Abstract

Delaying the completion of lecture assignments is a unique phenomenon for students from year to year in every college. No exception also happened in Banjarnegara. Students are required to attend lectures and complete assigned assignments on time. Students as carriers of change in the future, have big expectations and responsibilities to be able to graduate on time by managing time as well as possible. Through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, lecture assignments demand completion on time and with better understanding. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of online learning, time management, and future orientation on the academic procrastination of students in Banjarnegara. This research was conducted at three colleges in Banjarnegara, with a sample of 90 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. Hypothesis testing using t statistical test using a significance level of 0.05 (α = 5%) to test the effect of online learning, time management, and future orientation of students on academic procrastination. The results showed that online learning had an effect on student academic procrastination, time management had no effect on student academic procrastination, while future orientation had a negative effect on student academic procrastination. Taken together, online learning, time management, and future orientation have an effect on student academic procrastination by 79%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to to find empirical evidence and to determine the effect of income smoothing, firm size, debt to equity ratio, return on assets on market reactions. The population used in this study is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 to 2019. The sampling technique in this study uses an purposive sampling with a 35 unit of analysis that are processed. The research data collection method uses the documentation method. The research data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Hypothesis testing in this research using multiple linear regression analysis tools The results of this research showed that the retun on assets variable has a significant positive effect on market reaction, the income smoothing variable does not have an influence on market reaction, the firm size does not have an influence on market reaction, and the debt to equity ratio does not have an influence on market reaction. The conclusion from the results of this study that companies that increasingly have a high rate of return on assets ratio will attract investors to invest

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the Quadruple Helix model in developing the Lasem Batik Tulis industry. The object of research is the Lasem Batik Industry, Rembang Regency. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used SWOT analysis and the Quadruple Helix concept. The results show that the formulation of the right combination of SWOT matrix strategies as an effort to develop the Batik Tulis Lasem industry is the Strenghts Opportunities (SO) strategy as many as 10 strategies, namely:  (1) Implementation of regulations for the preservation of Batik Tulis Lasem, policies and business empowerment of Batik Tulis Lasem, (2) Optimization of studies and research to support product, service and managerial creativity, (3) Improvement and facilitation of batik lover events, (4) Improving the quality of exhibitions for all batik entrepreneurs who already have new names and businesses, (5) Update designs and follow development of modes to compete with other products, (6) Improving the quality of facilities and services, (7) Utilizing loan facilities for business development, (8) Maintaining product quality, (9) Optimizing training and mentoring programs (10) Increasing the role of the Government in strengthening batik cooperatives and clusters. Furthermore, the 10 strategies are described in the Quadruple Helix model scheme for the Development of the Lasem Batik Handicraft Industry.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has an impact on the global economy, one of which is the Indonesian economy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors most affected, MSME actors feel that there is a decline in sales due to consumer dissatisfaction caused by sub-optimal marketing communications, commitment to handling complaints that have not been maximized due to constraints on social distancing and quality. product, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of marketing communication, commitment to handling complaints and product quality on customer satisfaction.This research was conducted in the city of Banjarnegara with a sample of 200 respondents, distributing questionnaires with a random method. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistics with quantitative research type, classical assumption test, there are normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests and regression tests, while to test the hypothesis in this study using T and F tests.The results of this study indicate that the variables of marketing communication, commitment to handling complaints and product quality have an effect on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The hospital is a health service unit for the community, a complete health service that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. The research objective was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty through customer value and intention to return to the Nusa Indah Executive Polyclinic, Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang City. Methodology of  this research was a quantitative analytic observational study. The research subjects were patients who were treated at the outpatient installation of the Nusa Indah Executive Polyclinic, Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang City. The results showed First, the quality of service has an effect on customer value at the executive polyclinic of RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Second, the results obtained that brand image has a positive effect on customer value at the Nusa Indah executive polyclinic, Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Third, the results showed that customer value had a positive effect on the interest in repeat visits at the Nusa Indah executive polyclinic, Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Fourth, the results showed that customer value had a positive effect on customer loyalty at the Nusa Indah Executive Polyclinic, Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Fifth, the results of the intention to revisit have a positive effect on loyalty. In sum, service quality and brand image assessed by customers (patients) are very good so that they have an interest in revisiting for treatment if they are sick, this is a form of patient loyalty to the Nusa Indah executive polyclinic, Tugurejo Hospital Semarang.keywords:  service quality, customer value, brand image, repeat interest, customer loyaltyRumah Sakit merupakan unit pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, pelayanan kesehatan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan dan gawat darurat.   Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui nilai pelanggan dan niat berkunjung kembali di Poliklinik Eksekutif Nusa Indah RSUD Tugurejo Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien yang berobat di instalasi rawat jalan Poliklinik Eksekutif Nusa Indah RSUD Tugurejo Kota Semarang. Hasil yang didapatkan, pertama didapatkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelanggan di poliklinik eksekutif RSUD Tugurejo Semarang.  Kedua didapatkan hasil citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai pelanggan di poliklinik eksekutif Nusa Indah RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Ketiga didapatkan hasil nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat kunjungan ulang di poliklinik eksekutif  Nusa Indah RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Keempat didapatkan hasil nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di poliklinik eksekutif nusa indah RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Kelima didapatkan hasil niat berkunjung kembali berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas. Kualitas layanan dan citra merek dinilai pelanggan (pasien) sangat baik sehingga mereka mempunyai minat kunjungan ulang untuk berobat jika sakit, hal ini sebagai wujud loyalitas pasien ke poliklinik eksekutif Nusa Indah RSUD Tugurejo Semarang.Katakunci: kualitas layanan, nilai pelanggan, citra merek, minat kunjungan ulang, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the driving factors of business performance managed by women entrepreneurs in the creative economy industry. The study was conducted by collecting primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to 185 women entrepreneurs in the DKI Jakarta area. Sampling method using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that the strongest driving factor of business performance managed by women entrepreneurs is the business environment followed by socio-cultural, training and development, motivation, and networking. The financial factor is the only factor that does not drive the business performance of women entrepreneur.

