Abstract

This research is motivated by the interest of researchers to examine the influence ofcustomer service communication competence on customer satisfaction with the researchobject of Bank Central Asia KCP Pondok Ungu. The purpose of this study was to determinethe magnitude of the influence of customer service communication competence on customersatisfaction. This research uses The Excellent of PR theory. The research method used isquantitative with an explanatory approach. The population in this study were 101customers of BCA KCP Pondok Ungu. The sampling technique used is non-probability withthe accidental sampling method. The results showed that the influence of customer servicecommunication competence on customer satisfaction was 67.2%, then 32.8% wasinfluenced by other things that were not included in this study.

Abstract

The decline in the quality of the conservation forest of Mount Halimun Salak National Parkcan be studied from various perspectives, one of which is the participation of thecommunity around the forest in managing, utilizing and conserving the conservation forest.Information on the conservation of forest use and conservation in this study is the deliveryof messages and information by forestry officers in providing understanding to thecommunity around the forest in utilizing and conserving the conservation forest of MountHalimun Salak National Park. The information submitted has value (informative value),namely; the novelty of information, the relevance of information, and the third value ofinformation is creativity. The research method carried out by researchers in research is theuse of study literature review (SLR). Communities around the GHSNP forest understandin increasing physical productivity, understand in optimizing arable land, understand inimproving the quality of the environment and surrounding forests, and understand inmaximizing business income.

Abstract

Football is a sport that is popular with Indonesians from children to adults. For individuals who specifically attendsoccer school, facing each match can cause anxiety in itself because of the hope of winning. This study aims todetermine the relationship between efikasi diri and achievement motivation with anxiety facing football match onplayers SSB Bintang Ragunan. The sampling technique used a census (saturated sample) totaling 90 people. The datacollection method uses a Likert scale. Test instrument in this study using three scales, the scale of the Match FacingAnxiety consisted of 32 items and 25 items are valid, efikasi diri Scale consists of 24 items and 21 items are valid,Achievement Motivation scale consists of 36 items and 25 items are valid. Based on the results of data analysis usingSPSS, the correlation coefficient (r) =0.428 and p = 0.000 <0.05, The conclusion of this research that there issignificant relationship with the positive direction between self-efficacy and achievement motivation and anxietyfacing football match on players SSB Bintang Ragunan

Abstract

The term counterfeit goods appears in the use of the brand field which refers to certainactions in seeking profit by trading, either producing or selling counterfeit, imitation orcounterfeit goods. The labeling of counterfeit goods is taken from the way the goods areproduced, namely by counterfeiting (forgery). This research is descriptive qualitative whichexplains the factors and causes behind sellers and buyers trading counterfeit goods which areanalyzed with Rational Choice Theory which describes that criminals are seen as rational partiesin making decisions and actions, as well as when buyers choose rational choice in buyingcounterfeit goods. In Indonesia, the business of counterfeit goods is growing in line with thelifestyle of the people in general. The research was conducted at Taman Puring Market, SouthJakarta, which is the location of a large number of counterfeit goods trade. By obtaining datafrom several sources who are sellers and buyers of counterfeit goods, it is found that there aremany factors that influence the occurrence of counterfeit goods trade, namely, price factors,quality factors, trend factors, needs factors, place reference factors and self-awareness factors.There are also many causes that can be measured from the point of view of Rational ChoiceTheory, namely profit, means, control and punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of emotional maturnity and peer social supporton coping in students of class XII SMA PLUS YPHB Bogor.The population in this study was244 students of class XII.The sampling technique in this study was Conveniencesampling.Convenience is where the research sample is the easiest individual or organizationfor researchers to find.The measuring instruments used are the emotional maturity scale (16items α = 0.805) and the peer social support scale (25 items α = 0.947).The results showeda positive influence between Emotional Maturity to Coping by 0.186 and there was apositive influence between Peer Social Support to Coping of 0.236.Furthermore, the results of data analysis with Multiple Regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 22 obtained R square =0.271and p = 0.000 < 0.5.This shows that there is an Influence of Emotional Maturity andPeer Social Support on Coping in students of class XII SMA PLUS YPHB Bogor

