Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the causes of volunteers leaving their jobs and preferring to manage Reading Parks, Edelweiss Volunteer motivation in managing Reading Parks and management strategies Edelweiss Reading Park. The study was conducted in Edelweiss Reading Park, Kamal Village, Kalideres District, West Jakarta City for approximately 2 months from the end of February to April 2020. This research method uses qualitative, with data collection technique through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The sources of data in this study are Edelweiss Reading Park owners as key informants and four Edelweiss Volunteers who manage Reading Park as core informants. The research produced that: (1) The causes of volunteer leaving their previous jobs and prefer to manage the reading park are due to internal and external factors that motivate volunteers. Internal factors include the thought that as human beings must be beneficial to others, wants to channel their potential, because of the social soul high. External factors which include, the surrounding environment, the community, RT/RW management, and motivational factors from volunteer parents. (2) The motivation of edelweiss volunteers in managing the reading park is more dominated by self-actualization needs. (3) Edelweiss reading park management strategies, including planning that begins with a joint discussion, implementation of activities, programs, and management of funds and evaluation of activities as a reference for subsequent planning. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab relawan keluar dari pekerjaan dan lebih mengelola taman baca, motivasi relawan edelweiss dalam mengelola taman baca dan strategi pengelolaan taman baca edelweiss. Penelitian dilakukan di Taman Baca Edelweiss, Kelurahan Kamal, Kecamatan Kalideres, Kota Jakarta Barat selama kurang lebih 2 bulan dari akhir bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan April 2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Sumber data yang dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik Taman Baca Edelweiss sebagai informan kunci dan empat relawan edelweiss yang menjadi pengelola taman baca sebagai informan inti. Penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa: (1) Penyebab Relawan meninggalkan pekerjaan sebelumnya dan lebih memilih mengelola Taman Baca adalah karena adanya faktor internal dan eksternal yang memotivasi Relawan. Faktor internal meliputi pemikiran bahwa sebagai manusia harus bermanfaat untuk orang lain, ingin menyalurkan potensi yang dimiliki, dan karena jiwa sosial yang tinggi. Faktor eksternal yang meliputi, lingkungan sekitar, masyarakat, pengurus RT/RW, dan faktor motivasi dari orang tua Relawan. (2) Motivasi Relawan Edelweiss dalam mengelola Taman Baca lebih didominasi dengan aktualisasi diri. (3) Strategi pengelolaan Taman Baca Edelweiss, meliputi perencanaan yang diawali dengan diskusi bersama, pelaksanaan kegiatan, program dan pengelolaan dana serta evaluasi kegiatan sebagai acuan perencanaan berikutnya. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Relawan, Taman Baca, Strategi pengelolaan.

Abstract

This objective of this study is to find the relationship of sense of belonging with community participation in waste banks in the Kemayoran District Area. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 134 residents who participated in the waste bank in the Kemayoran District Area. This research sampel is 100 residents who are administrator and customers the Waste Banks. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis test of correlation. The research releaved that there was a correlation beetwen sense of belonging and society participation in the waste banks seen from the calculation of the correlation between variables that is equal to r = 0,373 and the effective contribution of sense of belonging with society participation in the waste bank was 13,9% (r2 =0,139%). The results of these calculations indicate that the sense of belonging as a factor of participation is behind 13.9%. There other factors that influence the sense of belonging such as trust, the similarities that belong to organization members, age, social interaction and family functions which can motivate public participation in the garbage bank in the Kemayoran District Area by 86.1%. This research can be used as a reference for further research in the field of social and environmental sciences

