Abstract

This study aims to develop an andragogical competency assessment instrument. The research method used is a development method that produces a product in the form of a companion andragogical competency assessment instrument. The development of the instrument through some stages, namely the first phase of the instruments, the second phase of judgment instrument by experts, the third phase testing instruments and the fourth analysis item. A sample of respondents taken by using purposive sampling as many as 200 assisted residents in DKI Jakarta. Data Analysis research using the descriptive confirmatory statistical descriptive analysis of factors to find the validity and the formation of factor characteristics and reliability is determined by Alpha Cronbach more than 0,70. The assessment instrument has been declared valid and reliable. The first stage of this development is to compile an instrument based on theoretical studies and obtain 5 dimensions of standard andragogical competence on the principles and 5 dimensions of the mentoring process. The second stage was carried out by the expert justment of the instrument by providing an assessment and revising the grid and instrument items. The content validity was tested by experts and a good aiken statistical index. The third stage is testing in the field and the fourth stage is conducting factor analysis with the results of the value of the construct validity carried out by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis where the Confirmatory Factor Analysis test results show 34 valid and reliable items.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of 3-D learning media towards the student’s Indonesian learning result of 2nd grade students in SDI Sabilillah on the sketch material. The type of research used was Quasi Experiment. The subjects of the study were 2nd grade students in SDI Sabilillah in year 2019/2020 which were divided into experimental class and control class. The results of the pretest and posttest tests conducted were obtained an average pretest result of 49.5 and an average posttest of 70.25 in the control class, and the average results of the pretest 50 and an average posttest of 80.25 in the experimental class. After the t test was performed on the pretest and posttest in the control class to get the results of thitung> ttable or 3.67> 2.093 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it could be concluded that there was a positive influence on the control class. T test results in the experimental class were thitung> ttable or 3.73> 2.093 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it could be concluded that there was a positive influence on Indonesian language learning by using 3-D media. When it was compared to the t test in the experimental class and the control class, namely (3.73)> (3.67) it could be seen that there was a difference between the experimental class using 3-D learning media and the control class using conventional learning, and the influence of using 3-D media were greater than conventional learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of understanding students have in working on graph theory material problems due to differences in students' thinking processes, and student learning styles when studying discrete mathematics, which requires different thinking with Boolean algebra material. Each student has a different way of thinking skills and learning style. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods so that this study has the objective to find out how the students' mathematical thinking processes in working on graph theory material problems and what obstacles are experienced by students in terms of their learning styles. The focus of research in this study, namely to analyze mathematical thinking processes on graph theory material in terms of student learning styles. The instruments in this study were researchers and also graph theory test questions that were used to view students' thought processes. The research subjects were 5 semester students, as many as 3 people with visual, auditory and kinesnetik learning styles. Then given the problem of graph theory as much as 2 questions, one question in the form of text and another in the form of images. The results show that students with visual learning styles tend to be included in students who have a conceptual thinking process, students with auditory learning styles tend to be included in students who have semi-conceptual thinking processes, while students with kinesthetic learning styles, including students who have computational thinking process . Barriers experienced by students include the lack of understanding of the basic concepts of graph theory and the trajectories and trajectories of Euler and Hamilton.
