Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out interior quality of egg laying hens which immersion with moringa leaf solution and to find out the best moringa leaf solution.  This research carried out on August 14--September 13, 2016 housed in the Laboratory Animal Production and Reproduction, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung.  The material of research used 72 eggs laying hens strain isa brown from layer of 60 weeks old with the average weight 63,0±1,51 gram and coefficient of variation 2,40%.  This research used a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 6 repetition.  The treatments of research consists of immersion egg used moringa leaf solution 0% (w/v), 10% (w/v), 20% (w/v), and 30% (w/v).  Analyzed data observation used variance with 5% trust level and continued with Least Significant Different test.  The result showed that immersion egg with moringa leaf solution significant effect (P<0,05) increase albumin index and the haugh unit, and not significant effect (P>0,05) to yolk index and percentage egg weight lo.  Concentration 30% of immersion moringa leaf solution to give the best treatment to interior quality of egg laying hens.                                 Keywords :  Albumin Index Moringa Leaf, Percentage Egg Weight Lost, Yolk Index, Haugh Unit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Salesman, Harga dan  Produk Kompetitor terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Kopiko di Costumer Base Retail CV. Tirta Raharja Kantor Cabang Ponorogo serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Salesman, Harga dan Produk Kompetitor secara simultan terhadap Keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk Kopiko di Costumer Base Retail CV. Tirta Raharja Kantor Cabang Ponorogo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Costumer Base Retail di CV. Tirta Raharja Kantor Cabang Ponorogo yang pernah melakukan pembelian. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 responden. Data dan hasil responden tersebut di olah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Komunikasi Interpersonal Salesman (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Costumer Base Retail (Y), Harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Costumer Base Retail (Y), dan Produk Kompetitor (X3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Costumer Base Retail (Y) di CV.

Abstract

Background – Rapid technological advances are able to change all aspects of life and consumer behavior, so that consumers often make purchasing decisions using technology such as the internet Aim – The aim of this research is to prove the influence of e-WebQual, content marketing, social media marketing variables on purchasing decisions. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - This research is quantitative research with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed using Google Form to 192 respondents using accidental sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents who meet the criteria such as CGV Madiun cunsumers. Data measurement uses a Likert scale of one to 5. Data analysis in this study uses SMART PLS 3.0 Findings – The research results show that e-WebQual has a significant influence on the decision to purchase CGV Madiun tickets, content marketing has a significant influence on the decision to purchase CGV Madiun tickets, social media marketing has a significant influence on the decision to purchase CGV Madiun tickets. Conclusion - It was discovered that E-WebQual, content marketing, and social media marketing have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Research Implication – This research has important implications for consumers and the CGV Madiun company. It will be beneficial for consumers in making purchasing decisions due to rapidly developing technological advances, then it will be beneficial for the CGV Madiun company, judging from the research results, the variables e-WebQual, content marketing, social media marketing can be used to explain purchasing decisions so that they can have a positive influence on the performance of CGV Madiun Limitations – This research shows that the R-Square results show that 54.5% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Abstract. Investment is defined as a capital investment process undertaken by an investor of both foreign and domestic investors in order to gain profit. Investment is a term that is not foreign to the community, both upper society, medium and lower class. However, most societies have a perception that being an investor must be people who have a lot of money especially for investing in big well-known companies. In fact, these perceptions can be minimized by inviting the community to conduct online trading training and provide an understanding to them that being an investor is not just among people who have a lot of money. Currently the Indonesia Stock Exchange has provided convenience to investors from the  middle to lower to be able to act as an investor. The solutions provided by the Indonesia Stock Exchange include reducing the number of stock sheets in 1 lot of 100 sheets.Abstrak. Investasi didefinisikan sebagai proses penanaman modal yang dilakukan oleh seorang investor baik investor asing maupun domestik dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Investasi merupakan istilah yang tidak asing lagi bagi masyarakat, baik masyarakat kalangan atas, sedang maupunkalangan bawah. Akan tetapi, kebanyakan masyarakat memiliki persepsi bahwa menjadi seorang investor haruslah orang-orang yang memiliki banyak uang khususnya untuk investasi pada perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang sudah terkenal. Sebenanrnya, persepsi tersebut dapat diminimalkan dengan mengajakmasyarakat untuk melakukan pelatihan trading online dan memberikan pemahaman kepada mereka bahwa menjadi investor bukan hanya kalangan masyarakat yang memiliki banyak uang. Saat ini Bursa Efek Indonesia telah memberikan kemudahan kepada investor dari kalangan menengah ke bawah untuk dapat berperan sebagai investor. Solusi yang diberikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia diantaranya adalah menurunkan jumlah lembaran saham dalam 1 lot yaitu 100 lembar.

