Abstract

The study's goal is to examine the effects of corporate social responsibility (CSR), social media marketing (SMM), store ambience, and perceived value on shoppers' decisions at Pamella Satu Yogyakarta. The article analyzes the influence of many external variables, including CSR, SMM, store environment, perceived value, and final purchase decision. Ninety shoppers of Yogyakarta's Pamella Satu Supermarket participated in the study. A random sample approach was used in the distribution of the questionnaire. This study used multiple regression, testing of hypotheses, and checks for data quality as well as tests based on classical assumptions. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) was shown to have a significant beneficial impact on customer buying choices, whereas the effects of social media marketing (SMM) was found to be negative and insignificant. Third, the ambience of a business has a negligible and negative effect on clients' ultimate purchases. The extent to which consumers perceive value influences their purchases is substantial.

Abstract

The use of high-quality raw materials will affect the quality of products produced by a company. Companies really need suppliers who can supply quality raw materials. This can be realized by selecting the most appropriate supplier so that the company can minimize problems that can occur regarding raw material suppliers. PT True Indonesia is a manufacturing company that produces music equipment bags. So far, the company has made decisions in choosing suppliers only with the intuition of the parts related to the procurement of these raw materials. The decision chosen by the company in determining this supplier is often not right. The problems experienced by the company are the quality of raw materials that do not meet the company's criteria and the supplier's delay in sending raw material orders. In this study, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method was used. There are 7 main criteria in choosing a polyester fabric supplier, namely quality, delivery, price, communication system, warranties and claim policies, performance history, and geographic location. From the calculations carried out, the best polyester fabric supplier ranking for PT True Indonesia in order, Tongxiang has a total value of 0,3395, Hantron has a total value of 0,3350, PT. Lambang Jaya has a total value of 0,3340, PT. Shinta Indah Jaya has a total value of 0,3174, and CV. Agung has a total value of 0.3116.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, employee placement and job satisfaction on employee performance at Region XV Higher Education Service Institutions. The research that will be carried out uses quantitative research. The results of this research indicate that employee placement has a significant effect on employee performance at LLDIKTI Region XV. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region XV. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region XV. Work motivation, employee placement and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region XV.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Internal Audit in strengthening local government financial resilience by integrating the concept of financial resilience from various sources. The research found that Internal Audit can contribute to responding to and overcoming financial stresses by improving the effectiveness of internal control, compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management. Internal Audit not only responds to financial pressures, but is also proactive in fraud prevention and financial risk management. The research method used a qualitative case study approach, the research involved 15 internal audit practitioners from various government institutions. The holistic involves in-depth interviews, document analysis, and direct observation to dive into the internal audit practices conducted by respondents. The results show that effective internal audit practices not only have an impact on fraud detection and prevention, but also play a crucial role in improving the integrity of financial reporting and accountability of local governments. However, some obstacles, such as budget, personnel, and technology constraints, may affect internal audit performance. Improvement recommendations include greater investment in technology training, better budget allocation, and increased number of personnel in internal audit.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of career motivation, competency development, andfinancial rewards on the perception of interest in accounting profession certification at UPN "Veteran" East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population as well as the sample in this study were all accounting students at UPN "Veteran" East Java class of 2019-2022, namely 1190 and the number of samples used was 92 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data derived from respondents' answers obtained from filling out questionnaires that have been distributed to all accounting students at UPN "Veteran" East Java. The data analysis techniqueused in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that Competency Development has no effect on Interest in Accounting Professional Certification. While Career Motivation and Financial Rewards have an effect on Interest in Accounting Professional Certification.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of social media on tourism marketing behavior among international students in Indonesia. Employing a descriptive research method utilizing a qualitative approach, in some groups it was conducted with international students to explore their travel experiences and the influence of social media on their destination choices. The findings reveal that social media plays a significant role in shaping students' travel decisions, with a particular emphasis on the importance of visual platforms like Instagram and YouTube and their specific interests in how and where to visit with the help of these platforms. This research contributes to the existing literature on the role of social media in tourism marketing and provides insights into the preferences and behaviors of international students, a key demographic in the tourism industry. The discussion covers the range of interests that students have in artificial, cultural, and natural tourism as well as more niche types including MICE, health, and information tourism. Notably, participants stressed the need for thorough travel information, especially about lodging, meals, transportation, and guided tours information that is mostly found online. The study emphasizes how social media use and the diverse range of tourist experiences that foreign students in Indonesia are looking for are intricately related. Overall, this investigation clarifies the mutually beneficial relationship between social media dynamics and traveller behaviours, revealing information that is essential for academics and industry participants to comprehend in order to fully utilize digital platforms in modern tourism.

Abstract

Bellshoes Laundry implements marketing communication activities in selling its services as an effort to deal with any problems that arise. In this way, they can ensure that information about their services is conveyed well to customers and potential customers, and ensure that good relationships are maintained. This helps Bellshoes Laundry to remain competitive in the market and maintain customer satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine marketing communication activities for Bellshoses Laundry services. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. In accordance with the problems studied, data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation which were useful in providing facts and data regarding communication activities and their obstacles to being presented and analyzed. The research results show that the marketing communication activities carried out include advertising, packaging, merchandising and word of mouth activities.

Abstract

Price book value is an indicator of company value that is usually used as an assessment by investors when investing. This research aims to obtain the results of a study of the influence of intellectual capital with the value added intellectual capital (VAIC) indicator and enterprise risk management with the indicator (COSO ERM) on company value and financial performance as intervening variables in pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 period. -2021. The method used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 9 companies was obtained. Data analysis uses partial least squares (PLS). The research results show that intellectual capital, enterprise risk management and financial performance directly have a positive and significant effect on company value. The research results also state that intellectual capital and enterprise risk management which are mediated by financial performance variables have a positive influence on company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how organizational commitment and culture influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB behavior is the dependent variable (Y), while organizational culture and organizational commitment are the independent variables (X). the research process is quantitative descriptive. Data sources are based on secondary data based on observations made in the research environment and primary data based on questionnaires. The sample for this study consisted of 46 civil servant nurses. The research results found that commitment and organizational culture have a big impact on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study investigates virtual employee engagement using a bibliometric analysis methodology. The objective of this study is to collect information and data pertinent to virtual employee engagement. In conducting this study, the researcher collected and extracted data from the Scopus database. In July 2023, a total of 933 articles were discovered in the Scopus database. After that, VOSviewer is used for scientific mapping and analysis of publication performance, including identifying the contributions of authors, journals, countries, and the number of author keywords. The quantity of publications has increased significantly over the years. Several countries have contributed to publications on virtual employee engagement. The United States contributes the most to this publication subject, followed by India, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Germany, Pakistan, and France. Based on article documents production, the Personnel Review" is the journal with the greatest influence because it produces 32 documents. While, the highest value number of citations is "International Journal of Human Resource Management" with the total number of 1.015 citations. In the field of virtual employee engagement research, De Clercq D and Pereira R is regarded as the highest number of document publication author; and Knight C, Patterson M, et al. are the most cited authors with 297 citations. The keyword presents key terminology from the field organized into six distinct categories colors (red, blue, green, yellow, purple and light blue). This study has a broad implication for virtual employee engagement perceptions. The findings can benefit many researchers to can utilize the data for their investigations with depth of information encourages field research.
