Abstract

The rapid growth of the banking industry in Indonesia has increased the level of competition between banks in terms of product innovation, service standards, technological system development and other banking services. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, perceived usefulness and e-banking on customer satisfaction. Bank BRI Ponorogo. The sample for this research was management study program students who used BRI Bank at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo using snowball sampling techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research found that service quality, perceived usefulness and e-banking have an influence on BRI bank customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan agrobisnis (usahatani) Jeruk Gerga di Desa Lolo Gedang dan Lolo Kecik Kecamatan Bukit Kerman Kabupaten Kerinci dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif syariah mikro, makro, dan maqashid. Teknik pemilihan sampel petani dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah petani jeruk di kecamatan tersebut berjumlah 26 orang, banyak yang beralih menanam jeruk Madu. Penelitian ini mengkaji budidaya jeruk, khususnya menyasar jeruk yang telah mencapai umur minimal 2 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis rasio B/C, saluran pemasaran, margin, Farmer's Share, IPCG - PL > 0, IG - AEON > 0, IPCG - RMW > 0, dan analisis Maqashid syariah. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha budidaya Jeruk Gerga di Desa Lolo Gedang dan Desa Lolo Kecik, Kecamatan Bukit Kerman, Kabupaten Kerinci, tidak dapat dipertahankan dalam kondisi saat ini. Hal ini ditentukan oleh margin pemasaran, rasio B/C, dan farm share, serta beberapa faktor lainnya. Selain itu, agrobisnis Gerga Oranye juga masih perlu mencapai kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan makroekonomi, antara lain pengangguran, kemiskinan, kebutuhan pokok, dan upah minimum regional. Sebagaimana ditentukan oleh pendekatan maqashid syariah, kesejahteraan produsen Jeruk Gerga pada dasarnya tidak berubah selama budidaya Jeruk Gerga.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, employee placement and job satisfaction on employee performance at Region XV Higher Education Service Institutions. The research that will be carried out uses quantitative research. The results of this research indicate that employee placement has a significant effect on employee performance at LLDIKTI Region XV. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region XV. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region XV. Work motivation, employee placement and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region XV.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of social media on tourism marketing behavior among international students in Indonesia. Employing a descriptive research method utilizing a qualitative approach, in some groups it was conducted with international students to explore their travel experiences and the influence of social media on their destination choices. The findings reveal that social media plays a significant role in shaping students' travel decisions, with a particular emphasis on the importance of visual platforms like Instagram and YouTube and their specific interests in how and where to visit with the help of these platforms. This research contributes to the existing literature on the role of social media in tourism marketing and provides insights into the preferences and behaviors of international students, a key demographic in the tourism industry. The discussion covers the range of interests that students have in artificial, cultural, and natural tourism as well as more niche types including MICE, health, and information tourism. Notably, participants stressed the need for thorough travel information, especially about lodging, meals, transportation, and guided tours information that is mostly found online. The study emphasizes how social media use and the diverse range of tourist experiences that foreign students in Indonesia are looking for are intricately related. Overall, this investigation clarifies the mutually beneficial relationship between social media dynamics and traveller behaviours, revealing information that is essential for academics and industry participants to comprehend in order to fully utilize digital platforms in modern tourism.

Abstract

This study investigates virtual employee engagement using a bibliometric analysis methodology. The objective of this study is to collect information and data pertinent to virtual employee engagement. In conducting this study, the researcher collected and extracted data from the Scopus database. In July 2023, a total of 933 articles were discovered in the Scopus database. After that, VOSviewer is used for scientific mapping and analysis of publication performance, including identifying the contributions of authors, journals, countries, and the number of author keywords. The quantity of publications has increased significantly over the years. Several countries have contributed to publications on virtual employee engagement. The United States contributes the most to this publication subject, followed by India, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Germany, Pakistan, and France. Based on article documents production, the Personnel Review" is the journal with the greatest influence because it produces 32 documents. While, the highest value number of citations is "International Journal of Human Resource Management" with the total number of 1.015 citations. In the field of virtual employee engagement research, De Clercq D and Pereira R is regarded as the highest number of document publication author; and Knight C, Patterson M, et al. are the most cited authors with 297 citations. The keyword presents key terminology from the field organized into six distinct categories colors (red, blue, green, yellow, purple and light blue). This study has a broad implication for virtual employee engagement perceptions. The findings can benefit many researchers to can utilize the data for their investigations with depth of information encourages field research.

Abstract

In a business, business success is something that needs to be considered because it is important for business people and is directly related to the economy of society as a whole. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of knowledge management and entrepreneurial orientation on the success of the Ramesan food stall MSME business in the city of Salatiga. The research is quantitative and uses descriptive research. The population is 80 SME business people in Ramesan food stalls around the city of Salatiga. The number of samples used in this research is the same as the population sampled through purposive sampling, and has been selected based on criteria. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of fashion consciousness, materialism and fashion involvement on batik purchasing decisions by young people in Indonesia. The population of this research is young people who purchase batik products in Indonesia. The sample size for this research was 352 respondents. Where this amount is obtained using the ISAC table. This type of research data is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. The data analysis method for this research uses the SEM method with the Smart PLS statistical tool. The results of this research are that fashion consciousness, materials, fashion clothing involvement influence purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia PPR characteristics, knowledge, and religiosity factor on consumer decision in choosing non-bank sharia housing. This type of research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The respondents of this study is consumers of Sharia Housing of Aster Village Ciwastra (AVC) with a total sample of 172 peoples who were selected proportionall and the data collection is using questionnaire. The verification of variables using multiple regression and the significance testing used t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the influence test, where partially the characteristics of sharia PPR, knowledge, and religiosity factor affect consumer decision in choosing non-bank sharia housing, with the contribution of each sharia PPR characteristic of 34.37%, knowledge factor of 16.58%, and the religiosity factor is 18.02%. Simultaneously, the characteristics of sharia PPR, knowledge and religiosity affect consumer decision in choosing non-bank sharia housing, with a contribution value of 83.70%. Based on the findings, if the characteristics of sharia PPR, knowledge factor and religiosity factor are increased simultaneously, it will be followed by an increase in consumer decision to choose non-bank sharia housing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, liquidity and company size on company value in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling method then the data is processed using SPSS. This research method uses quantitative research. The results of this research show that simultaneously the variables liquidity, asset structure and company size have a significant influence on company value in the food and beverage manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. However, partially all variables in this research model have no influence on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of product innovation and the use of celebrity endorsers on purchase intention with special attention to the role of brand attitude as an intervening variable. The research applies a quantitative approach and uses a purposive sampling method. The survey used a Google form with 400 female respondents aged 20-34 years in Cilegon City. The analysis method uses descriptive and inferential statistics, data processing uses SmartPLS software. The results of this research show that a significant influence was found between the product innovation variable and the celebrity endorser variable on the brand attitude variable. Furthermore, a significant influence was also found between the celebrity endorser variable and the brand attitude variable on the purchase interest variable, but no influence was found between the product innovation variable on the purchase interest variable for Pixy Cosmetics pressed powder products in Cilegon City. The brand attitude variable can be used as a mediating variable for the influence of the product innovation variable and the celebrity endorser variable on purchasing interest in Pixy Cosmetics pressed powder products in Cilegon City.
