Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi pada bank sampah masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan proses pencatatan data nasabah, transaksi penyetoran sampah, pengelolaan saldo, dan penyusunan laporan menjadi kurang efisien serta berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan data. Kondisi tersebut juga terjadi pada Bank Sampah Annisa sehingga diperlukan rancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen yang mampu mendukung proses bisnis secara terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bank Sampah menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan perancangan basis data berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan fungsional yang telah diperoleh pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) yang dibatasi pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, pemodelan sistem, perancangan basis data, dan validasi rancangan. Pemodelan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Class Diagram, sedangkan perancangan basis data yang mendukung proses registrasi nasabah, transaksi sampah, pembayaran, pelaporan, statistik, dan manajemen pengguna. Hasil penelitian berupa blueprint Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bank Sampah yang menggambarkan proses bisnis dan struktur data secara komprehensif sebagai acuan pengembangan perangkat lunak

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, particularly ChatGPT, has increasingly been utilized in learning activities. However, the perceptions of students and teachers regarding the use of ChatGPT in schools still need to be objectively mapped. This study aims to analyze the sentiments of students and teachers at SMAN 2 Klari toward the use of ChatGPT in learning activities using a Lexicon-based approach with the InSet sentiment lexicon. The research employed a quantitative approach using 777 responses collected from 742 students and 35 teachers through open-ended questionnaires. The research stages included data collection, preprocessing (case folding, text cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, slang word normalization, and stemming), Lexicon-based sentiment analysis, and evaluation using Fleiss’ Kappa and Confusion Matrix. The results showed that the majority of students expressed positive sentiment toward the use of ChatGPT in learning, accounting for 91.1%, while negative and neutral sentiments accounted for 6.9% and 2.0%, respectively. Among teachers, all respondents expressed positive sentiment, reaching 100%. The annotator evaluation using Fleiss’ Kappa obtained a score of 0.7745, categorized as Substantial Agreement, indicating strong agreement among annotators. Furthermore, the Confusion Matrix evaluation produced an accuracy of 79%, demonstrating that the Lexicon-based method performed reasonably well in classifying sentiments related to ChatGPT usage. Overall, the findings indicate that ChatGPT is perceived positively by both students and teachers as a technology that supports the learning process, although concerns remain regarding potential dependency and inappropriate use.

Abstract

The management of undergraduate thesis data at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika), previously relied on Google Drive as a storage medium. However, the process of searching for thesis references was still performed manually because there was no repository system that supported structured searching and data classification. This study aims to design and develop a web-based undergraduate thesis repository system to facilitate the presentation, retrieval, classification, submission, and management of students' thesis data. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, which consists of the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. Laravel was used as the development framework, while MySQL served as the database management system. System evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The Black Box Testing results indicated that all system features functioned as expected. Meanwhile, the UAT results showed user acceptance rates of 90.4% from Faculty of Computer Science students and 80.7% from administrators, with the System Feasibility aspect achieving the highest score of 91.5%. These results indicate that the proposed system was well accepted by users and is suitable for managing and retrieving undergraduate thesis references at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang.

Abstract

The Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Computer Science at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika) currently relies on Google Forms to manage event registrations, causing participant data to be scattered across multiple documents, increasing the risk of duplicate records, and making participant verification, quota management, and report preparation less efficient. This study aims to design and develop a website-based online registration system that centralizes participant data management, supports participant verification, prevents duplicate registrations, and improves the management of BEM activities. The research employed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The system was developed using PHP Native and MySQL as the database management system. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to verify that all system features met user requirements. The results indicate that the developed system successfully provides user registration, authentication, event management, participant registration, participant data management, participant data export, and registration history within an integrated platform. The testing results demonstrate that all system functions operated as expected, indicating that the system is feasible for implementation. Therefore, the proposed system improves administrative efficiency, simplifies participant data management, and supports the digitalization of BEM activity services at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang.

Abstract

PT Trustone Borneo Indonesia memiliki kebutuhan untuk menata proses penjualan produk safety dan rescue agar lebih rapi, terutama karena transaksi yang dilakukan lebih banyak berbentuk Business-to-Business (B2B). Sebelum sistem ini dibuat, proses komunikasi dengan customer masih dilakukan melalui WhatsApp, email, telepon, dan pencatatan manual. Cara tersebut membuat beberapa data penting, seperti permintaan barang, quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, sampai konfirmasi pembayaran, belum tersimpan dalam satu alur yang mudah dipantau.Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, project work ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem e-commerce supplier B2B berbasis quotation yang dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan dapat diakses melalui aplikasi Android berbasis WebView. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode prototyping, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, hingga evaluasi penggunaan. Sistem ini melibatkan lima role utama, yaitu Customer, Admin/Sales, Manager, Warehouse, dan Finance.Alur transaksi pada sistem dimulai dari customer yang mengajukan request quotation. Selanjutnya, Admin/Sales menyusun quotation, Manager melakukan approval, customer mengirimkan data purchase order, Warehouse membuat delivery order, Finance menerbitkan invoice, dan pembayaran diverifikasi secara manual berdasarkan mutasi rekening bank. Dengan alur tersebut, setiap tahapan transaksi dapat tercatat lebih jelas sesuai peran masing-masing pengguna.Hasil pengujian black-box pada 15 skenario menunjukkan bahwa fitur utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Selain itu, User Acceptance Test yang melibatkan lima responden memperoleh nilai 91,2%, sehingga sistem dinilai layak digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, sistem ini membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan keterlacakan transaksi, memperjelas pembagian tugas antarbagian, serta mempermudah monitoring penjualan produk safety dan rescue