Abstract

Protection of children is very important, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic Theapplication of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is able to reduce the morbidityand mortality of school-age children. DKI Jakarta is a province that has a high number ofCOVID-19 cases and the Duren Sawit sub-district has not been spared the spread of thecase. There are two Qur'an houses where the students stay. Researcher saw that theawareness of students in complying with health protocols is still lacking, Because that theyare often found not wearing masks and like to play outside the dormitory. Therefore, thisresearch article aims to see a description of the clean and healthy living behavior ofstudents during the COVID-19 pandemic with the research subjects of students at TahfidzAl-Maun House and students at Daar El Al-Hufaz. This study uses a descriptivequantitative method through a survey with a Likert scale supported by interviewtechniques. The variables studied were clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Thereare three categories of quantitative data analysis, high, medium, and low. The results ofthis study describe the clean and healthy behavior of students in the aspect of consume nutrition food, sports activities, eradicating mosquito larvae, avoid smoking, and weightboddies attention, which is classified as high. Then to ensure the cleanliness of the toiletsand environmental sanitation, draining and cleaning the bathroom, and disposing ofgarbage have moderate criteria. Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas bukan sekedar penerapan dan pengembangan unsur sastra lokal dan nasional. Namun, pendidikan yang berkualitas berkontribusi dalam membangun muatan nasional. Pendidikan berbasis budaya memerlukan institusi sosial sebagai wujud kehidupan nyata, yang menjadi pusat penemuan dan pengembangan budaya lokal dan nasional. Namun yang terjadi saat ini dalam bidang pendidikan tidak lagi berfungsi sebagai pusat pengembangan kebudayaan melainkan hanya mengutamakan aspek intelektual. Pada saat yang sama, aspek budaya lainnya kurang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Program Pendidikan Desa Berkualitas sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam mempersiapkan Bonus Demografi di Desa Tanjungsari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan studi literatur. Peneliti mengkaji kembali informasi penting yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan ditulis. Tantangan di abad 21 yang rentan mengalami reduksi hingga perubahan alur kehidupan dunia adalah pendidikan. Bidang kehidupan ini menjadi syarat dalam rangka pembangunan suatu negara. Perangkat Desa Tanjungsari meningkatkan pendidikan bagi masyarakat dengan menciptakan program pendidikan berkualitas sebagai bukti nyata dari Desa Peduli Pendidikan dan mempersiapkan terjadinya bonus demografi. Oleh sebab itu, manusia yang menjadi sumber daya serta aset paling berharga dalam pembangunan desa memerlukan perlakukan indikator SDGs 4 yang mencakup aspek pendidikan inklusif dan berkualitas, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan dukungan kebijakan.

Abstract

Abstract In 2023 this is focused on the Green Transformation aspect through Strengthening Ecoliteracy. Ecoliteracy or Environmental Literacy Training was delivered in a planned manner to create a training atmosphere in preparing the integration of environmental concepts and values to 23 Junior High School students and teachers, both male and female teachers in Hybrid (Offline and Online). These teachers have the active potential to design independent learning modules by integrating concepts and values that are actualized in the form of real attitudes and behaviors in everyday life, starting from elementary education. He success of this activity is targeted to start with students and teachers at the basic education level, in this case at SMP 241. Improving thematic learning planning, integrated integration of ecoliteracy through green transformation (Only 1 person always does it 11.1% from 9 teachers). Meanwhile, 7 students (50%) are trying to get used to making lifestyle changes towards an environmentally friendly lifestyle. These results show that teachers at SMP 241 Tidung Island, Thousand Islands Coastal Area, continue to innovate learning models integrating environmental concepts and values, while Class 7 students have demonstrated adequate ecoliteracy. Abstrak Pada tahun 2023 ini difokuskan pada aspek Transformasi Green Melalui Penguatan Ecoliteracy. Pelatihan Ecoliteracy atau Literasi Lingkungan disampaikan secara terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana pelatihan dalam mempersiapkan integrasi konsep dan nilai lingkungan kepada 23 Siswa dan guru –guru SMP baik guru laki laki dan perempuan secara Hybrid (Luring dan Daring). Guru-guru ini berpotensi aktif untuk merancang model pembelajaran merdeka belajar dengan mengintegrasikan konsep dan nilai-nilai yang teraktualisasi dalam wujud sikap dan perilaku nyata dalam keseharian kehidupan mulai dari pendidikan dasar, dan masyarakat. Hal ini akan berdampak pada capaian green ekonomi dan transformasi hijau. Capaian keberhasilan kegiatan ini ditargetkan diawali dari pada siswa dan guru-guru pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, yang dalam hal ini di lingkungan SMP 241. Melakukan perbaikan perencanaan pembelajaran tematik, terpadu integrasi ecoliteracy melalui transformasi hijau (Hanya 1 orang yang selalu melakukan 11,1% dari 9 Orang Guru). Sedangkan siswa berusaha membiasakan melakukan perubahan gaya hidup kea rah gaya hidup yang ramah lingkungan 7 Orang Siswa (50%). Dari hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Guru Guru SMP 241 Pulau Tidung Wilayah Pesisir Pantai Kepulauan Seribu, terus melakukan inovasi model pembelajaran integrasi konsep dan nilai lingkungan sedangkan Siswa Kelas 7 telah menunjukan ecoliteracy yang cukup memadai.

