Abstract

Jakarta's environmental and cultural education (PLBJ) is one of the subjects needed to maintain theconcept of value of life community and Betawi cultural environment for future generations, especiallyelementary students. Submission of PLBJ material in schools is conveyed through textbooks in which areintroduced Betawi traditional games, Betawi folklore, Betawi arts, and matters relating to the environment.The material presented is not only in the form of description but also in the form of illustrations. However,the composition between the descriptions and illustrations is not balanced and affects students' interest inreading at school. Illustrations in books can be said to be mandatory especially for elementary books. Becauseinteresting illustrations will stimulate children's curiosity and motivation to read books. Because of this, it isnecessary to develop illustrations in accordance with the book material using methods educational researchand development which have 4 stages of process (4D), namely define (needs analysis of illustrations), design(illustration design), develop (combining the results of illustrations with material in the form of descriptions),and disseminate (see responses from students and teachers concerned). The purpose of this research is todevelop illustrations about the environment and culture of Jakarta, especially the traditional game DampuBulan which can later be used as part of the development of elementary school PLBJ subject matter.abstrack dalam bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various symptons of depression of thecommunity from mild to severe levels. This is due to the fear of contracting thevirus, the high death rate in Indonesia, economic problems, to confusinginformation on social media, one is young adults. One of the sufferers ofdepression is young adults. To prevent depression, a social campaign throughdigital media is needed to make it easily accessible to this young adults on ofwhich is Instagram. Content with messages and illustrations is expected to be ableto help young adults in preventing depression. This study aims to determine thedesign concept and design execution that appeals to young adults. The methodused is qualitative method with a psychological and design approach to be able toformulate an interesting content through Instagram.

Abstract

The number of violence in relationship has been increasing, this increase is not onlyhappening to women, but also to men so it is necessary needed to explore how forms ofviolence in relationship are experienced by men and women, as well as how the violenceaffects both men and women. Respondents of this study were 402 people who hadexperienced violence in relationship, either in the type of physical violence, psychologicalviolence, economic violence, activity restriction violence, or sexual violence. By usingAccidental Sampling technique a Google Forms was distributed via WhatsApp, Telegram,and email to collect data. Data analysis was carried out with a descriptive approach. Theresults of the analysis shows that women are most vulnerable to experience various typesof violence in relationship. However, men are more likely to experience the effects of theviolence itself than women.

Abstract

This study aims at OPAC implementation effect in digital library from the user perspectiveusing PIECES analysis. The object of this research is the library in State Polytechnic of MediaKreatif. Observation, questionnaires, and interviews were used to collect data. Observations areused to see how the existing system works physically, questionnaires are used to collect data thatwill be analyzed further, and interviews are used to support observation and interviews. The dataanalysis technique used in this library research uses descriptive statistical analysis with the averageresults from the PIECES Framework. The results of the study using the PIECES frameworkanalysis found that the performance variable (4.64), information variable (4.35), economy variable(3.47), control variable (3.97), efficiency (4.11), and services (3,83).

Abstract

Illicit Trafficking and Abuse of Narcotics and illegal drugs at this time can be said to be anextraordinary crime and get a strong spotlight in various circles, both in society, government and eveninternationally. This is because the negative impact that can be caused by the abuse of Narcotics is verylarge and detrimental in terms of health, economy, social, culture and even aspects of national security.Policies are directly or indirectly influenced from international and national aspects in the prevention anderadication of drugs, there are still some weaknesses in government policies in the overall criminal justicesystem, especially the correctional system in the field of eradication in dealing with narcotics abuse andillicit trafficking. This research is a type of literature study research by looking for data and informationreferences and theories that are relevant to the cases or problems found. The conclusion of this study is amodel of a centralized penitentiary specifically for narcotics convicts supported by the participation ofrelevant stakeholders in its implementation and supervision

