Kegiatan menonton film merupakan salah satu cara sederhana untuk menghibur diri dari rasa gundah gulana ataupun melepas rasa lelah setelah melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, karena berbagai alasan terkadang seseorang tidak ada waktu untuk menonton film di bioskop. Dengan bantuan media internet, berbagai macam aplikasi nonton film android sangat mudah dicari. Hanya bermodalkan smartphone saja para penonton film dapat streaming berbagai macam jenis film di mana saja dan kapan saja mereka inginkan. Akan tetapi, karena banyaknya pilihan aplikasi nonton film android yang bisa digunakan, terkadang seseorang bingung memilihnya. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan para pengguna sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih dengan berbagai macam kriteria yang ada. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP melakukan perankingan dengan melalui penjumlahan antara vector bobot dengan matrik keputusan dengan tujuan agar hasil yang diberikan lebih baik dalam menentukan alternatif yang akan dipilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh 36 sampel responden didapatkan kriteria konten menjadi prioritas pertama pengguna untuk memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,224. Sedangkan Netflix menjadi alternatif dengan prioritas pertama keputusan pengguna dalam memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,352.

Abstract

A summary contains the important idea of a text. However, summarizing a text requires one to read its entire content. In this study, text summarization is done automatically by applying a genetic algorithm to optimize the weight of five sentence features. The features include positive and negative keywords, the similarity between sentences and titles, the similarity between sentences, and cosine similarity. The collection of documents in this study are Balinese text stories. The summarization technique used is the extraction technique which eliminates unnecessary sentences, without changing the structure of the original sentence. The score of a sentence is generated by multiplying the feature value of each sentence by the weight of the feature. Summarization of the text is done by sorting the sentences based on the score. At the training stage, the best weight combination is chosen based on the average fitness value. Evaluation of the proposed method is carried out using 50 test data in the form of Balinese text stories. From the test results, it can be concluded that the fitness value of the feature weights is affected by the crossover and mutation rate of the genetic algorithm. Furthermore, accuracy is also influenced by the compression parameters used.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Positive confirmed patients in Indonesia are increasing every day. The people became restless and worried because of this outbreak. Website becomes one of the media used in conveying information on the spread of COVID-19. However, the website has several weaknesses in its use such as, appearance that is too complicated, writing that is not clearly readable, there is no data update in real time, and unusual menu choices. The official website established by the West Java government in tackling the spread of COVID-19 is pikobar.jabarprov.go.id or known as The Information and Coordination Center of COVID-19 website in West Java Province (PIKOBAR). To minimize the weaknesses and the level of website usability that occurs, the PIKOBAR website needs evaluation and update. The evaluation carried out aims to make the website run well, so that it can provide up-to-date and real-time information to the public. In this study the evaluation of the PIKOBAR website is done by measuring and testing the appearance of usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The results showed that the SUS score obtained was 70.7 which was included in the acceptable, grade C and good categories. This means that the PIKOBAR website has good usability value and is feasible to be accessed and accepted by Users (Visitors).

Abstract

“Mudik” is a habit every year for the people of Indonesia to return to their hometowns before the Eid. The existence of the Corona Virus pandemic (COVID-19) hit all over the world, including Indonesia, resulting in a ban from the government to do Mudik. Social media such as Twitter is often used as an expression of some people in commenting on something like the ban on Mudik. Comments on Twitter that are often known as tweets can be used as material for sentiment analysis. However, it is not easy to do sentiment analysis on Twitter, especially comments in Indonesian, because the text is not structured. This study uses data from Indonesian-language tweets containing the word "Mudik," the algorithm model used in this study, Naïve Bayes Classifier and Support Vector Machine, is compared to get accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score values. From this research, it was concluded that the Naïve Bayes algorithm and Support Vector Machine performed well enough to predict the sentiment of tweets about Mudik on Twitter social media. Naïve Bayes with an accuracy of 82% and f1-score 0.8, while Support Vector Machine with an accuracy of 87% and f1-score 0.87.

Abstract

Palembang State Junior High School 58 every year accepts new students, every year SMP N 58 always uses the form in registration and collects diplomas, SKHUN, and other files in hardcopy format so that they often experience file loss for that we need a new student admission information system based client-server and SMS gateway. This information system was designed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, and an analysis and design were carried out using a Data Flow Diagram. This information system has the function of saving, delete, update, report automatically, and can send information in the form of SMS. The new student admission information system is user friendly so that it can be easily used, so the admission process is more effective and there are no more missing files

