Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of experience and digital services quality to the satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty of e-wallet Gopay di Semarang. A total sample of 110 respondents, the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, purposive indicates that the data are taken from a specific target. The findings revealed that customer satisfaction is positively influenced by experience and digital service quality; customer loyalty is positively influenced by experience and digital service quality, and subsequent satisfaction influences customer loyalty of e-wallet Gopay. Satisfaction has the ability to mediate the impact of customer experience variables on customer loyalty, as well as the impact of varying digital service quality on customer loyalty in the e-wallet Gopay.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of work environment moderation on the determination of employee performance, namely workload, competence and teamwork in the Semarang City Education Office.The sample population that is the object of the study is the manager of the utilization of regional property using a kretjie table which is then proportionally taken as an equal representation of the area/region. Sources of data obtained by questionnaires and collection with google.form. The data analysis of this research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square as a tool.The results of this study indicate that the work environment moderates the relationship between competence and employee performance significantly. As for the relationship of workload to performance and teamwork relationship to performance, the work environment does not moderate significantly.The implication of this research is that in improving employee performance, there is a need for training in the IT sector and education and training that supports the implementation of the main tasks and functions supported by a comfortable work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Sales Promotion and Store Atmosphere on Impulse buying at Rabbani Banyumanik Semarang consumers. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Rabbani Banyumanik Semarang, the number of which was not known with certainty. While the samples taken were 100 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and significant influence between Sales Promotion on Impulse buying, There is a positive and significant influence between Store Atmosphere on Impulse buying.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors that can encourage the economy of a region. Managers of tourist destinations must be able to compete to be able to attract domestic tourists and foreign tourists in order to encourage the interest of visiting tourists to visit again. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth, service quality on the image of a destination that can have an impact on tourist interest in The Picas Adventure Banjarnegara. The population in this study were all visitors to The Picas Resort in Banjarnegara. The number of samples used in this study were 722 people using a non-probability sampling technique through a purposive sampling approach. Methods of data collection using documentation and questionnaires. Instrument testing is done by testing the validity and reliability test. Data analysis used classical assumption test and hypothesis test (t test) with SPSS statistic version 24.The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth, and service quality had a significant effect on the image of the destination, and the image of the destination had a significant effect on visiting interest. The conclusion of this study is that electronic word of mouth and service quality can improve the image of destinations with the presence of electronic word of mouth, so the development of digital promotion and marketing with E Commerce includes galleries, tourist routes, electronic reservations and other communication media can make consumers feel satisfied and clear on the information provided by The Pikas Adventure, and with the provision of services considered good and satisfying that exceeds consumer expectations can improve the image of the tourist destination. So that the existence of a good destination image will increase the interest of tourists to visit again. The manager is advised to maintain and improve electronic word of mouth which has been done through social media, maintain the image of the destination by providing complete packages, affordable prices, increasing cooperation in the field of tourism, and increasing marketing and promotion.

Abstract

Fraud on financial statements can occur in any agency, including state-owned companies. The selection of BUMN as the research sample was due to the fraud cases occurring in BUMN. This study detects the occurrence of fraudulent financial statements with fraud triangle analysis. The purpose of this research is to analyze financial stability, external pressure, financial targets, monitoring effectiveness, nature of industry and auditor turnover for fraudulent financial statements. The analysis used was multiple regression, t-test and F-test. The research findings determined that external pressures and financial targets had an effect on financial statement fraud, but financial stability, monitoring effectiveness, the nature of the industry and auditor turnover gave the opposite result.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction, Reward and Adversity Quotient influence the performance of Online Ojek Drivers. The population in this study is Online Ojek Drivers in the city of Semarang. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method and the number of samples was 126 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. This study uses a questionnaire in collecting data. The test techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS statistics 23.            The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of online ojek drivers. Reward has no positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Online Ojek Drivers. Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Online Ojek Drivers. Job Satisfaction, Reward and Adversity Quotient together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Driver Online Performance.

Abstract

The characteristics of the quality of financial reports are that financial statements must be reliable, the reliability of information in financial statements is influenced by several factors, namely honest presentation, substance over form, neutrality, sound judgment, completeness. However, there are still companies that commit fraud in financial statements. Fraud is an unlawful act that contains elements of intent, malicious intent, fraud, concealment and abuse of trust, with the aim of taking illicit profits which can be in the form of money, goods/wealth, and others. Fraud financial statements can be detected using the Diamond Fraud Theory. This study aims to determine the factors that influence financial statement fraud. The population of this study are transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018. The number of companies listed is 27 companies, after sampling using purposive sampling where only companies that earn profits are included in the research sample. From the entire population, a sample of 8 companies was obtained, with observations for 4 years, data were obtained from 32 companies' financial statements. The results of this study state that partially pressure, opportunity and rationalization have no effect on financial statement fraud, while the capability variable has an influence on financial statement fraud. The results simultaneously state that pressure, opportunity, rationalization and capability affect financial statement fraud.

Abstract

The importance of audit judgment is to give an opinion about the fairness of financial reports based on financial accounting standards or general accounting principles and the standard application consistently. This study aims to determine the effect of gender, auditor experience and task complexity on audit judgment at Public Accounting Firms in Indonesia. This study uses a survey method which uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study is Public Accountants and Auditors who work at Public Accounting Firms in Indonesia. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents who are taken with a convenience sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression test. Finally, the results showed that the variables of gender, audit experience and task complexity, partially (t test) has a positive and significant effect on audit judgment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the involvement of Church authorities in the selection of spiritual intelligence, achievement motivation and performance of Catholic religious education teachers. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to 70 Catholic religious education teachers spread across the Merauke archdiocese (which includes Merauke, Boven Digoel and Mappi regencies). There are five hypotheses that need to be tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis as a tool to see the relationship between variables using AMOS software. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale of 1 to 5, with a score of Disagree (Score 1) to Strongly Agree (score 4). The results of the study will show whether the five hypotheses are proven to have a positive and significant effect or vice versa. The results of this study are a very meaningful contribution to the Church Authority (local church leaders) and to Catholic religious education teachers.

Abstract

Worries about the attitudes and leadership characteristics of the young generation, commonly called the Millennial Generation today, where they are compatible with digital, they tend to focus their attention on their daily lives and are very dependent on cellphones. All needs are carried out through these facilities, this is not only a means of providing convenience but not least it has an impact on the behavior of the current Millennial generation, there is a perception that the current generation is the lazy generation and this will also raise concerns about weakening the attitude of caring for others. . Will the future leaders of the Indonesian nation give birth to leaders who no longer care about the worries, difficulties and life of this nation?Leadership is one of the most important keys to effective and successful business goals. Leadership quality refers to the success or failure of an organization. 4.0 Managing the industrial revolution is a challenge in itself, as Indonesia's millennial population has become very flexible in their daily lives as a result of information technology. This often affects the digital transition.The study in this research is about Millennial Leadership: Student Perspective of the Faculty of Economics and Business Untag Semarang. The issues raised are: (1) Is there a joint correlation between Digital Thinking; Good Observer and Listener; Courage to Make Decisions; and Never Give Up in Millennial Leadership, (2) Is there a partial correlation between indicators in Digital Thinking; Good Observer and Listener; Courage to Make Decisions; and Never Give Up in Millennial Leadership?The experimental model used in this study, which resulted in a relationship between numerical thinking and intelligent listeners and students with a combined grade of 0.489, indicates a high level or relationship between the two variations. A coordination score of 0.460 was better than the two coordinates or the rate of change; and the correlation between technical thinking and impermissibility is 0.418, which means that the two variables are related or mutually related.
