Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether board commissioners size and company size have an effect on social disclosure. The population of this study are companies listed on LQ45 on IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research data uses secondary data in the form of financial reports from IDX. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square). The test results show that board commissioners size has a positive and significant effect on social disclosure. Likewise, company size has a positive and significant influence on social disclosure.

Abstract

Women are generally identified with the role of household affairs due to the perception of patriarchal culture, social and religious factors which are often used as the background. However, as time goes by, women's thinking is also developing, this can be seen from the increasing number of women's participation in politics and organizations. Even now women can become leaders like men. The aim of this research is to determine women's leadership in Indonesia from 2000-2022. This research uses a bibliometric approach. Data sourced from Sinta indexed journals totaling 123 studies. The research results show that the development of research trends related to women's leadership has experienced positive growth, especially in the 2018-2022 range

Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth and interpret the governance practices of the Sato Sakaki Nagari-Owned Enterprise (BUMNag) in Nagari Taram. The research paradigm used is interpretive qualitative. The research method is a case study. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Huberman model: data reduction, display, and verification. The research results show that implementing the principle of transparency is carried out by disclosing information at the Nagari deliberations with financial reporting. The implementation of the principle of accountability is carried out with accountability by applicable regulations, which is carried out once every six months to the Nagari Taram Government and once a year through the Nagari deliberation. Implementation of the principle of responsibility is carried out by trying to sell LPG gas cheaper than in regular shops, providing pertashops, and not building businesses that are the same as those run by the community. The principle of independence is proven by the absence of intervention from other parties in the management of BUMNag only if applicable regulations do not implement the work division system. Implementing the fairness principle involves interested parties in decision-making, and various parties can provide constructive input.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of taxation, tax sanctions, and service quality on participation in the tax amnesty program with financial condition as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative and primary data. Research time: This research was conducted from April to May 2023 with 105 respondents, namely taxpayers. This study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) where the results of the research show that knowledge of taxation does not affect participation in the tax amnesty program. Meanwhile, tax sanctions and service quality influence tax amnest participation. As well as financial conditions moderate the influence of tax knowledge on participation in tax amnesty while financial conditions do not moderate the effect of tax sanctions on participation in tax amnesty and financial conditions do not moderate the effect of service quality on participation in tax amnesty.