Abstract

Protection of children is very important, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic Theapplication of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is able to reduce the morbidityand mortality of school-age children. DKI Jakarta is a province that has a high number ofCOVID-19 cases and the Duren Sawit sub-district has not been spared the spread of thecase. There are two Qur'an houses where the students stay. Researcher saw that theawareness of students in complying with health protocols is still lacking, Because that theyare often found not wearing masks and like to play outside the dormitory. Therefore, thisresearch article aims to see a description of the clean and healthy living behavior ofstudents during the COVID-19 pandemic with the research subjects of students at TahfidzAl-Maun House and students at Daar El Al-Hufaz. This study uses a descriptivequantitative method through a survey with a Likert scale supported by interviewtechniques. The variables studied were clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Thereare three categories of quantitative data analysis, high, medium, and low. The results ofthis study describe the clean and healthy behavior of students in the aspect of consume nutrition food, sports activities, eradicating mosquito larvae, avoid smoking, and weightboddies attention, which is classified as high. Then to ensure the cleanliness of the toiletsand environmental sanitation, draining and cleaning the bathroom, and disposing ofgarbage have moderate criteria. Abstract

The spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) throughout the world causes various impacts in variousfields. In order to anticipate the spread and prevention of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), must increase publicawareness of cleanliness, health and safety, change behavior patterns, the tourism world must prepare itself, havestandards for clean, healthy, safe & sustainable products & services..This research activity is a field study by conducting observations and interviews with managers, courtiersand tourists at the Kanoman palace regarding the implementation of Cleanliness, Health, Safety and EnvironmentalSustainability (CHSE) which has been carried out during the adaptation period of new habits (AKB). Theguidelines that have been set are based on guidelines from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries of theRepublic of Indonesia, especially regarding the guidelines for organizing activities.The implementation of Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) from thepalace entrance to the facilities provided by the Kanoman Palace is expected that tourists will feel comfortable andsafe and can provide a positive image of the palace in implementing the implementation of Cleanliness, Health,Safety. and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) whose implementation requires cooperation between variousparties such as managers, employees (servants) and tourists so that Cleanliness, Health, Safety and EnvironmentalSustainability (CHSE) can be implemented and have a positive impact on various parties.

Abstract

The background of the research is that there has not been developed learning media that attractsstudents' interest and motivation to learn which has an impact on student learning outcomes which are stilllow. The type of research is research and development (R&D). The development model used is the ADDIE ,which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. This research develops learningmedia in the form of creative puzzles for elementary school children. The development of creative puzzlelearning media for Pancasila material is carried out through the potential and problem stage, the datacollection stage, the product design stage, the product validation and testing stage (small scale), the revisionstage, and the product use stage in the classroom. Based on media and material experts, the creative puzzlelearning media for Pancasila material is very suitable to be used as a learning medium by making revisionsaccording to expert suggestions and comments. The percentage of eligibility given by media experts is96.67% and material experts is 94.55%. Creative puzzle learning media for Pancasila material receivedpositive responses from students and teachers, and was effective for use in improving thematic learningoutcomes of the theme of my experience as indicated by an increase in the value of learning outcomes. Theaverage learning outcomes before using creative puzzle learning media was 64.08 and after using creativepuzzle learning media an average of 78.28 with an increase of 22.16%.

Abstract

The development of social media has now entered all fields, includingjournalism. Online news portals present news not only with websites andapplications but also using social media platforms. These social media include:Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and TikTok. This study wants to know theexistence of social media on online news portals. The online news portals that arethe object of research are: Liputan6.com, Medcom.id and iNews.id. This researchuses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, conducting interviewswith news portal editors and making observations on the social media accounts ofthe three news portals. The result of this research is that online news portals usesocial media to find story ideas, establish engagement with their readers andviewers, and find additional information. While online news portals as a mediaindustry, make social media an interactive form of marketing and also provideadditional financial income for institutions.

Abstract

This community service activity in making a visual identity or logo for the partnerinstitution called Community Learning Center (PKBM) Karya Ummat in Cengkareng,West Jakarta contributed mainly to strengthening related institutions. PKBM which ismanaged by the Karya Ummat Foundation organizes equality education, PAUD, lifeskills, and work skills programs. Established in 2005 and incorporated in 2009, PKBMhas graduated hundreds of participants in the Package B and C equivalence programs,and PAUD participants. However, its visual identity uses the foundation's logo. In fact, tosignify a strong sub-institution, it should develop its own visual identity The activity of logo is carried out through a series of standard stages of corporate identitydesign, especially in the characterstics of community centers. The stages include:collecting information on the characteristics of the institution, literature study,exploration, design, selection, evaluation, revision, application. In this way the series ofdesign processes and their final results are avoided from inconsistency with the client'srequirements. The partner's chosen logo design is applied to letterhead, envelopes,stamps, business cards, participant cards, and neog signs