Abstract

Sentiment analysis of e-commerce reviews faces challenges due to the use of informal language (slang) and class imbalance, which can reduce the performance of classification models. This study aims to optimize the Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm for classifying Tokopedia reviews into five ordinal rating classes. The proposed approach integrates lexicon-based hybrid slang normalization, TF-IDF n-gram feature representation, data balancing using the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), and hyperparameter optimization. The model was evaluated using Stratified 10-Fold Cross Validation on 37,146 valid reviews. The experimental results show that the proposed approach improved the average Macro F1-score by 102.42%, increasing from 0.1704 to 0.3450, while achieving an accuracy of 58%. These findings indicate that the combination of slang normalization, TF-IDF n-gram, SMOTE, and hyperparameter optimization effectively enhances the model's ability to recognize minority classes in imbalanced e-commerce review datasets.

Abstract

Warung Berkah still manages its inventory manually, resulting in difficulties in stock recording and monitoring. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Inventory Management Information System using the Laravel framework to support more effective and structured inventory management. The research employed the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using Laravel and MySQL and includes features for item management, stock-in and stock-out transactions, inventory reporting, forecasting using the Moving Average method, and Reorder Point (ROP) calculation. The results show that the system was successfully implemented according to the operational needs of Warung Berkah. The system applies the FIFO method in stock-out transactions, resulting in more structured inventory movement data and supporting restocking recommendations through forecasting and ROP calculations. User Acceptance Test (UAT) results indicate a user acceptance rate of 91.4%, which is categorized as very good..

Abstract

Ulasan aplikasi EdLink di Google Play Store menumpuk dalam jumlah besar sehingga sulit ditinjau pengembang secara manual. Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimennya memakai Support Vector Machine yang dipadukan SMOTE dan hyperparameter tuning. Sebanyak 2.673 ulasan dikumpulkan melalui web scraping, lalu disaring menjadi 2.113 ulasan final, terdiri atas 1.275 ulasan negatif dan 838 positif. Pelabelan ditetapkan otomatis berbasis rating bintang, dan teks melewati enam tahap pra-pemrosesan termasuk penanganan kata negasi. Model diuji melalui lima skenario kumulatif dalam kerangka Stratified 10-Fold Cross Validation, dengan TF-IDF dan SMOTE dihitung ulang di tiap lipatan hanya pada data latih guna mencegah kebocoran data. Skenario terbaik menggabungkan pra-pemrosesan, SMOTE, N-gram (1,2), dan tuning, dengan Accuracy 0,8316 dan F1-Score 0,8270 memakai kernel RBF, C sebesar 10, dan Gamma 0,01. Model lebih peka pada ulasan negatif dengan Recall 0,9263 dibanding positif yang hanya 0,6874. Keluhan pengguna terpusat pada kegagalan login, kendala setelah pembaruan, dan pengiriman berkas tugas.

Abstract

The implementation of the student internship program at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Fasilkom UNSIKA) is currently hindered by a semi-conventional administrative system, decentralized academic document archiving, and vulnerability to human errors during the conversion score calculation process. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Student Internship Information System that specifically integrates a Decision Support System (DSS) function to digitalize the bureaucratic cycle while automating the internship final evaluation in an objective, transparent, and accurate manner. The software engineering applies the Waterfall development model and is constructed using a modern tech stack consisting of Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Sequelize ORM, and a MySQL database. To produce fair evaluation decisions, the platform implements the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm within the backend system as a computational engine to execute benefit normalization and linear weighted summation of multi-source score components, aligned with the faculty's internship conversion Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) criteria matrix. The result of this thesis research is a centralized digital platform that accommodates the administrative data needs of students, supervisors, examiners, and administrators. Through the implementation of the automated SAW algorithm, the system is proven reliable in streamlining the conventional grade recapitulation bureaucracy, eliminating human error risks, and presenting transparent score sheets along with precise evaluation ranking charts to enhance the faculty's academic management efficiency.

Abstract

Technological developments encourage businesses to adopt digital systems to improve efficiency and marketing reach. Toko ABC Store, which sells various processed aluminum products such as cupboards, display cases, and shelves, still uses manual sales and recording processes, resulting in inefficiency in transaction management and product information delivery. This study aims to design and develop a product catalog and online ordering website that enables customers to view product details and place orders online with digital payment support using Midtrans. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, PHP, and MySQL and tested using Black Box Testing. System design employed flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), database design, and interface wireframes. The results show that the developed website successfully integrates a product catalog, online ordering, digital payment through Midtrans, inventory management, a sales monitoring dashboard, sales reports, and a price calculator. Black Box Testing of seven main features showed that all features were valid.