Abstract

This study aims and has the intention to test and examine how much influence E-Service quality and promotion have on purchasing decisions as well as a moderating variable, namely consumer satisfaction. The research population used a sample of 304 respondents who are users of the Zenius application in Indonesia. The technique used for data collection in this study used a sampling method, namely non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, to be precise, by distributing research questionnaires. The data processing system is carried out using smartPLS with a view to testing hypotheses. The current results in this study prove that E-service quality has evidence of a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, promotion has evidence of a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction is also proven significant and can moderate the effect of E-service quality on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has significant evidence and can moderate the effect of promotions on purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study recommends that Zenius carry out promotions not only on social media but also through television by displaying several talents that are of interest so that consumers can make purchasing decisions to subscribe to various study packages in the Zenius application, because several respondents in This study states that some new users are not aware of the learning packages offered by Zenius. Zenius is also expected to maintain its quality of service in serving consumers or users of the Zenius application so that consumers are more comfortable when they have problems, when making transactions or when using the features in the Zenius application.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the sharia economic perspective, disclosures made by 12Passtuff (Korean Outfit Medan Binjai) through online sales and purchases. Nowadays, online sellers implement various marketing strategies to attract customers and increase public awareness of their goods. This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data collection methods include document review, interviews, and/or observation. The search engine is 12Passstuff which uses the gift giving method in sales promotions by utilizing internet media for sales. The findings of this research reveal that there are no religious haram requirements in the competition held by 12Passtuff.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the Dumisake Programme affected the MSME income and the general economy of the people living in the Province of Jambi in COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative method and is descriptive in nature. The Cooperatives Service, UMK, Jambi Province served as the research site. The Dumisake Programme, a priority programme for the Jambi Provincial Government, was used to determine the research location to examine the capital assistance programme for MSMEs. The program's goals are to enhance the regional economy, lower rates of poverty and unemployment, and ultimately improve community welfare. Through the distribution of questionnaires and in-person interviews with MSME capital assistance grantees under the Jambi Provincial Government's Dumisake Programme, primary data was gathered. Legal and regulatory records, the 2021–2026 Jambi Province RPJMD, the Strategic Plan and Work Plan of the Cooperative Service, and the Jambi Province UMK serve as research supporting data for this study. Researchers conducted direct interviews with MSME players in Jambi Province who benefited from capital support under the Dumisake Programme. Data Reduction, Data Display (Data Presentation), and Conclusion Drawing/Verification (Conclusion) were the methods used for data analysis in this study. The study's findings demonstrate that the Covid-19 Pandemic had an impact on Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) that were given support by the Jambi Provincial Government. These MSMEs considered the assistance to be highly beneficial for business development, which boosted their revenue. When it comes to helping MSME players in Jambi Province with their business growth, the Jambi Provincial Government's Economic Recovery Programme has shown to be quite beneficial in providing them with products and equipment. The assistance programme has three (three) primary objectives: achieving economic recovery; enhancing MSMEs' capacity to become resilient and independent; and putting in place efficient, transparent, effective, and targeted help channels. The Cooperatives & MSMEs Service (Government) and MSME actors are the next two players engaging in the support programme for MSME actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the impact of perceived oganizational support and workload on employee performance with moderation by the individual's organizational fit. The study population included a sample of 43 respondents aged 24-47 who were employees and employees of North Jakarta BNNK. The datasprocessing methodsin thissresearch uses smartPLS for the purpose of hypothesis verification. The resultssof this study show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and workload has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and that an individual's organizational fit hassa positive and significant effect on employee performance. positive and significant impact on employee performance, and person organization fit weakens but has an effect and can moderate between perceived organizational support on employee performance, person organization fit is able to strengthen and can moderate the workload on employee performance. This study recommends that if you want to improve employeesperformance, it is advisable to be able to provide psychological differentiation to employees who work, because some of the respondents to this study stated that agencies have not fully providedsgood support, causing employee performance to be less than optimal, but this can be minimized by providing support and rewards to employees.

Abstract

In competing, it is important to understand consumer perceptions of products. Even though consumers are satisfied with the company's brand image, the company can still lose its customers. Companies need to identify consumer characteristics in their marketing strategy, because this can help formulate the right position for the product. Understanding the concept of product or brand positioning is very important to maintain the company's continuity in competition. This research aims to determine product positioning based on consumer perceptions of product attributes. Consumer perception mapping was carried out on the Libre Everyday t-shirt product using a purposive sampling method involving 70 respondents who had been t-shirt users for more than two years and were familiar with at least three specified t-shirt brands. The data obtained was processed using IBM SPSS 23 software to produce perceptual mapping. The calculation results show that this perception map model is feasible and acceptable, as proven by the goodness of fit test with an R-square value of 0.15312 and a stress value of 0.97814. This perception map depicts brand positioning, product attributes, and closest competitors. To increase product competitiveness, it is necessary to improve product positioning by utilizing superior product attributes, improving marketing communications, and adding marketing channels.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze budget participation and budget clarity on budgetary slack, are moderated by human resources quality at BLUD Puskesmas in Jombang Regency. The population of this study are 34 BLUD Puskesmas di Jombang Regency with the research subjects are administration coordinator, data planning and management coordinator, and financial coordinator from BLUD Puskesmas. The number of samples in this study is 25 BLUD Puskesmas that obtained by using slovin formula, resulting in a total of 75 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with lottery method. The type research is quantitive research with the Partial Least Square (PLS) The steps used in PLS analysis technique are outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis test. The result show that budget participation has a positive effect on budgetary slack, budget clarity has a negative effect on budgetary slack, human resources quality is not able to moderate budget participation on budgetary slack, and human resources quality is able to moderate budget clarity on budgetary slack.
