Analisis Realisasi Penerimaan Pajak Reklame dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari Periode 2006-2015 Sri Rosmawati; Fadhila Rizqiah

This research was conducted to find out how the development of Batang Hari Regency Advertising Tax revenue, how the Development of Batang Hari Regency's Original Revenue, and how the Effect of Advertisement Tax Receipts Against the Local Revenue of Batang Hari Regency for the period 2006-2015. Research results show (1) Development of Batang Hari Regency advertisement tax receipts for 2006-2015 The most significant increase in percentage occurred in 2010, which was 46.34%. (2) The development of the original revenue of the Batang Regency in 2006-2015 experienced fluctuations. Realization of the largest Revenue of Regional Original Revenue was achieved in 2014. (3) Admission of Advertising Taxes had a positive effect on the Local Revenue of the Batang Hari Regency. When the Advertising Tax is deemed constant, the Regional Original Income is 146,218,304. Every increase in Advertising Tax revenue will increase Regional Original Income by 8 percent. The determination coefficient (R2) is 0.547. This figure shows that the Regional Original Income is influenced by sebaar Advertising Taxes 54.7 percent. While the remaining 45.3 percent is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Bussiness world competition currently is more progressively tight. It is also perceived by services J & T In muara bulian. J & T is demanded to understand about the factors that can influence their customer’s satisfaction. J & T have to make some improvement and innovation that can increasing their customer’s satisfaction. The research aims to analyze how the influence of service quality, and location toward customer satisfaction. Sample of the research is 81 customer and then an analysis is performed toward the obtained data by using data analysis quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitatively analysis includes: validity and realibility test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test through t and F test, and determination coefficient analysis (R²). Qualitative analysis is an interpretation of the obtained data within research and the result of data processing has been implemented by providing information and explanation. Data has complied validity, realibility and classical test is processed, so that those are resulting regression equation as follows: Where, Y = a + b1 X1 + b2 X2 Customer Satisfaction (Y), Service Quality variable (X1), service qualitu variable (X2), and Location variable (X3). Hyphothesis test uses t test demonstrates that the three of examined independent variables is proved significantly have a partially effect on dependent variable of Customer Satisfaction. Then, follow the F test can be recognized that the three of examined independent variables has a simultaneously effect on dependent variable of Customer Satisfaction

Being a whistleblower is not an easy matter. Someone from internal organizations will face an ethical dilemma in deciding whether to "blow the whistle" or leave it hidden. Some view whistleblowers as traitors who violate the norms of organizational loyalty, others see whistleblowers as heroic protectors of truth values, not just loyalty to conflicting organizations, causing potential whistleblowers to experience a dilemma in determining attitudes that can distort Whistleblowing interests..This research examines and analyzes the effect seriousness of the violation, organizational commitment, academic potential and gender towards possible intentions to Whistleblowing by students. Therefore this study would like to apply the Theory of Planned Behavior concept which explains that the behavior carried out by individuals arises because of the intention that underlies the behavior .Data analysis uses logistic regression analysis with SPSS 22.00 for Windows. The result indicates that Gender and organizational commitment have significant impact on probability of intention to do Whistleblowing.

Pengaruh Perekonomian Keluarga terhadap Penggunaan BPJS Kesehatan Desa Cileles Jatinangor Anisa Nurfiani; Estro Dariatno Sihaloho

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a family economic relationship to the use of Cileles Jatinangor Village Health BPJS. Factors that are influenced by the family economy include, the average family income per month, number of family dependents, monthly BPJS Health installments, how often each family goes to health facilities in the past month, and how many times the use of BPJS Health by each family in the past month. The study was conducted by direct observation of each family in Cileles Jatinangor Village. This study took data as much as 60 samples of the family of Cileles Jatinangor Village. In this study the type of data used is Cross Section Data, meaning that the data obtained is data that is obtained only in one time and has many objects or samples. The data obtained will be processed using stata14 which is quantitative data and followed by simple regression using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) approach. The results and discussion show that the variables have a negative correlation, the number of dependents has a negative correlation, the cost of BPJS has a positive correlation, the check up has a positive correlation, the use of BPJS has a positive correlation, and all variables are significant at the level of 10%.