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between time management andpeer social support with academic procrastination of student of class XII in SMAN4 Bekasi. The subjects of this study was the student of class XII in SMAN 4 Bekasi,with a population of 358 students. The sampling technique used is the conveniencesampling. This research is a quantitative study that uses 3 measuring instruments,namely: academic procrastination scale, time management scale, and peer socialsupport scale. The results showed that there was a significant and negativerelationship between time management and academic procrastination with r -0.762and p = 0.000 < 0.05. There was a significant and negative relationship betweenpeer social support and academic procrastination with r -0.354 and p = 0.000 <0.05. There was a significant relationship between time management and peersocial support with academic procrastination of student of class XII in SMAN 4Bekasi with R = 0.767 and p = 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

An online transaction activities are involving exchange of messages and information. This isactually part human activities in order to fulfill the human’s need which is also part of what socalledbusiness communication. Business communication itself has been improved and developedin many fields in recent years. Selling books online and using the social media platform such asFacebook is one of them. This study aims to study the business communication model of sellingbooks using particularly the social media platform of Facebook as a medium. In this context, thesellers play a role as the communicators while the buyers in the position of communicants.Throughboth method of non-participatory and participatory observations, this study shows there are threecategories of mainly books that sold online. First is the brand new books (new prints/new textbooks), second is the used books (known as the secondhand books) and the third is what so calledthe collectable, rare and antique books. Using an in-depth interview for analysing businesscommunication model and marketing strategies of selling books online in Facebook, it is evidencethat both sellers and buyers have been using and optimilising their networks of friendship throughtheir friend list contacts, both for their interpersonal as well as community communications. They utilise the communications among book lovers and book collectors as the most important strategyof their marketing approach. Therefore, it is clear that both personal and social networking areexisted side by side in this social media context for the purpose of their business communication.When someone selling a book online in Facebook, they normally would post the image or photodetailing the book which can be seen by all contacts in their networks including those book loversor book collectors who often would re-sell their book again online, by using the same social medianetworks. This research also shows that there are only certain kind of books that mostly soughtafter by people who use online book selling networks in Facebook. This information comes fromcontents mainly collected from the wall of Facebook. The list of most popular and top selling booksare quite long. Any works by the famous Indonesian writer Pramoedya Ananta Toer (PAT) are themost popular ones. People are also looking for books on literature, the leftist, military, history,religion, politics, economics, law, social and cultural issues. Leisure books such as comics andnovels are also selling well

Abstract

This study discusses how Instagram is used as media in engaging students to learn to writerecount text. This study aims to look at how student engagement and students’ perspectiveson the use of Instagram as media in learning to write recount text. The use of Instagram asmedia in learning to write recount texts is considered as a communicative and flexiblemedia. Thus, it can be used to study inside the classroom and outside the classroom. Thisresearch design belongs to Classroom research by involving six undergraduate students.Student engagement are obtained through several instruments such as: observation sheets,interview guides, and documentation. The procedure of this research consists of Pre-Lesson, While-Lesson, and Post-Lesson. Data that has been obtained from some of theseinstruments is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman Method. The results of this studyillustrate that there are two phases of Instagram that assist students learn to write, they arethe photo selection phase and the caption writing phase where Instagram can stimulatestudent writing ideas and write them on the photo caption page. In addition, studentsrespond well when using Instagram as a learning medium for writing because they aremotivated to write well

Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara has a lot of potential has three industrial focuses sectorsuch as salt, sugar and traditional weaving cloth. Traditional weaving cloth in EastSumba has a variety difference of motifs because each island in East NusaTenggara has different motif. The weaving center at Kaliuda Village has the highestquality in East Sumba, because it is flexible, does not fade, light and can be usedas normal clothing. 90% of Kaliuda Village people are traditional weavers, sowoven cloth is the main source of income in this village Although woven cloth ofKaliuda has its high quality, and beautiful motifs but unfortunately this weavingcenter of Kaliuda Village, East Sumba, is still not well known to many people, onlywoven fabric lovers and collectors knows about it, The purpose of this research isto make persuasive approach to the millennial generation towards the preservationof the weaving culture as well as provide information also attract public interest toknow more about weaving center in Kaliuda Village, East Sumba which can bevisited as Culture Tourism through promotional media. In designing thispromotional media, the researchers uses theories that are believed to be the basis,such as communication theory, advertising theory, and visual communicationdesign theories.
