Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of Podcasts to increase the learning motivation of Akidah Akhlak in Bilingual Madrasah Aliyah students from Sidoarjo. Starting from the teaching and learning process on Akidah Akhlak subjects with Podcast learning media has somewhat significant meaning because so far, the results of learning Akidah Akhlak are still ineffective, and often teachers do not consider other essential components that can help the learning process so that students are motivated in the study. The teaching method used is still monotonous and does not understand the needs of students. This study uses qualitative descriptive research and data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. Analytical techniques include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation data validity techniques. The findings of this study reinforce the existence of a learning process in Gagne's cognitive theory because Gagne's theory emphasizes the learning process rather than learning outcomes. The learning process in this theory is interconnected or influences between intrinsic and extrinsic factors to achieve capability or competence in learning.

Abstract

There are serious obstacles in the form of laziness in the learning process as well as difficulties experienced by students in remembering some Islamic religious education materials delivered by teachers and the purpose of this study is to find out the implementation and strategies of advance organizer learning models in increasing learning retention of Islamic Religious Education in SMP Negeri 1 students. Ngambon . The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained during the study were analyzed by data reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the advance organizer learning model has been implemented by some teachers, but still needs improvement. Its contribution is to provide the ability to further arouse students' curiosity about the subject matter, provide opportunities for creative expression in the artistic aspect, enable students to learn through problem solving, test the truth of something, make discoveries (inquiry) on a problem topic, listen, learn independently. independently, learn to work together and to be more motivated in learning. advance organizer learning model strategy through three phases. Abstract

This study has two purposes; (1) boarding school management at MTS Miftahul Ulum Magersari; (2) boarding school learning as an effort to create students with character at MTS Miftahul Ulum Magersari Plumpang Tuban.This study uses a qualitative approaching (qualitative research), namely is data presented in the form of verbal words not in the form of numbers. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The presence of researchers as an important instrument while still based on the principles of research ethics. The data was analyzed in three steps; data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of the study found two models. First, Boarding School Management at MTS Miftahul Ulum is a learning integrates the national curriculum and the foundation curriculum, namely Diniyah Takmiliyah learning, Formal Madrasah, deepen on talent and tahfidz, as well as classical book studies with orderly planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning for all educators. both formal and informal.Second, efforts to create students religiously, disciplined, independent and responsible characters at MTS Miftahul Ulum are carried out through habituation, example, internalization of values, rewards and punishments.

Abstract

Religion is a source of the value of tolerance and has a very close relationship to enter into one's soul. To form human beings who are religious and have the value of tolerance in themselves, directed education is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process of Islamic religious education in forming the value of tolerance in the SMPN 1 Cepu environment namely knowing the strategy, implementation and evaluation of Islamic religious education teachers. This research is a field research, Data was collected by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: first , the Islamic religious education strategy in shaping the value of religious tolerance in the SMPN 1 Cepu environment is carried out well and effectively by applying it through subjects and social activities so as to foster mutual respect both with teachers and fellow friends, both fellow Muslims and Muslims. non-muslim. The second implementation is through programs in the curriculum, especially regarding religion, such as traveling tadarus, dhuhur prayers in congregation, then talent development such as social assistance, visiting sick hospitals, spreading flowers on HIV AIDS day and memorizing prayers according to religious beliefs. each. Third evaluation which conducted teacher PIE in the development of tolerance values already covers whole aspect evaluation, that is cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

The research thesis is qualitative. The nature of the research is descriptive, while the data collection tool consists of observation, interview and documentation, and analysis techniques have three components: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result of data analysis that the Implementation of Akidah Akhlak Education in Increasing the Values of Character in Students in MA ASSALAM Subdistrict of Bangilan of Tuban Regency by way of emotional approach, positive behaviour building approach with the repetitive, deductive and inductive dogmatic method and strategies and techniques of school arrangement and conducive classrooms, religious guidance for teachers, procurement of religious extracurricular activities in schools, Steps to realize moral education in improving the character values of the participants in MA ASSALAM understands the problems of participants educate students in the school environment and community environment, understand the causes and provide solutions. Supporting infrastructure facilities for the education of Akidah Akhlak in improving the values of the characters in Educational Participants in MA ASSALAM are: (1) There is a debriefing for teachers as educators. (2) The mutual commitment is clearly defined, (3) There is a special orientation, (4) There is a follow-up as a step to create change and affirmations-up as a step to create change and affirmation.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatun Najah is an educational institution with a program of memorizing the Qur'an using the takrir method, but some students still have not reached the target according to the provisions. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documents. The results of this study include; (1) Planning for the implementation of the takrir method in memorizing the Qur'an at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatun Najah Tuban is the authority of the madrasa head and supervising teachers, students are targeted to memorize 1.5 juz within a year; (2) The implementation of the takrir method in memorizing the Qur'an at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatun Najah Tuban following the planning steps; (3) The implementation of the takrir method in memorizing the Qur'an at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatun Najah Tuban is very suitable and runs smoothly, but several things need to be evaluated, including a) students only have little time for muroja'ah (repeating). back) previous memorization, b) students forget the verses that have been previously memorized, c) students are still often fooled by almost similar verses, and d) some students have not reached the target according to the provisions.