Abstract

High consumer purchase intention can be obtained by trust built from Word Of Mouth (WOM) and brand image. This study aimed to reveal the effect of WOM and brand image on trust and purchase intention and the role of trust in mediating the effect of WOM and brand image on the purchase intention of Tokopedia consumers in Semarang City. The samples were obtained using a purposive sampling technique of 120 people. The data analysis technique used instrument, model, regression, and Sobel tests using the software of SPSS 24.0. Based on the primary data customers who were tested and analyzed, it has been proven that  (1) WOM and brand image have an effect on purchase intention, (2) WOM, brand image, and trust directly affect repurchase intention, (3) trust is mediating the relationship between WOM and brand image on purchase intention.

Abstract

Telkomsel is one of the best providers in Indonesia with loyal customers. Business competition is a challenge that must be faced by Telkomsel companies. Innovations to improve the quality of products and services are continuously carried out. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Brand Engagement, Brand Image, and Brand Awareness on customer loyalty. The respondents used in this study are Telkomsel customers who have or often interacted to provide comments on Telkomsel's Instagram and Facebook. Purposive sampling method was used for the sampling technique and obtained 133 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple regression.This study resulted in the findings that the variables Brand Engagement, Brand Image, and Brand Awareness have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity, independence, professionalism and competence on the performance of auditors at the Klaten Regency Inspectorate Office. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in all employees who work at the Klaten Regency Inspectorate Office is 54 people. The number of samples taken as many as 54 people or respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that the influence of integrity, independence, professionalism and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of auditors at the Klaten Regency Inspectorate Office. It is hoped that the Klaten Regency Inspectorate Office in the future will maintain and improve the existing integrity, independence, professionalism and competence, so that the auditor's performance will also increase and be better than before.