The purpose of this study was to determine income inequality and the effect diversity of expense towardÂ income inequality in the period 2005-2015. The analysis methodÂ used quantitative analysis with Williamson Index analysis and simple regression, the date got from ten districts in jamby province. The results this study showed income inequality between regions during the period has category medium inequality,the variety of region expense has effect positive significant to income inequality level. Conclusion this study was the higher level of diversity of expense will be increase income inequality between regions. The policy implication of this research was develop the economic development center that taked to the potential of each region by utilizing resources in the region so that the level of income inequality between regions is not too high.

This research is related to a qualitative study relating to the consumption patterns of the Jambi city community in the month of Ramadan relating to the qualitative influence of social factors on consumption patterns. The research motive uses quality research with questionnaire data collection tools and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the Jambi city community had made family, friends and print and electronic media as a reference in consuming during the month of Ramadan. Meanwhile the provision of consumption for Eid is largely determined by the condition of the social class in society. Then the things that shape consumption patterns in the month of Ramadan are culture such as the provision of ta`jil, preparation for Eid consumption, going home and giving gifts to relatives.

Decentralization is a tool to achieve one of the objectives of the state, especially providing public services. Decentralization is often called granting autonomy. The formation of autonomous regions, including through regional expansion. During the 16 years of the decentralization era, the rate of increase in DOB was very fast. In addition to the growth of new autonomous regions, transfers of central revenue to regions have also increased. Following the national phenomenon, the implementation of decentralization in Jambi Province was also marked by regional expansion. Jambi Province is one of the provinces that has significantly expanded regions. Regional expansion is deemed necessary given the development of the population and the increasing workload and work volume in each district. On that basis, I would like to carry out research related to the impact of pemekaran on financial performance and public services. This study aims to analyze the impact of regional expansion in Jambi Province on parent regions and new autonomous regions in terms of regional and public financial aspects in the post-division period. Analysis of the data in this study used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that regional expansion had a positive impact on financial performance and public services.

The purpose of this study is to prove empirically the effect of Regional Own-Source Revenue and Balanced Funds to economics growth in province of South Sumatera. The data used is secondary data during 2014-2018 from Central Statatistics Agency (BPS) and Report of Economics and Finance (KEK). Methods of data analysis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that of Regional Own-Source Revenue and Balanced Funds has significant effect to economics growth simultaneously. As partialy, Regional Own-Source Revenue has significant effect to economics groth, and Balanced Funds has not significant effect to economics growth.

Excessive and prolonged work stress can cause depression and if not immediately addressed can cause employees to experience burnout syndrome, an emotional condition where an employee feels tired and bored both physically and mentally. On the other side it can be seen that the performance at PLN Persero Company has not been said to be optimal because it is unable to handle public complaints effectively and efficiently. The research aims to find out how the influence of burnout on the performance of the operator's employees in PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit as well as how much influence the burnout on the performance of the operator employee employees at PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with burnout and the dependent variable is performance. The analytical tool used is simple linear regressionanalysis, correlationanalysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical test t analysis. The object of this research is the operator part of employees PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, showing the equation Y = 36,545 + 0,546 with a correlation of 0,542 or 54,2%. Determination value of 0,294 or 29,4% which means that the influence of burnout on performance is 29,4%, while 70,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. T test value of 3,974 with a significance value of 0,00<0,05 which is greater than the ttable value of 2,02439. This research is to show that the level of burnout and the performance of the operator's employees in PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit is high. And burnout also affects the performance of the operator's employees in the PLN Persero Company Jambi Power Plants Control Unit Payo Selincah Central of Electric Service Unit.

Advances in technology and modern lifestyle makes many emerging companies based financial technology (fintech), which offers various facilities through the application of e-based money where consumers are increasingly spoiled for culinary choice is especially promising business. This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of marketing strategies culinary SMEs belonging to the culinary application providers gofood and grabfood on its business performance through customer satisfaction service user business applications. Gofood and grabfood is a leading provider of Indonesia's biggest culinary applications so that users of these applications are very many in number. This study uses a sampling method in which samples used were 110 respondents business owners (business customers), which are small and medium businesses that have joined and cooperated with gofood and grabfood applications. This study has found that there is a direct or indirect effect of a positive and significant marketing strategy in which direct influence on the performance of SMEs has a percentage of 15.76%, while the influence of marketing strategies on the performance of SMEs through business customer satisfaction by 11.46%, while the influence overall 84.9%. From the research, it is recommended businesses (SMEs) can be more creative in creating a product presentation, updating prices, and provide promotional package that is more diverse and this strategy was evaluated in a certain period of time, other than that businesses can utilize the features of merchant review to assess the results business in the eyes of end consumers and improve the brand image of their business.
