Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor keberhasilan teknologi informasi salah satunya yaitu dalam hal memajukan mutu sumber daya manusia. Salah satu cara untuk mencapainya adalah melalui pemerataan pendidikan di sekolah. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis capaian hasil belajar setiap peserta didik. PKBM Sanggar Puri merupakan lembaga pendidikan non formal dengan nilai nilai rata-rata dari tahun ke tahun naik turun sehingga perlu dilakukan pengelompokan nilai guna membantu mengetahui kemampuan para peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means dan metode Elbow. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengelompokan peserta didik menjadi 3 cluster yaitu cluster 0 dengan nila rata-rata cenderung rendah yang memiliki jumlah anggota cluster yaitu 57 peserta didik. Kemudian cluster 2 yaitu kelompok rata-rata nilai sedang dengan jumlah anggota kluster yaitu 42 peserta didik. Lalu cluster 1 merupakan kelompok nilai dengan rata-rata tinggi yang hanya berjumlah 1 peserta didik.

Abstract

Pospay application is a form of financial technology belonging to Pos Indonesia. Pospay application on the Google Play Store has more than 25 thousand user reviews. The more user reviews, the more difficult and longer it will take for prospective users and application managers to conclude information on user sentiment trends that are useful in making decisions about application use and evaluation. Sentiment analysis is the solution to this problem because sentiment analysis is able to classify unstructured data to generate sentiment information efficiently by applying data mining algorithms. This research uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method, where at the data mining stage, the Support Vector Machine algorithm is applied in making the model. Grid search was applied to test 3 scenarios so that the proportion of data distribution with the best accuracy was obtained, namely, 90:10, using RBF kernel with parameters: c = 1, ℽ = 1. The results of this research were a model with 95% accuracy, 91% precision, 100% recall, and 95% f1-score. Information was also obtained that the sentiment of Pospay application users on the Google Play Store tends to be positive (54.1%) but not much far from the percentage of negative sentiments (45.9%).

Abstract

Data is an important asset and a fundamental requirement for building valuable information for organizations. Association of Information Systems Students of Unsika (Himsika) as a university organization provides many events to develop student’s academic and professional skills. A post-event evaluation through a feedback survey was conducted and stored in Google Sheets spreadsheet format. However, the current analysis process using spreadsheets lacks standardization, making it difficult to compare satisfaction rates over time and between events. Additionally, the lack of standardization leads to semi-structured data on spreadsheets, with varying question formats and meanings. To address these limitations, implementing a centralized data warehouse is proposed as a solution. The data warehouse would provide a structured and standardized approach to analyzing event feedback, enabling better comparisons and evaluation of management quality within Himsika. The research aims to design a data warehouse that supports multidimensional analysis. As a way to simplify and optimize analytical queries, the data structure is standardized in the data warehouse. The Four-step Dimensional Design method is applied in designing dimensional modeling on the data warehouse, consisting of four stages including selecting the business process, declaring the grain, identifying the dimensions, and identifying the facts. The design process resulted in 4 dimensions of events, dim_instances, dim_degree_programs, and dim_professions, and a fact table called fact_rates_by_responses. Overall, the proposed data warehouse and dimensional modeling approach aim to enhance the analysis and evaluation of Himsika’s events.

Abstract

The dual roles performed by women often lead to conflict in the family. Disputes can occur due to the lack of family roles in helping balance the work at home and office experienced by career women and mothers. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is used in this study to determine the results of applying the Naïve Bayes algorithm classification based on role, activity, age, and interest in a family. A total of 287 data records generated from the survey were used in this study and a data split of 80:20 for training and testing data using orange data mining tools. The results show that the calculation accuracy with the Naïve Bayes algorithm reaches 93%, with the conclusion that the use of orange data mining tools results in good accuracy.

Abstract

The MyPertamina application is a digital service application from Pertamina with various services initiated and created to carry out purchases in vehicle fuel transactions. The existence of the MyPertamina application made by PT Pertamina caused reactions and criticism from some application users. Each user has various opinions about the MyPertamina application, as evidenced by the different star ratings in Google Play Store reviews. This study aims to determine the sentiments of MyPertamina application users, which are divided into two classes, namely positive and negative. The dataset in this study uses scraping results from user reviews on the Google Play Store. The data taken to carry out sentiment analysis is from 1 July 2022 to 31 July 2022, and the dataset is taken randomly. The dataset is classified by rating: ratings 4 and 5 as positive sentiment and ratings 1, 2, and 3 as negative sentiment. In this study, Google Colab tools will be used using Python programming. The dataset used is 5722 data labeled positive and negative, with the division of training data by 80% and test data by 20%. The MyPertamina application sentiment analysis results tend to be hostile towards using the application. This study used classification with the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm. By using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm, it produces 87% accuracy, 86% precision, 90% recall, and 87% f1-score.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology in all sectors, technological developments also have an influence on the digitization of cash. The community has been facilitated by digital wallet technology. The use of digital wallets itself is increasing rapidly and many new companies are establishing businesses in this field. This is because many people think that using digital wallets is a more practical way and also to reduce the number of transmission of the COVID-19 virus from cash. The purpose of the research is to designing prototype of digital wallet that can support technological advances in Indonesia and help people to facilitate their lives by making non-cash transactions, so they don't bother to carry cash everywhere. The method used in this study is Design Thinking, where Design Thinking has 5 stages in interface design, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test stages. The results of this study were obtained by evaluating the interface design that has been created with the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). SUS in the study produced a value of 74, which means the prototype is acceptable and meets the criteria of user needs. Meanwhile, the UEQ obtained in this study produced average results above 0.8 which means that aspects of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty managed to be at a positive evaluation level, and the benchmark results in UEQ also showed that the prototype received an Excellent score in the aspects of Attractiveness, Stimulation and Accuracy, but for aspects of Clarity, Efficiency, and Novelty gets a Good grade. From the results of benchmark measurements using the UEQ questionnaire, it can be concluded that the SiDoempet prototype has a very good benchmark level overall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan sebuah tinjauan kritis terhadap sistem pencarian informasi multimedia berdasarkan konten, konteks, dan konsep. Sistem pencarian informasi multimedia telah menjadi aspek penting dalam mengelola dan mengakses data multimedia yang semakin berkembang. Sistem pencarian ini menjadi semakin penting dalam era informasi digital yang melimpah, di mana pengguna mencari data multimedia yang relevan dalam berbagai format, seperti gambar, video, dan teks. Penelitian ini mengulas perkembangan terbaru dalam teknologi pencarian informasi multimedia dan mengeksplorasi tantangan serta peluang yang muncul dalam mengintegrasikan aspek konten, konteks, dan konsep dalam proses pencarian. Dengan merinci perkembangan terbaru dan perspektif kritis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika dan potensi peningkatan dalam sistem pencarian informasi multimedia yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah dalam menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data digital saat ini. Hasil tinjauan ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang kemajuan dalam pengembangan sistem pencarian informasi multimedia, serta arah penelitian masa depan dalam bidang ini.
