<![CDATA[This research aimed to found whether credit risk could be the earning connection determinant by return within BUMN Banking. The dependent variable of this study is cumulative abnormal return (CAR) whereas independent variable are standardized unexpected earning (SUE), credit risk and interest risk. The sample of this study are BUMN Banking in Indonesia. Data used in this study is secondary one from Annual Report from 2014 to 2017. In order to analized connection between standardized unexpected earning (SUE) to cumulative abnormal return (CAR) and financial risk as connection determinant of both earning by return used double regression analysis. Research result showed that variable of standardized unexpected earning (SUE) have relation to cumulative abnormal return (CAR) and credit risk could be determinant of both earning and return connection.While for interest risk not become determinant of both earning and return connection.]]>

<![CDATA[This study entitled the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Board of Batang Hari Regency. In this study will be tested how much influence the work environment on employee performance. In analyzing data, in this study using Path Analysis and t test. This study has the same population and sample of 63 people. Data retrieval is done by distributing question questionnaires. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that the influence of the work environment on performance is 34.45%. And the Work Environment has a partial and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Development Planning Board of Batang Hari Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence the decision of high school students in choosing universities in Batang Hari Regency. The object of research is STAI and STIE-GK Muara Bulian. This research is descriptive quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 75 students for each college which is the object of research registered in the 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine whether there is an influence or relationship between two or more variables with the analysis tools used include Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (Test F), and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of the study show that the independent variables include Study Program variables (X1), Accreditation Status (X2), Facilities (X3) and Costs (X4) on Student Decisions (Y). For STAI Muara Bulian, only Accreditation variables have a partial influence on student decisions and even then it is not significant. For STIE-GK Muara Bulian, it is known that all independent variables have a partial and significant influence on the decisions of high school students to enter. Judging from the F test, it is known that the independent variables simultaneously have an influence on the dependent variable in having a college in Batang Hari Regency. The test results of the coefficient of determination for STAI Muara Bulian amounted to 88.9% and for STIE-GK Muara Bulian at 95.3% while the remaining respectively 11.1% and 4.7% were influenced by other factors not included in the research variable.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this study is to find out the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) towards the corporate performance. Independent variable in this research is good corporate governance. This variable is measured with an instrument developed by IICG in the form of corporate governance perception index (CGPI). CGPI contains the score of the survey’s result related to the application of corporate governance by the Companies throughout Indonesia. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of economic growth, and provincial minimum wages on employment opportunities in Jambi Province. The data used are secondary data in the form of periodic data series (time series) which began from 2001 to 2016 obtained from government agencies and internet sites that have been further processed. The method of analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression data processing is done by Microsoft Excel and Eviews Software programs. Based on the results of the simultaneous testing showed that all the independent variables obtained by economic growth and provincial minimum wages had a significant influence on employment opportunities, while in partial testing showed that economic growth had a significant effect on employment opportunities, and provincial minimum wages had a significant effect on employment opportunities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the influence of inflation, exchange rates, interest rates, and world oil prices on the mining industry stock price index in the period 2012-2015. The object in the 2012-2015 research period is mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study were 31 mining companies and was based on a purposive sampling method which produced a sample of 11 companies. The dependent variable is represented by the mining industry stock price index, while the independent variables in this study are inflation, exchange rates, interest rates, and world oil prices. Partially the results of this study indicate that during the 2012-2015 period the variable exchange rates and world oil prices affected the mining industry's stock price index, while inflation and interest rates did not affect the stock price index mining industry. Simultaneously shows the influence of independent variables on the mining industry stock price index.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the system and procedures for credit accounting for the provision of productive credit to customers/debtors of PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch which has been compiled in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Number 31 and Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 14/26/BKDU. The method used is descriptive method that is by comparing the prevailing theory, in this case the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards Number 31 concerning Banking Accounting and Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia Number 14/26/BKDU Compared with credit procedures at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch. The results of this paper indicate that credit accounting procedures on the provision of productive credit to customers/debtors of PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch has been carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable principles and regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this study is the Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Employee Work Achievement at Village Aro Health Center, Muara Bulian District. The Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment is treated as an independent variable and Employee Work Performance is treated as the dependent variable. This study aims to (1) To clarify the description of leader behavior (2) To clarify the picture of employee commitment (3) To clarify the description of employee work performance (4) To analyze the influence of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Work Performance of Village Aro Community Health Center Muara Bulian District . The method used is the survey method. The population as well as samples in this study were 43 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis involving the determination of the regression coefficient correlation test. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leader behavior variables based on questions the average value of the 5 indicator indicators amounted to 3.48, it can be seen the respondent answered agree. (2) The leader behavior variable based on the question of the average value of the 5 question indicators is 3.34 so that the respondents can answer neutral. (3) Work performance variables based on the questions of the average value of the 5 question indicators amounted to 3.48, so the respondents answered neutral. (4) Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aro Village Health Center, Muara Bulian District, which is 76.6%.]]>

<![CDATA[The title raised in this study is the Effect of Job Motivation and Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Education Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Tanjung Jabung Barat District Education Office. Testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using t test and F test. The magnitude of the effect is known through testing the coefficient of determination. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that the effect of Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) together on Performance (Y) is 13.275%. In the t test, the effect of Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) has a partial effect on Performance (Y). in the F test, Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a simultaneous influence on performance (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[Economic development is the process of changing the undeveloped economic structure by means of capital investment and human investment aimed at increasing the prosperity of the population or rising income per capita. The purpose of this study was to find out about the effect of the level of investment, local revenue, labor on the GRDP of Jambi Province. In this study using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The variables used in this study are independent variables, namely the level of investment, Regional Original Income and labor. The dependent variable is Gross Domestic Regional Income. Data analysis tool used multiple regression, T test, F test and determination. The results of the research show that the investment level is still low due to high economic licensing. The level of investment, PAD and labor has a significant influence seen from the joint test, namely the determination of 11.036.
