Kegiatan menonton film merupakan salah satu cara sederhana untuk menghibur diri dari rasa gundah gulana ataupun melepas rasa lelah setelah melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, karena berbagai alasan terkadang seseorang tidak ada waktu untuk menonton film di bioskop. Dengan bantuan media internet, berbagai macam aplikasi nonton film android sangat mudah dicari. Hanya bermodalkan smartphone saja para penonton film dapat streaming berbagai macam jenis film di mana saja dan kapan saja mereka inginkan. Akan tetapi, karena banyaknya pilihan aplikasi nonton film android yang bisa digunakan, terkadang seseorang bingung memilihnya. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan para pengguna sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih dengan berbagai macam kriteria yang ada. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP melakukan perankingan dengan melalui penjumlahan antara vector bobot dengan matrik keputusan dengan tujuan agar hasil yang diberikan lebih baik dalam menentukan alternatif yang akan dipilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh 36 sampel responden didapatkan kriteria konten menjadi prioritas pertama pengguna untuk memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,224. Sedangkan Netflix menjadi alternatif dengan prioritas pertama keputusan pengguna dalam memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,352.

Electronic documents are information that is permitted or stored in a way that is requested by a computer or other electronic device to be installed, assigned or processed. These documents consist of text, graphics or spreadsheets. For the current technological developments that improve progress, security is very important in companies that are difficult to avoid the follow-up of information by parties who are not responsible. One method that can be used to obtain digital documents is using Steganography and Cryptography technology by using Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) technology and Advanced Desktop Encryption Standard (AES-192) algorithm based on Java Desktop. The purpose of this application is to prepare data or files to be hidden on the cover image of the file. Before inserting with the closing image file, the file is encrypted with a symmetrical key using the AES-192 algorithm. The benefits obtained in this application, the confidentiality of information or data on this heavy equipment company can be difficult with good and safe. With this application it is expected to help the confidentiality of information or data on heavy equipment companies. .

Social media is the most effective way to facilitate fast information, unfortunately, there are some elements who use social media to add hoax or deception to give misleading opinions to the public. Therefore a method is needed to classify hoax news and non-hoax news on social media. Naive Bayes is a simple classification algorithm but has high qualifications, but Naive Bayes has a very sensitive shortcoming in the selection of features and therefore the Particle Swarm Optimization method is needed to improve the expected results. After conducting research with the Naive Bayes method and the Naive Bayes method based on Particle Swarm Optimization, the results obtained are Naive Bayes yielding 74.67% while the Naive Bayes based on Particle Swarm Optimization with an accuracy value of 85.19%. The purpose of this study is to see a large comparison. Swarm Optimization particles to improve accuracy in the classification of hoax news on social media using the Naive Bayes classifier. After using Particle Swarm Optimization the test results increased by 10.52%.

This study is preliminary in the development of a new model whereby combining and integrating an existing model, the adoption model of information technology with the technology acceptance model. The development of this model is done by using the logic of the IPO (input-process-output) and the causal model by combining, adopting, and adapting the previous model. The effect of the formed path consists of 16 links and produces 11 variables. The existing variables will be formed into 55 indicators, where one variable creates five indicators. The process of developing this model will assist researchers in testing the information technology adoption model and the technology acceptance model so that it will get the effect that occurs in both models. This research will also contribute to further research, especially in the study of information systems, which will provide a theoretical basis for modeling. Besides, the transparency of the development and proposed models, especially in the instruments used, will be taken into consideration in conducting further research .

Air transportation is currently one of the alternative choice in travel by general public. To choose air transportation in accordance with the choice, the buyer can see a review of air transportation. Reviews obtained of text information from varios sources. Sometimes reviews about air transportation make it difficult for buyers to draw conclusions about air transportation information, so we need a method to determine the accuracy of an information. In this study air transportation review uses data of 100 reviews which are used as a dataset and then classified into 50 positive reviews and 50 negative reviews. The dataset will be tested with preprocessing steps and methods. The purpose of this research is the application of Particle Swarm Optimization to Support Vector Machine can increase the value of accuracy. This test resulted in an accuracy rate of 61,03% with AUC 0,953 with Support Vector Machine algorithm, while an accuracy of 71,00% with AUC 0,976 with the Support Vector Machine algorithm optimized with Particle Swarm Optimization. From the test results above, it can be concluded that the research using Support vector Machine algorithm which is optimized with Particle Swarm Optimization has an accuracy level of 9.97%.

One of the important activities business was service quality which is must be realized and main prioritized by the organization. This research studied the influence of service quality to customer satisfaction in D’Besto Restaurant in Jagakarsa South Jakarta. Services of the employee are business activities that result was not a product in a physical form or construction which is one of the factors that affect customer satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the quality service of employees influenced by customer satisfaction. This research uses the descriptive quantitative method and the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents taken through the incidental sampling technique. While the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used is a simple linear regression model of ordinary least square (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study with the correlation coefficient (r) are 0,828 showed that the variable of service quality significantly affects the customer satisfaction. The influence of dependent variables (service quality) similarly gave significant influence towards the customer satisfaction percentage of 68,6% and the remaining 31,4% is affected by the other variables. Based on the result improves that by increasing the quality of the service, the employee service functions more effective, efficient, and gives more satisfaction to the customer.

