Abstract

Estimating the effect of foreign investment, exports, imports and the money supply on economic GDP in Indonesia is the goal of this study. For 2005-2020, the data used for each variable comes from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and the type of data is time series data. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) is the type of model used in this study with multiple linear analysis data analysis methods. Judging from the calculation results of the Ordinary Least Square analysis, it can be seen that the Import and Foreign Investment variables have no effect on GDP in Indonesia, while those that affect economic growth in Indonesia are the Export and Money Supply variables.

Abstract

Accounting conservatism is a precautionary principle applied by companies in recording and reporting financial statements. This study aims to examine the effect of growth opportunity, capital intensity, and firm size on accounting conservatism in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2018–2021. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with the amount of data processed as many as 94 companies from 152 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that growth opportunity and firm size have a significant positive effect on accounting conservatism. While capital intensity has no effect on accounting conservatism.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of income expectations and understanding of accounting on students entrepreneurial interest, and to test whether Tri N’s teaching moderates the relationship. The researtch was conducted on accounting study program students at univesities in Yogyakarta. Research data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The samples in this study were processed using the slovin formula which resulted in 440 samples. Research data using spss with multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analiysis (MRA). The hypothesis testing method uses a significant level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that income expectations have a positive effect on student entrepreneurship interest. Accounting understanding has a positive effect on student entrepreneurship interest. The Tri N teachings can strengthen income expectations and understanding of accounting on students interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Motivation is the process of giving encouragement to an employee to act in order to achieve the goals of the organization. This study aims to examine the influence of motivation on employee performance by mediating job satisfaction in PT Panca Perkasa Laksana. The sample consisted of 40 Employees working in companies PT Panca Perkasa Laksana in Surabaya, aged 20-60 years and had a minimum of one year of service. The sampling technique uses Saturation sampling. Analysis using structural equating modeling (SEM) on partial least square (PLS) and data collection using a questionnaire in the form of google form. The results of this study indicate that Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance and Motivation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance by mediating job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh financial technology dalam memoderasi  firm size, risk based capital, current ratio, dan premium growth ratio terhadap financial performance pada perusahaan asuransi syariah di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitianini 39 perusahaan asuransi syariah yang terdaftar dalam AASI periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil analisis yang tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random effect model (REM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm size, risk based capital dan premium growth ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkankan current ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA. Financial technology mampu memoderasi pengaruh firm size dan current ratio terhadap ROA, sedangkan financial technology tidak mampu memoderasi risk based capital dan premium growth ratio.

Abstract

His research aims to determine the effect of bank soundness and interest rates on the profitability of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 and moderated by economic growth. The data type used is secondary data from banking financial reports, BI Rate data, and GDP data for 2018-2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and 21 samples were obtained from conventional commercial banks. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis, and MRA uses E-views 12 software. The results of this study are that partially, the soundness of the bank as measured by the RGEC method affects, but only the Good Corporate Governance and Earning factors. However, the Risk Profile and Capital factors have no effect, so interest rates have a negative effect on profitability. For the bank health moderation test, only the CAR factor can be moderated by economic growth

Abstract

Food is the most important and strategic basic need for human life. Food is a basic need whose fulfillment is the basic right of every human being as stated in Law No. 18 of 2012 concerning food. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research as outlined descriptively. The focus of this research is the role of the government in realizing food security in all regions of Indonesia. By looking at the problems that occur in the field, this research will focus on the government's strategy in realizing food security. The government's role in developing regional food reserves is divided into three, including regulators, facilitators, and dynamicators. The role of the Government as a regulator is to prepare guidelines, directives and references through the issuance of regulations and implement them. The government's role as a facilitator is to create conducive conditions for the implementation of development to bridge various community interests in optimizing regional development, namely by providing facilities in the form of goods and services to support the success of activities. The government's role as a dynamicator is to mobilize community participation if there are obstacles in the development process to encourage and maintain the dynamics of regional development, in this activity, community participation is the involvement of the Rukun Warga and Rukun Tetangga in providing data and identifying recipient data.

Abstract

Enterprise risk management (ERM) disclosure is one of the non-financial information presented in the company’s annual report related to the company’s commitment to managing risk and explaining its future effect. This study aims to determine the effect of risk management committee, leverage, and firm age on enterprise risk management disclosures in banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021, either simultaneously or partially. This research uses quantitative methods in the form of secondary data. Banking subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021 are the population in this study. Sampling using purposive sampling technique obtained 136 observation data from 34 company samples with a research period of four years. The data analysis method in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews version 12 software. The result of this study indicates that risk management committee, leverage, and firm age simultaneously have a significant effect on enterprise risk management disclosures. Partially, risk management committee, leverage, and firm age have a positive effect on enterprise risk management disclosures. Beside on the result of this study, future researchers are expected to expand the object, period, proxy, and other variables used to test their effect on enterprise risk management disclosures. Companies are adviced to improve the application of enterprise risk management.

Abstract

This research was conducted to reveal the amount of mental and physical workloads of nurses, determine the SWAT and CVL indicators which contribute the most impact on the occurrence of workloads, and advise on possible improvements to minimize this workload. The study was carried out in the Emergency Department of RSUD Sidoarjo from May 2023 until the required data is complete. The result of this analysis revealed that the most impactful SWAT indicator on nurses' mental workloads is Time, Shift 1 62.34%, Shift 2 59.13%, and Shift 3 57.19%. Meanwhile, the result of the examination on physical workload using the CVL method with a percentage of 30% states that the highest CVL average percentage is 33%. Based on the results of both indicators, Sidoarjo Regional Hospital is advised to add one more nurse so that the workload of nurses overall can be reduced.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment, exports and imports on the economic growth of East Java Province in 2017-2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type. The data used for research are investment, export, import, and GDP data obtained from the publication of the official website of DPMPTSP and BPS of East Java Province. This study used a purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 36 based on 6 districts/cities in East Java Province in the 2017-2022 period. The data analysis technique of this study used panel data regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that investment, exports and imports have a significant effect on economic growth. While partially it is found that investment has a negative effect on economic growth, exports have a significant positive effect on economic growth, and imports have a significant negative effect on economic growth.
