology, especially in electronic transactions, in line digitizing globalizing trend. Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat, hal ini sangat berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat dan pendidikan. Sudah saatnya dunia pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi akan memberikan nilai tambah dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini terkait dengan tingginya permintaan akan informasi, sains dan teknologi yang tidak semua diperoleh di lingkungan sekolah. Perkembangan berbagai metode pembelajaran merupakan tanda lahirnya teknologi pengajaran yang dikenal saat ini. Bahkan dari latar belakang historisnya, metode pembelajaran tidak didasarkan pada sains dan penelitian seperti yang kita ketahui, dalam metode pengajaran terkandung konsep-konsep yang mempengaruhi cara berpikir, bertindak dan berperilaku dalam pengembangan pengajaran kemudian dikenal sebagai teknologi pendidikan. Ibarat koin, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk sepanjang 2006 saja menunjukkan kepadanya dua sisi. Ada kemajuan, tetapi ada juga masalah yang telah berubah meskipun tahun masih belum terselesaikan. Sebut saja belum RUU pengesahan ITE, akses komunikasi tidak merata, penurunan jumlah warung internet, hingga tidak ada strategi besar yang tepat. Perlu komitmen yang kuat dengan perencanaan dan koordinasi. Salah satu tugas yang harus diselesaikan adalah RUU Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. RUU ITE harus didiskusikan dan disahkan. Namun, undang-undang yang mengatur penggunaan teknologi informasi (RUU ITE) sangat penting. Sebab, hingga saat ini negara kita belum memiliki aturan hukum yang mengatur penggunaan teknologi informasi, terutama dalam transaksi elektronik, sejalan digitalisasi tren globalisasi.

Abstract

The research aims to investigate: (1) implementation of democtratization of educational system in islamic boarding school; (2) the factor of prosponent and inhibit in implementing of democtratization of educational system in boarding school; and (3) the prospect of democtratization of educational system in boarding school to shape civil society. The research was qualitatif approach by using case study. Research subject are headmaster of boarding school and student. The data were colected by observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed desciptively. The results showet that: The first; implementation of the democratization of the educational system in Islamic boarding schools in the form of: 1) to establish an open attitude through a process approach in teaching. 2) to establish collective leadership. 3) There is no punishment system for students who violated the regulation, but by inculcating self-awareness. 4) There is freedom for student of boarding school to have communication devices / mobile phones. 5) the headmaster of boarding school gave concessions to student to look for general knowledge outside the boarding school. Second; Supporting Factors: education of Humanist-religious, enthusiasm and religious motivation, sincerity, and autonomy and independence. While the inhibiting factors include: Eliteism in religion. Barakah tradition and total obedience was wrong. Third; The prospect of democratization educational system in boarding school to shape civil society. Civil society was the form of society that was based on religion as a source of morality, inspiration and action in order of social life for social togetherness to live peacefully, democratic and tolerant, so that shape an ethical society, egalitarian and civilization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi: (1) pelaksanan demokratisasi sistem pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren; (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan demokratisasi sistem pendidikan di pondok pesantren; dan (3) prospek demokratisasi sistem pendidikan pondok pesantren dalam mewujudkan masyarakat madani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subyek penelitianya adalah pengasuh pesantren dan santri. Metode pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitianya menunjukan: Pertama; Pelaksanaan demokratisasi sistem pendidikan di pondok pesantren berupa: 1) Pembentukan sikap terbuka melalui pendekatan proses dalam pengajaran. 2) Membentuk kepemimpinan kolektif. 3) Tidak ada sistem ta’zir (hukuman) bagi santri yang melanggar qanun (peraturan), tapi dengan penanaman kesadaran diri. 4) Adanya kebebasan bagi santri untuk memiliki alat komunikasi/handphone. 5) Pengasuh memberikan kelonggaran kepada santri untuk mencari ilmu pengetahuan umum di luar pondok pesantren. Kedua; Faktor Pendukung: Pendidikan humanis-religius, semangat dan motivasi agama, keikhlasan, dan otonomi serta kemandirian. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya antara lain: Elitisme dalam agama. Tradisi barokah dan kepatuhan total yang salah. Ketiga; Prospek demokratisasi sistem pendidikan pesantren dalam mewujudkan masyarakat madani. Masyarakat madani merupakan bentuk masyarakat yang didasarkan agama sebagai sumber moral, inspirasi dan aksi dalam tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat atas kebersamaan sosial untuk hidup secara damai, penuh demokratis dan toleransi, sehingga terwujud masyarakat etis, egaliter dan berbudaya. Karena masyarakat madani tidak akan terwujud tanpa proses transmisi kebudayaan yang di dalamnya sangat berperan fungsi pendidikan.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the urgency of learning innovation in Islamic religious education. Learning innovation is a strategy that is structured as well as pposible to answer various kinds of learning problems. The Progressiveness in science and technology is increasingly dynamic and sustainable as a result of modernization and globalization. Learning of Islamic religious education requires innovation to answer various kinds of problems which occur in society. The learning that utilizes information technologies in formal education is named E-learning. One of the advantages is that students can learn about teaching materials any time and anywhere if needed, considered teaching materials are stored on the computer. While one disadvantage is the decreased interaction between teachers and students or even between students themselves. Therefore, the expected out come from learning of islamic religious education should be had the competencies that are required by stakeholder needs, which should fulfill professional needs, social needs, industrial needs, and aspects of scientific vision. Thus, the nation has skilled human resources and be able to compete both locally and internationally. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi urgensi inovasi pembelajaran dalam pendidikan agama islam.inovasi pembelajaran merupakan suatu strategi yang disusun sedemikian rupa untuk menjawab berbagai macam permasalahan pembelajaran. Kemajuan dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin dinamis dan berkelanjutan sebagai akibat dari modernisasi dan globalisasi. Pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam memerlukan inovasi untuk menjawab berbagai macam persoalan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan formal disebut E-learning. Salah satu kelebihannya adalah peserta didik dapat belajar tentang bahan ajar setiap saat dan di mana saja kalau diperlukan mengingat bahan ajar tersimpan di komputer. Sedangkan salah satu kekurangannya adalah kurangnya interaksi antara guru dan siswa atau bahkan antar siswa itu sendiri. Dengan demikian out come yang diharapkan dari pembelajaran PAI adalah harus mempunyai kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan stakeholder, yaitu harus memenuhi kebutuhan profesional (profesional needs), kebutuhan masyarakat (social needs), kebutuhan dunia kerja (industrial needs), dan kebutuhan generasi masa depan (aspek scientific vision). Sehingga, bangsa ini memiliki SDM yang terampil dan mampu berdaya saing baik lokal maupun internasional.