Abstract

The internalization of character values ​​in the learning process in schools is still a problem, because it is seen as not being able to form religious characters. The number of problems such as students involved in brawls, criminal acts, disturbing friends, lack of concern for the environment, and lack of courtesy to teachers. So it is necessary to internalize religious values, one of which is related to the formation of religious attitudes. Students have a strong caring spirit and can carry out what religion has ordered. This study aims to analyze the strategy of internalizing religious values ​​at MTs Munawaroh. There are two things that are the focus of the research, namely (1) religious values ​​developed in PAI learning, (2) strategies for internalizing religious values ​​in PAI learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, display them to draw conclusions. As for checking the validity of the data using data triangulation which includes triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. The results of this study are (1) the religious values ​​developed at MTs Munawaroh, namely faith, taqwa, sincerity and patience. (2) The strategy for internalizing religious values ​​by MTs Munawaroh is introduction, appreciation, deepening, habituation and experience.

Abstract

This research is basically to describe the application of inculcating moral values ​​in Alfiyyah learning at the Raudlatul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School Talun Sidogembul Sukodadi Lamongan. With this research, it is hoped that appropriate methods and systems can be revealed in the process of inculcating moral values ​​in Alfiyyah learning in other educational places. Considering that Alfiyyah is a book that explains nahwu and sorof, this study also wants to reveal the method, basis and reasons for interpreting Alfiyyah's verses as a medium for moral cultivation. Furthermore, this study also seeks to explore the relationship between Alfiyyah's moral values ​​and established arguments such as the Qur'an, hadith and maqalah from the ulama. The research that took the subject of Kiai and santri who were studying Alfiyyah at the Raudlatul Muttaqin Islamic boarding school was a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The results show that the process of inculcating moral values ​​through Alfiyyah learning includes: storytelling, lectures, habituation, discussion, example, analysis of actual problems that develop in society, inculcation of contextual educational values ​​and strengthening of previous moral values. already owned by the students.

Abstract

Academic Supervision aims to collect information or real conditions of the implementation of the duties of educators and education staff in accordance with their main tasks as a basis for conducting coaching, accreditation, and follow-up to improve the quality of student learning. The further goal is to use the results of accreditation to improve quality. The top target of Supervision is the development of a continuous quality improvement process; increasing the habit of carrying out tasks from the start with measurable quality, and getting used to each stage of work with clear quality. In the end, Supervision fosters a quality culture because quality is a culture that always upholds high targets at every step of the activity. Activities in this research analysis, through data reduction steps, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. Principal's Academic Supervision Planning by compiling a supervision program plan which is carried out every year before the new school year begins. This is an illustration so that when entering the new school year all programs are ready to be implemented. The implementation of the Principal's Academic Supervision is by providing assistance in preparing RPP administration for Islamic Religious Education teachers through online, carrying out assessments of student learning outcomes. As well as the supervision model used in the academic Supervision carried out by the principal, namely the clinical model and the virtual-based artistic model. The implications of the Principal's Academic Supervision in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education are learning effectiveness, increasing student achievement and achieving curriculum targets

Abstract

The process of digitizing the education system of Islamic boarding schools is a creation of Islamic boarding schools in conditions of life or times where all supporting activities are facilitated through technology, especially in the field of administration and learning. This research focuses on digitizing the education system at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tegalrejo, Prambontergayang, Soko District, Tuban Regency. A unique context that is natural and by utilizing various natural methods. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that intends to understand the phenomena of what is experienced by the research subjects such as behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions and others holistically, and by way of descriptions in the form of words and language. The results showed that at first, the educational activities of the Darussalam Tegalrejo Islamic boarding school in Prambonterga Village were only limited to the recitation of the classic yellow book, then moved further and adjusted to the times in the hope of being able to compete with good quality and quality. The process of digitizing the education system of the Darussalam Tegalrejo Islamic boarding school in Prambonterga Village which includes several aspects, namely: First, digitization in administration and learning, namely from learning activities, it is hoped that students are ready to become competent outcomes in facing future life, and can become human beings, not knowing beings. In addition, the digitalization of administration can support a more effective and efficient administration and filing process.