The conventional purchase of credit by sending sms to the agent server is often has problem. The error was caused by different format of SMS for each server. This error has an impact on the high cost of using SMS. Another problem when the customer wants to check the electricity bill, the website provided by PLN is less attractive or have to come directly to the PLN payment counter. With these problems, an Android-based application was developed to provide convenience in purchasing credit without worrying about writing format errors and checking until payment of various types of bills becomes more efficient. Bill payments become more practical in one unit, so there is no need to go to different payment counters each month and not get stuck in a long queue that wash time. Development model of this PPOB application is RAD which consists of business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application development and testing.

Currently the development of information technology has driven the development of e-commerce which is quite promising in Indonesia. This development has brought an era of new digital-based creative developments. Agriculture as one of the economic and community welfare bases in Indonesia needs to be developed and supported with digital finance. Several agricultural markets have been established in Indonesia to help farmers to participate in digital economic activities. Some e-commerce systems that have been built in Indonesia only help the downstream process or the marketing process. While farmers need information that can help them for agricultural purposes. Machine learning technology uses data collected in the agricultural marketplace system to be used in building a social assessment system. Recommendations for agricultural activities are adjusted to the cost of agriculture, location of agriculture, pricing of agricultural commodities at the time of receipt and timing of agricultural activities. In this research an analysis and design of an agricultural e-commerce system will be provided to provide farmers to sell their agricultural products at competitive prices and help farmers to obtain information that can be used to plan further agricultural activities.

Ketersediaan tiket untuk penumpang merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam bidang usaha transportasi jasa angkutan kapal penumpang. Dalam menjalani proses bisnisnya, masalah yang terjadi di Cabang-Cabang PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia adalah menipisnya stok blanko tiket terutama pada masa peak season, sedangkan ketika Cabang membutuhkan blanko tiket tersebut, distribusi blanko tiket mengalami hambatan di bagian ekspedisi yang merupakan faktor eksternal yang tidak bisa dikontrol secara langsung. Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode apriori. Untuk melakukan proses asosiasi awalnya data mentah di preprocessing untuk memperoleh jumlah tiket yang terjual dari tiap-tiap kapal yang ada di cabang Makassar. Kemudian hasil tersebut dibagi berdasarkan periode perbulannya. Selanjutnya dilakukan dengan algoritma apriori dan terbagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu gabungan 2 itemset dan 3-itemset yang memenuhi minimum support dan minimum confidence. Algoritma Apriori menghasilkan aturan asosiasi antar item pada bulan Januari 2018 sampai dengan Desember 2018 diketahui pola penjualan tiket kapal bahwa jika membeli tiket KM Lambelu maka akan membeli tiket KM Bukit Siguntang secara bersamaan dengan nilai support 75% dan nilai confidence 90%.

The basic necessities of human life besides clothing and food are boards or what is commonly known as a house. House made human as a shelter for the survival of life. Therefore, no doubt everyone wants a comfortable and safe house. If there is damage to the house, renovations or repairs must be done so that its function is still good and can continue to support a good life. PT. Alfa Goldland Realty is an estate management office that does business in the area of integrated residential area providers. One of the activities carried out is to serve the application for building renovation permits. In its implementation before the house renovation is carried out, consumers must submit a renovation permit to the office of the manager. Licensing is one of the important aspects in public services and the regulation and control of the process that will be carried out. Constraints experienced by PT. Alfa Goldland Realty in the licensing service for submitting renovations is a lengthy, time-consuming procedure for one customer, giving rise to an image of inadequate service. Currently the staff handling the licensing process is still limited and inadequate with the many requests for renovation from consumers. Using the paper as a media in the renovation permit process makes the process less effective and efficient. The low quality of service that currently drives PT. Alfa Goldland Realty must immediately improve the quality of its services. The solution needed to PT. Alfa Goldland Realty is the implementation of information systems with the User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method is used for the design of information systems that are seen from the user or user side, so that user needs will be the basis of how the system is designed. The results of this study are web-based information systems that can be accessed by consumers and management offices for the licensing process so that the activities run more effectively and efficiently.

Diabetes is a disease that causes many deaths. From year to year, the number of people with diabetes is increasing. If known earlier, sufferers can control their disease through medication, lifestyle changes, and eating patterns. With the technology that helps in diagnosing the disease, will help patients to find out the disease without having to see a doctor. By applying the forward chaining method that works by reading the facts that are then applied in the applicable rules, so as to produce a conclusion, the system reads the symptoms complained of by the patient to find out the type of diabetes suffered
