Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation on the performance of Roxi Ende Supermarket employees. The population in this study were 50 Roxi Ende Supermarket employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method or saturated sample with a total of 50 respondents. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation on the performance of Roxi Ende Supermarket employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moderating role of good corporate governance with the interaction of earning management, corporate social responsibility and debt policy on firm value in the perspective of agency theory and signaling theory. This study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 65 go public companies registered with The Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance in the form of the corporate governance perception index (CGPI) for the period 2019 - 2021. The hypothesis test used is multiple regression analysis with an interaction moderation model. The results of the study prove that earning management has no effect on firm value, CSR has a positive effect on firm value, debt policy has a negative effect on change values, good corporate governance has not been proven to strengthen the effect of earning management on firm value, good corporate governance has been shown to strengthen the effect of CSR on firm value. company. On the other hand, good corporate governance is proven to weaken debt policy on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of interactive budgeting on individual creativity through the clarity of roles as a mediating variable in export furniture companies in Jepara. This study uses interactive budget variables as independent variables, individual creativity as the dependent variable and role clarity as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative, primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 55 export furniture companies in Jepara Regency. The results showed that interactive budgeting had a positive and significant effect on individual creativity, interactive budgeting had a positive and significant effect on role clarity and role clarity had a positive and significant effect on individual creativity. Meanwhile, role clarity mediates the effect of interactive budgeting on individual creativity partially.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of company image, service quality and price perception on repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction. The minimum number of samples used is 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: company image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Company image has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Service quality has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Price perception has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction has a partial mediating role between company image and repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a partial mediating role between service quality and repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a partial mediating role between price perception and repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Profitability on Company Value, Leverage on Firm Value, Company Size on Company Value, Profitability on Firm Value mediating Institutional Ownership, Leverage on Company Value mediating Institutional Ownership, and Company Size on Company Value mediating ownership. institutional. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method by producing 23 food and beverage company data, so that the total research data for 5 years 2017-2022 was 115 samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and Moderate Regression Analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the effect of debt-to-asset ratio, stock price, and return of equity on firm value with size as variable moderation. The object study is a company food and beverages sector, that has been registered on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period.  This study wearing Multiple Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis using the SPSS program for processing the data. The results of the study prove that DER, Stock Price, ROE, and Size have an effect on Firm Value. Variables Stock price, ROE, and firm size have a positive effect on firm value. While DER has a negative influence on firm value. Firm size can moderate the DER relationship to Firm Value but cannot moderate the Share Price to Firm Value relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on company value with CSR as the moderation and the effect of profitability and GCG on company value and company size on profitability in Registered Food and Beverage Industry Sub-Sector Companies in the 2014 – 2021 period. The population is all Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-Sector that are Registered on the IDX for the period 2014 - 2021, while the sample was determined using purposive sampling and obtained 35 companies as the research sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analysis tool with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program application, namely smartPLS.3.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that firm value can be manifested through optimal management of profitability and GCG. Profitability can be applied through the size of the company. GCG has a significant direct effect on company value, while company size has a significant direct effect on profitability. GCG has a significant direct effect on profitability and a significant direct effect on firm value. CSR is able to function as a pure moderator of the influence of profitability on firm value.

Abstract

This study collects data through observation, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and case studies to examine the effects of leadership, communication skills, competence, and motivation. There were 1,084 workers surveyed from across 13 different offices and departments in the Klaten district. Purposive sampling is a technique used by academics. A total of 130 employees from various government offices in the Klaten regency will serve as the study's sample population (8 percent of the total population). Researchers will select 10 respondents from each office, agency, and department in the region. In this study, we used SPSS version 24 to conduct a multiple regression analysis. Research and analysis yielded variables measuring professionalism, integrity, productivity, and expertise in all areas of the Klaten provincial government's organizational structure for effective management. value of adjusted R square (R2) equal to 0.644%. Determination or contribution of variables such as professionalism, integrity, competence, and performance on the job to organizational effectiveness in the Klaten regency's administrative arm, the Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). The total increase in other variables, such as work ethic, workplace discipline, education, and so on, is just 35.6%.

Abstract

This research was conducted in a church as a nonprofit organization operating in the religious field. This study aimed to analyze the application of PSAK No. 45 in financial reporting in a church. This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis method, which is a study that describes and compares data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzes using triangulation techniques. Informant research is based on the principle of appropriateness and adequacy. The basis of the principle of informants in this study was three people. The results showed that the adoption of PSAK No. 45 regarding the financial reporting of nonprofit organizations in the church is not appropriate because the reporting by the church has only been carried out as a whole, not as detailed in PSAK No. 45 regarding the financial reporting of nonprofit organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of financial literacy level, financial technology and age socio-demographic factors on the investment decision behavior of entrepreneurs. The research respondents were entrepreneurs in Semarang with a sample of 50 people. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling approach. The data were analyzed using the Path Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the level of financial literacy and age have a positive effect on the investment decisions of individual entrepreneurs, while financial technology has no significant effect on their decision-making behavior. The practical implication that can be given from the findings of this research is that this study can be used as a basic model for providing information and outreach regarding financial literacy, financial technology and investment decisions by financial institutions and entrepreneurs. Based on the results of statistical data, the financial literacy variable has the greatest influence in determining individual investment decision behavior compared to age socio demographic factors. This explains that a person's knowledge of managing his personal finances is a major factor in determining an investment decision.