Abstract

The article aims to explore several concept of contemporary Islamic thinking. It is the time several thinking concepts about Islam which continually developed along with social change. Islamic doctrine obligated to all humanity to learn and to use the mind. Accordingly, it created Islamic thinking concept is dynamic. Islamic religion is faith religion, worship religion, knowledge religion, and civilization religion, therefore Islamic religion received in direction of world. Islam is religion which was revelation of the god, and it is not cultural religion, however Islam is not be opposed the culture.. Islamic religion has function to guard the culture and thinking to bring the luck for humanity. In modern era, various temporary issues about Islam such a liberalism, pluralism, terrorism, and gender equity. Moeslim obligation must be rational thinking and critical thinking to respond it, therefore is not bearing anarchist and apathy society. Dialogist and openness attitude must be necessary to become main solution to solve the problems. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri konsep-konsep pemikiran islam kontemporer. Dewasa ini konsep-konsep pemikiran tentang islam terus berkembang sesuai dengan gerak perubahan sosial. Ajaran islam mewajibkan seluruh umat manusia untuk terus belajar dan menggunakan akalnya. Hal demikianlah yang membuat konsep pemikiran islam bersifat dinamis. Agama islam adalah agama aqidah, agama ibadah, agama pengetahuian, dan agama peradaban dengan demikian islam bisa diterima diseluruh penjuru dunia. Islam adalah agama yang diwahyukan dan bukan agama budaya, namun islam tidak anti budaya. Agama islam berfungsi untuk menkawal budaya dan pemikiran agar membawa kemaslahatan bagi manusia. Pada zaman modern ini banyak sekali isu-isu temporer dalam dunia islam seperti isu liberalisme, pluralisme, terorisme, dan kesetaraan gender. Kewajiban orang islam adalah harus mampu berpikir rasional dan kritis untuk menyikapi hal demikian agar tidak melahirkan masyarakat yang anarkis dan apatis. Sikap dialogis dan terbuka sangat diperlukan bahkan menjadi solusi utama untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut.
