Abstract

Rapid technological advances are currently demanding every store and company to create a business system that is more effective and efficient and good and fast service to every consumer. Therefore the application of information systems is needed that can help expedite the work process in the business system. Toko Ratu Alfamaz is a business entity engaged in trade. In improving and expediting the process of the purchasing system and the sales system, Toko Ratu Alfamaz needs a computerized system. because the system used is a conventional system. So that in running the system of buying and selling office stationery there are problems that often occur such as errors in calculating the total cost of purchase or total sales, the slow process of recording and searching data and the process of making reports requires a long time and the resulting inaccurate. Based on the conditions in Ratu Alfamaz's store, the authors designed an application system for purchasing and selling office stationery using the visual basic 6.0 programming language. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews and literature. And for software development methods using the waterfall method. The application of this information system is expected to reduce the level of errors that exist and help improve services to consumers to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand equity yang terdiri atas kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi merek, dan loyalitas merek terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap konsumen Toyota Avanza di Indonesia. Penentuan populasi penelitian didasarkan pada jumlah populasi Avanza di Indonesia per Juni 2017. Variabel independen penelitian meliputi kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi merek, dan loyalitas merek. Sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian adalah purchase intention (intensitas pembelian). Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang dihimpun dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data diolah dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Hal ini didadasarkan pada hasil uji statistik yang menemukan bahwa kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi merek, dan loyalitas merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

The excess temperature in the inverter will cause a decrease in efficiency. The research of over temperature protection systems on solar power generation inverters using Arduino aims to design an over temperature protection system on PLTS inverters using Arduino so that there is no reduction in efficiency and prevents the inverter components from damage due to heating. The method used is an experimental method that is designing an over temperature protection system on the inverter to get good design results. The equipment used is solar panels, inverters, fan motors, L298N drivers, Arduino and batteries. The results showed that the over temperature protection system equipment on the PLTS inverter using Arduino was able to protect the over heating in the inverter, especially to increase the load from 272 watts to 532 watts with an increase in temperature of only 0.1 0C. For the use of an inverter for a long time, the temperature inside the inverter in the previous state greatly affects the temperature inside the inverter in the next state so that the temperature decrease along with the linear load decrease is difficult to achieve, especially at 630 watts with an inverter temperature of 37.6 0C, some time after that a decrease in load occurs until the load becomes 105 watts but the temperature value in the inverter has a value greater than the 630 watts loading that is equal to 37.9 0C

Abstract

The SAW (Simple Additive Weight) method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes (Fishburn, 2011), the SAW method requires the decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale that can be compared with all existing alternative ratings. The SAW method is the most well-known and most widely used method in dealing with a Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) situation. MADM itself is a method used to find optimal alternatives from a number of alternatives with certain criteria.Algortima K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) is a method for classifying objects based on learning data that is the closest distance to the object. K-Nearest Neighbor is based on the concept of 'learning by analogy'. Learning data is described by n-dimensional numeric attributes. Each learning data presents a point, marked with c, in n-dimensional space. Nearest Neighbor algorithm classification method that groups new data into several data / neighbors (neighbors) closest. So by combining the two algorithms will get the results in hiring employees at the company. In studies that have often been conducted on employee recruitment have been found, but in this study is to combine the SAW (Simple Additive Weightinh) method and the existing algorithm in Data Mining, the Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The final result in this study is to see the results of a combination of calculations SAW (Simple Additive Weight) with the Nearest Neighbor algorithm, the final results seen are the results of the work process in the calculation of the two methods. Keywords: Decision Support System; Simple Additive Weight (SAW); Nearest Neighbort