Abstract

SMK Sinar Husni still uses the manual method of registering new students, resulting in several problems or obstacles. Problems encountered include, prospective students need time, energy and large costs in the registration process because prospective students must come directly to the school to see registration information and fill out the registration form, the administration process of admission of new students tends to be slow, because there is prospective student data those who have registered have not been integrated and managed well, making reports of prospective students who register takes quite a long time, and the work process becomes slower and there are frequent errors and repetitions in making the report and still use the archives in physical form so that they are vulnerable to damage or even missing. This research, the author uses the experimental method, the authors build a new student registration application based on Android mobile. The purpose of this research is to build an Android-based mobile application that can be used by prospective students in registering and can help the Sinar Husni Vocational School in processing data registration of new students and the process of making reports of prospective students. The application is designed and built using the waterfall model, so that each research activity is based on the stages contained in the waterfall model. The application is built using the codular and airtable database. The expected outcome of this research activity is the application of new student registration at SMK Sinar Husni which can be used to solve problems that occur in the current registration system

Abstract

In Air Jamban distric office, there are problems for the distribution of housing assistance, one of which is that it is very difficult for related parties to provide assistance to prospective recipients who are in dire need and on target. The assessment system for prospective beneficiaries for inhabitable house is still subjective. Therefore, this study will discuss a decision support system in order to help the Air Jamban village in determining the beneficiaries of livable housing based on 8 predetermined criteria, namely fuel for cooking (C1), home status (C2), number of children (C3) , income (C4), house floor type (C5), house roof type (C6), wall type (C7) and house area (C8) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method and using 10 alternative data. The results of the ARAS method calculation there are 6 names that can be recommended, the highest (Ki) value is 0.101034482, 0.099586176, 0.097412263, 0.093309699, 0.091426639 and 0.090745596

Abstract

In business, have many competitions between companies occur to obtain as many profits as possible, Financial Distress is a financial decline that occurs in companies, reflecting the health of the company before bankruptcy started. Therefore, to avoid bankruptcy, it requires a method or tool with high accuracy in identifying company health. This research uses a bagging classifier, which is one type of Ensemble Learning algorithm. To predict financial difficulties, the authors use the bagging classifier algorithm with 0.13% more accurate results than previous studies using the XGBoost algorithm.

Abstract

Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is a decision-making method that has various techniques for solving the problem of determining the best alternative. In this study, three methods will be compared, namely CoCoSo, ARAS, and VIKOR, for the selection of Orphanages, which are the priority recipients of APBD funds. Determination of orphanage recipients from APBD funds in the Pontianak City Social Service still does manually, by only comparing the facilities and conditions of the orphanage. The CoCoSo, ARAS, and VIKOR methods can provide recommendations in the form of the rating of orphanages that can be used as a reference to determine the priorities of APBD fund recipients. The ranking produced by each method will be compared and seen the correlation coefficient value using the Spearman rank correlation. The results of this study are the three methods provide different rankings, the Spearman correlation coefficient values are very weak and weak, and there is no significant relationship between one method with other methods.

Abstract

This research aims to know the readiness of blended learning in Flores University area especially in the study program of Information System. This research used a survey research approach with 113 people for the sample. The instrument that was used for this research is the questionnaire of the Likert scale. To analyze the data, this research uses factor analysis in the readiness of adopted learning by Aydin and Tasci. The result of this research were: (1) normally test result showed that all the data are normally distributed because each variable was more than 0,05. (2) The point of KMO MSA was 0,533>0,50 and the point of Barlett's Test of Sphericity (sig.) was 0,000<0,05, it means that the factor analysis can continue. (3) The value of MSA for all variables was >0,50, it means the factor analysis is fulfilled. (4) The extraction value for all the variables was >0,50. So it can be concluded that all the variables are used to explain the factor. (5) The value of Eigenvalues component 1 was 1,858> 1, so it becomes a factor of 1 and can explain 46.453% of the variation. Meanwhile, the value of Eigenvalues component 2 is 1,225>1 so it becomes a factor of 2 and can explain 30,633% of the variation. (6) from the two factors formed, it was feasible to summarize the four variables analyzed. This means that the four variables have the readiness to carry out blended learning at Flores University.

Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) is a tool that functions to help online class management, and has become a necessity in the learning process of higher education. Politeknik Lamandau especially in the field of Computer Engineering Technology as a developing tertiary institution has used several LMS including, Edmodo, Schoology, and Google Classroom. In its application, not all users understand the operation well due to usability issues such as complicated appearance, functions menu layout that is not user friendly, speed processing issue, the difficulty of memorizing menu functions, errors in operation that will affect user satisfaction. In this study uses the method a system usability scale test was conducted to measure the usability of the system with five components, like satisfaction, errors, efficiency, learnability, and memorability. The purpose of this study is to determine the LMS usability evaluation based on user responses. The results of the study carried out is term of usability, LMS Edmodo is categorized as acceptable with score 70 while Google Classroom and Schoology are categorized almost acceptable with score 67,6 and 64,4