Abstract

PT. BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera, as a sharia financial institution, faces various challenges in improving service quality, competitiveness, and productivity. Some of the main obstacles include a lack of work motivation, dissatisfaction with the work environment, and a gap between employee skills and job demands. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of human resource quality, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling method, this study involved 58 respondents from PT. BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera Ponorogo. The results show that human resource quality significantly influences work motivation, which ultimately enhances job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, work motivation has a direct positive impact on both job satisfaction and employee performance. As a managerial implication, the company is advised to strengthen employee collaboration through team programs that promote effective communication and build trust. For future research, it is recommended to explore other factors that may influence employee motivation and performance, such as organizational culture, leadership style, and economic conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Keamanan, Sistem Informasi, dan Service Quality terhadap Minat Beli konsumen Zalora di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo angkatan 2023-2024 semester ganjil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 100 responden. Responden adalah mahasiswa yang telah memiliki pengalaman berbelanja di platform Zalora. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares), yang memungkinkan evaluasi hubungan antara variabel laten dan pengujian model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Keamanan, Sistem Informasi, dan Service Quality secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli konsumen. Sistem Keamanan memiliki pengaruh positif paling dominan, diikuti oleh Service Quality dan Sistem Informasi.

Abstract

Generation Z (Gen Z), who grew up in the digital era, has extensive access to information and technology. However, ironically, their financial literacy is still relatively low. 1 Based on data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the level of financial literacy among young people is still below 40%. 2 Therefore, more intensive efforts are needed to educate and improve financial literacy to help them manage their finances wisely. Through the "Gen Z Rich in Literacy from an Early Age" educational program, it is hoped that partners (Gen Z) can provide a basic understanding of financial literacy. This program is expected to instill the habit of managing money wisely from an early age and become an important provision in their future lives. Partners in this community service activity are students of the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo with a total of 20-30 participants. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum merger dan setelah merger serta untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan perusahaan antara sebelum dengan setelah merger. Metode yang digunakan peneliti pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rasio-rasio keuangan yaitu : Market Value Added (MVA), Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Value Added (FVA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Data dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari data sekunder dengan periode pengamatan tahun 2018 dan tahun 2020. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji statistik menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0 dengan teknik analisis berupa statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis paired sample t-test dan Wilxocon Signed Rank menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengukuran kinerja keuangan Economic Value Added (EVA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Return on Assets (ROA) antara sebelum dan setelah dilakukannya merger. Selain itu, terdapat 2 (dua) metode pengukuran kinerja keuangan yang menunjukkan terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan berupa penurunan antara sebelum dengan setelah dilakukannya merger yaitu Market Value Added (MVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA). Kata Kunci : Merger, Kinerja Keuangan, Value Added, Rasio

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the impact of innovation capability on MSME performance by considering human capital. This study applies a quantitative approach using primary data samples from 62 respondents to MSME actors spread across Ponorogo Regency. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The study's results indicate that human capital and innovation capability positively and significantly impact improving SMEs' performance. Likewise, human capital has a significant positive effect on improving innovation capability. Furthermore, innovation capability can mediate the influence of human capital on SMEs' performance. This is supported by the knowledge and skills possessed by business actors who can easily carry out business innovations. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kapabilitas inovasi terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan mempertimbangkan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga variabel yaitu modal manusia, kapabilitas inovasi, dan kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel data primer dari 62 responden pelaku UMKM yang tersebar di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia dan kemampuan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja UKM. Begitu pula dengan human capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapabilitas inovasi. Lebih lanjut, kapabilitas inovasi dapat memediasi pe\ngaruh sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja UKM. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas inovasi berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja UMKM dengan mempertimbangkan sumber daya manusia. Hal ini didukung dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki pelaku usaha yang dapat dengan mudah melakukan inovasi usaha.