Abstract

Industry 4.0 requires each industry to be involved in the global market (international market), which involves all places in the world, and not limited to one country. Global marketing accepts the existence of complex (geocentric) world market similarities through the integration of dosmetic, foreign and international marketing activities. So the scope of marketing targets is greater than a traditional market. To be able to help a local UKM to face the global market in the industrial revolution 4.0, can utilize technology from cloud computing which is a technology that makes the internet as a center for data management and applications. From the results of this study the service on cloud computing that best suits the needs of UKM in conducting global marketing is IaaS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh motivasi karyawan terhadap produktivitas di CV. Pelita Mas yang berada di Tambun Nabolon, Pematangsiantar. Produktivitas yang tinggi merupakan suatu keunggulan kompetitif dari sebuah usaha. Produktivitas yang tinggi akan tercapai bila terdapat motivasi yang tinggi dari sumber daya manusianya. Motivasi ini akan tercermin dari etos kerja dan itu akan mempengaruhi produktivitas perusahaan itu sendiri.Metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 55 orang responden, yang berasal dari karyawan CV. Pelita Mas. Data yang diperoleh dari 55 orang reponden tersebut dianalisa menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, untuk melihat pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas karyawan CV. Pelita Mas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh Positif  dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas dengan total pengaruh sebesar 11,8 %. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Produktivitas, Karyawan, Analisis, Pengaruh

Abstract

Mediapembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar memberikan pengaruh bagi siswa dalam memahami mata pelajaran yang disampaikan guru. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran siswa tidak hanya mendengar penjelasan materi dari guru yang disampaikan secara lisan, yang bisa menimbulkan pemahaman yang berbeda antara siswa yang satu dengan yang lainnya secara spesifik metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model discoverylearning. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perancangan, pelaksanaan, observasi, analisis dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat merekondasikan bahwa memakai model discoverylearning adalah suaatu alternatif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada materi vektor. Peningkatan ini dilihat dari persentase yang meminat pada angket. Siswa yang dinyatakan meminat pada aplikasi pembelajaran materi vektor berdasarkan hasil angket sebanyak 14,8% siswa setuju, dan sebanyak 85,2% siswa sangat setuju dengan aplikasi pembelajaran ini. Rerata keseluruhan minat siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dengan mengunakan aplikasi sebesar 83,3%. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan aplikasi media pembelajaran flash lebih dapat meningkatkan penguasaan yang lebih baik dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran

Abstract

This research deals with the writing skill. The problem of the study is there the significant influence of the internet on the students’ ability in writing analytical exposition text. the objective of the study is: To know is there the significant influence of the internet on the students’ ability in writing analytical exposition text. Related to the research problems, the writer used writing test as an instrument. The finding of this study has proven that internet can improve the students writing ability. It can be seen from the improvement of the students’ score. The students’ average score in the (pre-test) was 58 for experimental group and 56 for control group. After the implementation of internet as media, it became 78 for experimental group. In other word, 87 already achieved scores greater than 56 as the criterion of success determined. As result internet can influence students’ achievement in writing skill. The main finding of this study shown that the student who used internet- based tasks had a good level of writing than who did not use internet in their learning process. The effect of the study indicated, interned- based writing tasks had a significant effect on students’ achievement in writing. Keywords: writing skill, writing text, analytical exposition text, interned- based writing, the influence of internet

Abstract

Puskesmas Mensiku Binjai Hulu Village, located in the district of Sintang, West Kalimantan Province, is one of the government health agencies. payment. The Mensiku Health Center is in the patient health care system which is where patient service data is still recorded and stored in books which results in frequent errors in recording patient data. For this reason, the author tries to design a health service system (Siyana) at the Community Health Center to support me in the village of Binjai Hulu, Sintang, which until now has not been computerized. The design of this system is one of the good solutions to solve the existing problems at the puskesmas, thus providing faster and more effective services and also support for good patient data processing

Abstract

The development of information technology (IT) has become a necessity.All levels of society such as companies, institutions and agencies are moved to move forward and use it, including in activities related to administration. One of the activities which is closely related to administration is the management of archives (letters). PT. PGNMAS still uses manual methods in managing its letter data. Therefore, this study aims to assist the work of employees through the design of a system that can include work from conceptualization, recording and archiving of letters. A system that can archive incoming and outgoing mail effectively and efficiently. This design uses the waterfall model and Adobe Dreamweaver 8 software. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company so that the system runs more effectively and efficiently and the archiving system is now more conducive compared to the previous system.
