Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of neng-ning-nung-nang teachings and religiosity on students' intentions to take online loans. This research is quantitative by utilizing primary data. A total of 110 respondents were selected in this study using snowball sampling techniques, where questionnaires were sent using Google Form. This research data was processed using SPSS. The results of this study found that neng-ning-nung-nang teachings and religiosity had a negative effect on students' intentions to take online loans

Abstract

This research aims to understand the correlation between three main factors, namely workload, skill level, and worker motivation in carrying out their duties at the Regional Research and Development Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The focus of this research is to evaluate the impact of competency and workload on work motivation through analysis of employee performance in the institution. The research method used was a combination of quantitative and descriptive verification approaches, using path analysis techniques and involving 65 respondents as samples. The results of the research show that the competency and motivation of employees in the Balitbangda of East Tanjung Jabung Regency have a very high level, while the workload is considered very appropriate, and employee performance is considered high. These findings support the research premise. The analysis states that the combination of skills and workload has a significant influence on employee motivation. Motivation is also slightly influenced by competence and workload. Employee performance is identified as a variable that is significantly influenced by competency and workload. In addition, it was found that there was a partial and statistically significant relationship between competency and workload and employee performance. Motivation was also proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. Overall, the analysis shows that the performance of employees at Balitbangda East Tanjung Jabung Regency is influenced by a combination of competency, workload and motivation. The direct influence reached 35.6%, while the indirect and total influence were 11.8% and 47.4% respectively.

Abstract

Unemployment is a phenomenon that can have an impact on a country's economy and cause national income to decrease. This results in decreased public consumption and decreased demand for manufactured goods. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth, population, and education level on educated unemployment in East Java. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews 10 application. Quantitative research method using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Based on the research results, economic growth has a negative and significant influence on educated unemployment in East Java. The population has a positive influence and has a significant impact on educated unemployment in East Java. Education level has a positive and significant influence on educated unemployment in East Java.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of inflation, interest rates and company size on stock returns in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample was 40 mining industry issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2017-2022 period. The results of this research show that inflation and interest rates have a significant negative influence on stock returns, while company size has a significant positive influence on share returns in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

The rapid growth of the banking industry in Indonesia has increased the level of competition between banks in terms of product innovation, service standards, technological system development and other banking services. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, perceived usefulness and e-banking on customer satisfaction. Bank BRI Ponorogo. The sample for this research was management study program students who used BRI Bank at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo using snowball sampling techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research found that service quality, perceived usefulness and e-banking have an influence on BRI bank customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh belanja kesehatan dan kemiskinan terhadap Angka Harapan Hidup Kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembangunan kesehatan di Kepulauan Riau yang merupakan salah satu daerah kepulauan di Indonesia. Angka Harapan Hidup adalah pengukuran ekspektasi rata-rata umur manusia, yang digunakan sebagai salah satu indikator di bidang kesehatan untuk menghitung Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan menjadi salah satu output kinerja pemerintah dibidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi model Data Panel dengan menggunakan data Angka Harapan Hidup sebagai variabel terikat dan belanja di bidang kesehatan serta persentase masyarakat miskin sebagai variabel bebas di 7 (tujuh) kabupaten/kota di Kepulauan Riau selama periode 2017 sampai dengan 2021. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa belanja bidang kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Angka Harapan Hidup sedangkan persentase jumlah masyarakat miskin berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Angka Harapan Hidup kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability, public ownership, and leverage on Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) disclosures in food & beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The independent variables in the research are company size, profitability, public ownership, and leverage, while the dependent variable is IFR. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, and 30 companies were obtained that met the sample criteria, resulting in a total of 90 observation data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed with the SPSS v.25 application. The results of this research show that simultaneously the variables company size, profitability, public ownership and leverage have a positive effect on IFR disclosure, and partially the variables company size and profitability have a positive effect on IFR disclosure. However, the variables of public ownership and leverage have no effect on IFR disclosure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze scientific literature with bibliometric analysis to find the main topics, authors, sources, articles that are most widely cited in Indonesia that discuss economic development in Islamic boarding schools in relation to economic independence and entrepreneurship and empowerment. Another objective is to understand the conceptual, intellectual, and social structures of the literature on various forms of pesantren economic development. This study uses journal articles indexed on Google Schoolar which are published using the publish and perish search engine version 8 in 2016 to 2023. To obtain a map of research results regarding the economic development of Islamic boarding schools, data from Publish or perish are exported into RIS file form and then analyzed using Vosviewer (VV) application. The research results show that the publication of research results from 2016 to 2022 has experienced a fluctuating increase. Through Vosviewer's visualization, the development map of Islamic boarding school economic development research is divided into 5 clusters. Cluster 1 consists of 12 items, cluster 2 has 9 items, cluster 3 has 8 items, cluster 4 has 7 items, and cluster 5 has 5 items. Opportunities for further research according to Vosviewer's analysis are the independence of the students, economic welfare, and government attention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan agrobisnis (usahatani) Jeruk Gerga di Desa Lolo Gedang dan Lolo Kecik Kecamatan Bukit Kerman Kabupaten Kerinci dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif syariah mikro, makro, dan maqashid. Teknik pemilihan sampel petani dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah petani jeruk di kecamatan tersebut berjumlah 26 orang, banyak yang beralih menanam jeruk Madu. Penelitian ini mengkaji budidaya jeruk, khususnya menyasar jeruk yang telah mencapai umur minimal 2 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis rasio B/C, saluran pemasaran, margin, Farmer's Share, IPCG - PL > 0, IG - AEON > 0, IPCG - RMW > 0, dan analisis Maqashid syariah. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha budidaya Jeruk Gerga di Desa Lolo Gedang dan Desa Lolo Kecik, Kecamatan Bukit Kerman, Kabupaten Kerinci, tidak dapat dipertahankan dalam kondisi saat ini. Hal ini ditentukan oleh margin pemasaran, rasio B/C, dan farm share, serta beberapa faktor lainnya. Selain itu, agrobisnis Gerga Oranye juga masih perlu mencapai kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan makroekonomi, antara lain pengangguran, kemiskinan, kebutuhan pokok, dan upah minimum regional. Sebagaimana ditentukan oleh pendekatan maqashid syariah, kesejahteraan produsen Jeruk Gerga pada dasarnya tidak berubah selama budidaya Jeruk Gerga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine firm size on water disclosure, the effect of political connection on water disclosure, the effect of gender diversity on water disclosure, the effect of profitability on water disclosure, and the effect of leverage on water disclosure in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2022. The research sample was 47 mining companies, using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that, the firm size variable has no effect on water disclosure, the political connection variable has a significant positive effect on water disclosure, the gender diversity variable has no effect on water disclosure, the profitability variable has no effect on water disclosure, and the leverage variable has a significant negative effect on water disclosure. Simultaneously, the firm size variable, political connection, gender diversity, profitability, and leverage affect water disclosure.
