Abstract

The purpose of this research isto know aboutthe influence of supervision and Quality of Work Life (QWL) to the teacher’s motivation of work. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a quantitative approach and data collection technique using questioning form. The survey was conducted from December 2018until February 2019and involving 305 teachers from all national elementary school at District South Bekasi. The sample on this research is determined randomly by using the Slovinformula, andinvolved 173 teachers for test instruments. The results this study was findings: first, the existence of the positive influence of supervision directly and significantly to the teachers motivation of work with path coefficient 0.329. Second, the Quality of Work Life (QWL) positive directly influence to the teacher motivation of work with path coefficient 0.298. Third, the existence of supervision positive directly influence to the Quality of Work Life (QWL) with the coefficient 0.236.Based on the results of this research work, the teacher’smotivation can be improved by increasing the supervision of the principal that is capable of encouraging the development of motivation on teachers in carrying his duties as well as support teachers working environment is good.

Abstract

Online games, of course, have an opium effect on students, so they forget their main task, which is learning. As a result, in terms of academics, they will experience a decline in learning achievement. Students often talk about playing online games, students are more excited to talk about games than subject matter. Even some students play games more often at home than studying or doing assignments. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between the intensity of students playing online games with student achievement in the State Elementary School 2 Banda Aceh. The approach in this study uses quantitative research with the type of correlation. The population in this study is class I to class VI students which amount to 287, while the sample in this study is class IV, V, VI students which amount to 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using the correlation formula. The results showed that the rxy value was 0.70. The results of the t test show that t count> t table or 5.03> 2.052, then the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This shows that the variable X (intensity of playing online games) with variable Y (student learning outcomes) has a strong or high correlation. Abstrak Game online tentu saja memberikan dampak candu pada siswa, sehingga mereka melupakan tugas mereka yang utama yaitu belajar. Akibatnya dari segi akademik mereka akan mengalami penurunan prestasi belajar.siswa sering berbicara mengenai permainan game online, siswa lebih bersemangat bercerita tentang game dibandingkan materi pelajaran. Bahkan beberapa siswa lebih sering bermain game di rumah dibandingkan belajar atau mengerjakan tugas. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara intensitas siswa bermain game online dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi.Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas I sampai dengan kelas VI yang berjumlah 287, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas IV, V, VI yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rxy sebesar 0,70. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel atau 5,03> 2,052, maka hipotesis alternative diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa atara variabel X (intensitas bermain game online) dengan variabel Y (hasil belajar siswa) memiliki korelasi yang kuat atau tinggi. Abstract

The low achievement and errors of learning patterns can be found through the results of formative tests done by students. From the result of the formative test of Indonesian subjects with the theme of Hero in the discussion of sentence conversation based on the image of the completeness level of 40% of 34 students only 14 students are completed and 20 students have not been completed. This research was conducted in three cycles each through four stages: planning stage, implementation stage, data collection technique using test and non test technique. The technique of data analysis, researcher use the qualitative and quantitative technique. Each evaluation of the average grade is very low. The low-grade average indicates that the students are less knowledgeable about the teaching materials presented by the teacher. There is an increase in the level of mastery in the implementation of cycle II. The change is 40% in the first cycle increased to 50% in cycle II. In the third cycle, completeness reached 85% 35% increase in completeness 35. Weaknesses that need to be improved especially on the spelling. In graph 4.2 shows that got score 4 there is 1 student, value 5 there are 4 students, value 6 there are 5 students, 7 value there are 7 students, score 8 there are 11 students, value 9 there are 6 students from 34 students. Abstrak Rendahnya prestasi dan kesalahan pola pembelajaran dapat penulis temukan melalui hasil tes formatif yang dikerjakan siswa. Dari hasil tes formatif mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan tema Pahlawan dalam pembahasan menyususun kalimat percakapan berdasarkan gambar tingkat ketuntasan 40% dari 34 siswa hanya 14 siswa yang sudah tuntas dan 20 siswa belum tuntas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus yang masing-masing melalui empat tahap, yaitu: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes. teknik analisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Setiap diadakan evaluasi nilai rata-rata kelas sangat rendah. Rendahnya nilai rata-rata kelas menunjukkan bahwa siswa kurang menguasai materi pembelajaran yang disajikan guru. Terjadi peningkatan tingkat ketuntasan pada pelaksanaan siklus II. Perubahannya adalah 40% pada siklus I meningkat mencapai 50% pada siklus II. Pada siklus III ketuntasan mencapai 85% mengalami kenaikan ketuntasan 35%Kelemahan yang perlu untuk diperbaiki terutama pada ejaan. Pada grafik 4.2 menunjukkan yang mendapat nilai 4 ada 1 siswa, nilai 5 ada 4 siswa, nilai 6 ada 5 siswa, nilai 7 ada 7 siswa, nilai 8 ada 11 siswa, nilai 9 ada 6 siswa dari 34 siswa. Abstract

