Abstract

This research was conducted based on a big question of what kind of social entrepreneurship could increase the condition of familiy to alleviate poverty. In this study, we take four variables that can improve the relationship of social entrepreneurship and family poverty alleviation, these are Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh (ZIS) for business purposes, financial literacy, social facilitation and frugal social innovation. The last variable is a new variable that has never existed before. Researchers synthesized these variables from two different variables, namely Social Innovation and Frugal Innovation.The method used in this study is Mixed Research with an Explanatory Sequential Design approach, which combines quantitative data analysis and then confirmed the results through in-depth interviews. This study took a sample of 195 Beneficiary Families (KPM) of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Semarang Regency. One of the results taken into account in this study is that social entrepreneurship coupled with good financial knowledge can increase the condition of familiy to alleviate poverty optimally or significantly. Meanwhile, from the partial analysis, it is shown that the variables of social entrepreneurship, financial literacy and frugal social innovation and social assistanceship have a positive and significant effect on poverty alleviation.

Abstract

The purposes of this study is to examine and get exact proof on the effect of CAR, NPL, OER, LDR on ROE and its implications for DPR. This study uses quantitative methods. Path analysis is utilized to demonstrate the connection between the factors considered. The results of the analysis show several findings including CAR has negative effect on ROE. NPL has no effect on ROE. OER has negative effect on ROE. LDR has negative effect on ROE. ROE has positive effect on the DPR. ROE mediates the effect of CAR on DPR. ROE is can’t to mediate the effect of the NPL on the DPR. ROE mediates the effect of OER on the DPR. ROE mediates the effect of the LDR on the DPR.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs expect profits from every sales movement. Islam sees profit not in the amount of profit obtained, but also in receiving Allah's favor and pleasure. Sharia promotional morals are standards that display standards that carry out promotional obligations in sharia. The purpose of this idea is to find out how to implement Islamic marketing ethics at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC S Parman 2 in the city of Bengkulu. This question is based on subjective case thinking about the use of field investigation strategies. Important information and additional information are used as sources of information. The information gathering method used in this consideration is through interviews, perceptions and documentation. From the results of this thinking, it can be concluded that the implementation of Islamic preaching morals by Bank Syariah Indonesia KC S. Parma 2 Bengkulu is very good, as evidenced by representatives who behave naturally, serve customers well and run well and full of affection. and act seriously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain whether Work Discipline and Workload affect Employee Performance. This object is the company PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Company. there are 7 departments taken as respondents based on the proportional sampling technique, namely the number of samples taken in each division or group as a representative according to the proportion. Therefore based on the sampling technique used from the entire population using the slovin formula, it is known that the sample used as respondents was 76 respondents. The type of data used is primary data, in the form of data directly from research sources, namely questionnaires distributed to each respondent at PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda, secondary data, in the form of data obtained from PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda, including attendance data, and also performance employees in general. The analysis technique used to validate the data hypothesis is SEM PLS. The results of the study prove that (1) Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Company. (2) Workload has a negative effect on Employee Performance of PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the factors that influence firm value. The variables used are company growth, profitability and capital structure. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. The method used in data collection is purposive sampling. The number of samples used were 31 companies and the amount of data used was 124 data. When processing data, there are several company data that must be outliers. After outliers were made, the total sample obtained became 98 data. The analytical method used in this study is the quantitative analysis method. The results showed that the company's growth has no effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to show the influence of leadership style, discipline, motivation, and work environment on the performance of UPT Puskesmas employees. With a population of 68 UPT Puskesmas officers in Sluke District and Rembang Regency. A way to collect data through questionnaires. Saturated samples are used in the sampling procedure. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the leadership style variable had a significant positive effect but was not statistically significant on employee performance, work discipline variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance and work motivation variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the Blue Ocean Strategy can be applied to the shellfish industry and other industries to increase export volume. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data was collected through interviews. From the research results, the competitive strategy used by Egy Shell at this time are focus and branding strategy. Egy Shell is becoming more focused on customer service and making the company more widely known. On the other hand, the company faces a tight competitive strategy because competitors are also targeting the same market. It is necessary to improve the current competitive strategy and formulate a new strategy using the Blue Ocean Strategy. From the formulation of the competitive strategy, new strategies that can be applied include: improving Product Quality by training the skills of craftsmen, Marketing by utilizing social media. In addition, it is necessary to create adequate facilities, create a company website so that it is easy to get company information, maximize the timeliness of product completion and carry out product innovations regularly.

Abstract

The success of organizational activities is always associated with the evaluation results of the implementation of these activities. Supervision is needed as an evaluation in ensuring organizational activities run effectively and efficiently. Regional government supervision carried out by APIP level 3 in South Sumatra is carried out to prevent irregularities and abuse of authority. Supervision activities by APIP require sufficient supervisory resources, have the ability and skills in supervision, for this reason APIP carries out recruitment, job training and job rotation. these three things have an impact on the revitalization and performance of supervisors. This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, job training and job rotation on the performance of supervisors with revitalization as an intervening variable. Research using empirical survey with quantitative methods. 118 data samples from 6 inspectorates with APIP level 3 predicate in South Sumatra were collected and further analyzed using the Structural Equalition Model (SEM) based on goal setting theory. Recruitment factors, job rotation job training and revitalization as intervening factors were hypothesized and validated for direct and indirect significant effects on supervisory performance. The results of this study indicate that recruitment and job training directly and indirectly affect supervisor revitalization and performance. While recruitment has a direct effect on the performance of supervisors, then revitalization has succeeded in becoming an intervening element in job training and job rotation but not on recruitment. These findings contribute to knowledge, especially the practice of determination theory, where success in improving supervisory performance as an organizational goal can use recruitment, job training and job rotation. and use the revitalization process to become the mediator. Prospectively, the results of this study will provide informative insights for supervisors and APIP managers in carrying out recruitment, job training and job rotation in the process of improving supervisor performance.

Abstract

The recent growth of beauty trends for facial and body care has gained a lot of attention. Furthermore, online reviews might make it easier for customers to purchase things. This makes the cosmetics industry grow rapidly, so their abilities must always be improved. Therefore, this study aims to test the influence of electronic word of mouth, celebrity endorsement, and brand attitude on purchase intention. This research is quantitative by taking 150 samples on consumers of Somethinc products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability method and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data was collected through an online questionnaire link provided to responders. Data is analyzed using the SPSS application. According to the study's findings, the electronic word of mouth variable (X1) had a significant positive effect on brand attitude (Z). Furthermore, the celebrity endorsement variable (X2) had a significant positive effect on the brand attitude (Z), the brand attitude variable (Z) has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention (Y). Then, the electronic word of mouth variable (X1) had a significant positive effect on purchase intention (Y), and the celebrity endorsement variable (X2) had a significant positive effect on purchase intention (Y). In addition, the results of this study also showed that brand attitudes were able to act as a mediator in the influence of electronic word of mouth and celebrity endorsement on the purchase intentions of consumers of Something products in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