Abstract

Jakarta as a metropolitan city with a high level of mobility has complex problems, one of which is air pollution that has been rooted for a long time. The main source of air pollution is motor vehicle pollution with an increase in the number of motorized vehicles from year to year obtaining a daily average index of PM2.5 reaching 45µg/m³ far above the WHO safe threshold. This literature review research was conducted to reveal that the integration of sustainable public transportation in Jakarta has successfully reduced pollution emissions and improved transportation efficiency. The results found that the application of the Green Economy concept not only affects the economic sector in general, but also public transportation. In Jakarta, public transportation has become a major means of realizing Green Economy principles, such as reducing carbon emissions, using renewable energy, and increasing resource efficiency. the change of society from the use of private vehicles to public transportation can significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which is in accordance with sustainable development goals. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to review and analyze public transportation as an alternative solution in improving the green economy.

Abstract

Kompleksitas permasalahan yang dihadapi perempuan adat pendatang di Kasepuhan Anyar pasca mereka memutuskan diri untuk menjadi bagian dari warga adat, terutama dalam pengelolaan sistem budaya padi tidak lepas dari rangkaian relasi di dalamnya (relasi gender, relasi kuasa, relasi sosial, dan relasi budaya). Dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelusuri pengalaman para perempuan adat pendatang dalam membangun makna terkait sistem budaya padi yang tidak lepas dari beragam relasi (gender, sosial, budaya, kuasa), melalui pendekatan interaksionisme simbolik. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah: Bagaimana perempuan adat pendatang membangun pengetahuan dalam memaknai sistem budaya padi? Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada masyarakat adat Kesatuan Banten Kidul, tepatnya di Kasepuhan Anyar yang berada di Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif perspektif feminis, dengan tipe fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, observasi partisipan, studi data sekunder, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data dilakukan sejak penelitian lapangan berlangsung, data yang telah diperoleh kemudian ditranskrip, coding, dan analisis menggunakan teori yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pemaknaan yang dilakukan oleh perempuan adat pendatang tidak lepas dari proses interaksi yang mereka lakukan atas sistem sosial budaya yang berlaku dan berkelindan dengan seperangkat aturan, symbol, juga berlakunya sistem kabendon dalam kehidupan baru mereka sebagai warga adat.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya ekosistem mangrove serta pelatihan pembuatan sirup berbahan dasar mangrove kepada remaja, khususnya siswa OSIS di SMPN 260 Jakarta yang berlokasi di Pulau Harapan, Kepulauan Seribu. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan sekaligus mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama, yaitu: edukasi tentang fungsi dan manfaat mangrove, demonstrasi pembuatan sirup dari tanaman mangrove, serta kegiatan penanaman mangrove secara bersama. Evaluasi terhadap pemahaman peserta dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan siswa setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif dan praktik langsung dapat meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis serta minat remaja terhadap pelestarian lingkungan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi dalam membangun semangat kolaborasi dan tanggung jawab sosial di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum, which has been in place for over three years, emphasizes the development of students' character and competencies. One of the standout features of this curriculum is the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), designed to help students embody the values of Pancasila, such as integrity, responsibility, and environmental stewardship. As part of this project, co-curricular activities are allocated up to 30% of the learning time, allowing students to engage in meaningful, real-world applications of their education. This initiative, however, is not yet fully maximized in some schools in DKI Jakarta, despite the city's advantages in terms of educational infrastructure and resources. While Jakarta, as Indonesia's capital, boasts considerable educational potential, it also faces unique environmental challenges, including pollution and waste management issues. These challenges, however, offer opportunities for students to become involved in projects that focus on environmental sustainability, making the P5 project even more relevant. Unfortunately, many teachers in the city are still struggling to design and implement effective P5 modules, which hinders the full impact of the program. Without proper training or access to well-structured project modules, teachers often find it difficult to foster the kind of interdisciplinary and practical learning experiences that the curriculum envisions. To address these gaps, it is essential to focus on strengthening teachers’ competencies in developing and implementing P5 modules through targeted mentoring programs. These programs should include lectures on best practices, interactive discussions that allow teachers to share experiences, question-and-answer sessions to address challenges, and practical exercises in module creation. The ultimate goal is to equip teachers with the skills and knowledge necessary to design modules that incorporate local environmental issues, thus making the P5 project more relevant and impactful for students.