Every child starting from the new born had started to move, in the scientific movement which carried out by the human body called the motor function. The process of growing a flower child in harmony with the maturity of the nerves and muscles of the child, so that the slightest movement made by a child is the result of the interaction of the various parts of the system in the body that is controlled by the brain, development the motor is a physical movement through the control activities the Center nerve, nerves and muscles are coordinated. Physical development of primary school age children in the form of coordination of body movements such as running, jumping, depending on tip toes, throw, and catch, as well as maintaining a balance. These activities are necessary in improving the coordination of movement motor skills. But at this age motor development becomes much smoother and more regular compared to infancy. they look faster running and good at jumping as well as able to maintain balance in the body. For smooth motor skills, children must continue to make physical activity and besides that the children should also be involved in the activities of the sports games gymnastics, swimming, etc. To the Lesson physical education and health subjects were very effective in maximizing the development of school-age students on motor base. Abstrak Setiap anak mulai dari baru lahir sudah mulai bergerak, didalam ilmiah gerakan yang dilakukan oleh tubuh manusia disebut dengan fungsi motorik. Proses tumbuh kembang seorang anak selaras dengan kematangan saraf dan otot anak, sehingga sekecil apapun gerakan yang dilakukan oleh seorang anak merupakan hasil interaksi dari berbagai bagian sistem dalam tubuh yang dikendalikan oleh otak, perkembangan motorik merupakan pengendalian gerakan jasmani melalui kegiatan pusat syaraf, urat syaraf dan otot yang terkoordinasi. Perkembangan jasmani anak usia sekolah dasar berupa koordinasi gerakan tubuh seperti berlari, berjinjit, melompat, bergantung, melempar, dan menangkap, serta menjaga keseimbangan. Kegiatan ini diperlukan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan koordinasi gerakan motorik kasar. Tetapi perkembangan motorik pada usia ini menjadi lebih halus dan lebih teratur dibandingkan dengan masa bayinya. mereka terlihat lebih cepat berlari dan pandai meloncat serta mampu menjaga keseimbangan tubuhnya. Untuk memperhalus keterampilan-keterampilan motorik, anak-anak harus terus melakukan aktivitas fisik dan disamping itu anak-anak juga harus dilibatkan dalam aktivitas permainan olahraga senam, berenang, dll. Untuk itu mata pelajaran penjaskes sangat efektif dalam memaksimalkan perkembangan motorik siswa pada usia sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan Motorik, Siswa Sekolah Dasar, Pelajaran Penjaskes

Abstract

Student learning motivation is a desire to activate, move, channel and direct individual attitudes and behaviors to produce changes, knowledge, understanding, skills, and attitudinal values, and changes that are relatively constant and constant. Group guidance services are to train students to dare to speak in front of many people, train students to tolerate their friends, develop their talents and interests, alleviate problems faced by groups, train students to dare to share in groups. Cooperative learning method is a method that places a teacher by giving questions that contain problems for students, or asking students to convey their problems, which must be solved together, by accommodating the possibility of differences that occur in their environment, knowledge and the skills delivered are more meaningful and stronger stored in the memories of each student. Group guidance services as a place to increase student learning motivation. The cooperative learning method helps students develop oral communication skills. Abstrak Motivasi belajar siswa adalah suatu keinginan yang mengaktifkan, menggerakkan, menyalurkan dan mengarahkan sikap dan perilaku individu untuk menghasilkan perubahan-perubahan, pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan, dan nilai sikap, serta perubahan yang bersifat secara relatif konstan dan tetap. Layanan bimbingan kelompok adalah melatih siswa agar berani berbicara dihadapan orang banyak, melatih siswa dapat bertoleransi dengan temannya, mengembangkan bakat dan minat masing-masing, mengentaskan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok, melatih siswa untuk berani melakukan sharing dalan keompok. Metode cooperative learning adalah suatu metode yang menempatkan seorang guru dengan jalan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang mengandung masalah bagi peserta didik, atau meminta peserta didik menyampaikan masalah yang dimiliki, yang harus diselesaikan secara bersama, dengan mengakomodir kemungkinan perbedaan yang terjadi di lingkungan mereka, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang disampaikan lebih bermakna dan lebih kuat tersimpan dalam ingatan masing-masing siswa. Layanan bimbingan kelompok sebagai wadah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode cooperative learning membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berkomunikasi secara lisan.
