Abstract

AbstrakPemimpin merupakan posisi paling utama dan bertanggung jawab dalam menentukan organisasi dan menggerakkan anggota organisasinya kearah tujuan yang dicita-citakan. Bukan hanya itu, ketika pemimpin yang lemah dalam menggerakkan organisasinya menjadikan organisasi tersebut terpuruk dan tidak mampu lagi bersaing pada zaman modern.Pemimpin pendidikan yang ideal harus memiliki kemampuan meyakinkan anggota yang dipimpinnya untuk mewujudkan impian bersama berupa visi organisasinya sehingga layak disebut pemimpin visioner yang mampu melihat jauh kedepan, serta mampu melakukan perubahan-perubahan organisasi berdasarkan analisis-analisis yang cermat dalam kerangka membangun dan mengembangkan mutu institusi pendidikan sehingga dia layak disebut sebagai pemimpin transformasional.Kata kunci:      Teori Transformasional, Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Islam AbstractThe leader is the most important position and is responsible for determining the organization and moving the members of the organization towards the desired goals. Abstract

Student Perceptions in the Use of Text to Speech-Based Applications in Arabic Learning Technology Courses. This study investigates students' perceptions of the use of text-to-speech applications in Arabic language learning technology courses in a descriptive quantitative manner. The method employed is quantitative, involving the completion of a questionnaire and the use of a data processing technique in the form of quantitative descriptive analysis. This study's participants were students who had taken the Arabic Language Learning Technology course. Using a SWOT analysis, the text to speech application chosen in this study is narakeet.com. In this study, data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire with five alternative answers and three assessment indicators, namely the perception of the application's design, function, and ease of use. The majority of students agree with the answer, and the findings of this study show that students' perceptions of the use of text-to-speech applications naraaket.com fall into a fairly good category

Abstract

AbstrakPenanaman nilai-nilai Islam dapat berlandaskan visi keimanan  berupa akidah dan tauhid merupakan fundamen dasar dan asasi,dan visi muamalah, dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga dimana orang tua harus bersikap penyayang, lemah lembut adil dan bijaksana dan tidak boleh dengan cara sebaliknya. Tujuan penanaman nilai-nilai Islam pada anak ditujukan kepada tujuan jasmani, rohani dan mental. Ketiga komponen ini merupakan satu kesatuan yang utuh dan tidak boleh ada yang ditinggalkan. Memperkenalkan syari’at Islam kepada anak dengan cara memberikan arahan dan tauladan dan ini dapat dilakukan dalam lingkungan rumah tangga baik itu dalam bentuk muamalah sosial dan ibadah. Orang tua adalah pendidik utama dan pertama bagi anak-anak.Kata kunci:     Orangtua, nilai-nilai IslamAbstractPlanting Islamic values can be based on a vision of faith in the form of aqidah and tauhid is a fundamental and basic fundamentals, and muamalah vision, starting from a family environment where parents must be compassionate, gentle and just and wise and not otherwise. The purpose of planting Islamic values in children is aimed at physical, spiritual and mental goals. These three components constitute a unified whole and no one should be left behind. Introducing Islamic Shari'a to children by giving direction and role models and this can be done in a household environment whether it is in the form of social muamalah and worship. Abstract

In Indonesia, the problem that often arises in learning is that students' understanding of the material is still low, as evidenced by student learning outcomes that are still low. This is certainly not caused by the common knowledge of students alone. Still, many factors that influence one of them are the learning process that is less qualified, human resources in the form of unprofessional teachers so that students' abilities will also be low. If this continues, the output of human resources resulting from learning in Indonesia will not be able to compete with countries that are both developing. This study aims to reveal in more depth the application of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model in improving the quality of Balaghah learning at MAN 3 Jombang, with the focus of the discussion as follows 1) Planning of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) models in improving the quality of Balaghah learning at MAN 3 Jombang, (2) the quality of Balaghah learning as the output of the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model at MAN 3 Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research in schools. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are 1) Planning the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Model, there are three stages; first, the introduction is to see the suitability of essential competencies with methods, materials, models, media, and learning resources. Second, implementation is the student centre learning process through several stages of learning. Third, the teacher evaluates the students. 2) The quality of Balaghah learning as the output of applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model at MAN 3 Jombang is related to teacher learning behaviour, student learning behaviour, impact, learning climate, learning materials, and learning media

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the improvement of activity and communication skills of students in the MI Basic Science Concepts course at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program IAIN Manado using the Everyone Is a Teacher Here learning model.The research subjects were 16 students of semester IV enrolled in the 2021/2022 - 2022/2023 academic year, consisting of 1 male and 15 female students. The instruments used were observation sheets and communication skills tests. Research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis technique.The results revealed that the students' activity and communication skills from cycle I to cycle II through the Everyone Is a Teacher Here learning model were increased. In cycle I, the communication skills and activities reached an average of 54.7% and increased to 74.7% in cycle II. It means that the improvement reach 18% from cycle I. Thus, to make the students active in learning process, to express their ideas and opinions smoothly and correctly, the lecturers should train students' communication skills

Abstract

AbstrakHasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai aktivitas guru dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran 3,42 dengan kategori baik pada siklus I dan 3,55 dengan kategori sangat baik pada siklus II. Aktivitas peserta didik secara klasikal 87,24% pada siklus I dan 91,90% pada siklus II. Ketuntasan belajar peserta didik pada siklus I, 74% dengan DSK 75% dan Siklus II, 85% dengan DSK 87%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII Taksifi 1 MTs. Negeri 1 Manado. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe TGT, Hasil BelajarAbstractThe results showed the average value of teacher activity in managing learning activities 3.42 with good category in cycles I and 3.55 with very good category in cycle II. Abstract

This Study aims to describe the design of maharah al kalam wal kitabah learning strategy based on product promotion using the Canva application. This is done because many young people like online business and offer their products on social media such as whatsapp, facebook, and instagram. This strategy is expected to be one of the innovations in learning Arabic for students and students who like the business world. They are expected to be able to promote their products (especially domestic products) to the international world in Arabic. For this reason, the method used in this study is a qualitative type of library research. The results of this study show the steps of using the Canva application in learning maharah al kitabah based on product promotion. After that, students are asked to demonstrate their products orally in Arabic through social media such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and so on

Abstract

Analysis of Ijon Transactions in Ulumul Hadith Learning. Transaction problems that occur in society are increasingly widespread, one of which is the practice of ijon transactions (transactions of plants, fruit or seeds that are not ready for harvest). This practice is not only happening at this time, but has existed since the time of the Prophet. Ijon transactions are transactions of fruits or seeds whose maturity or maturity has not been shown, so they are still vulnerable to pests or damage. One of them is that there are transactions that are prohibited in Islam which are grouped into four, namely forbidden because of expert (contract expert), forbidden because of sighat (consent and qabul), forbidden because of ma'qud alaih (sales goods), and forbidden because of syara' (provisions).The law of transactions in Islam is originally mubah (permissible) but if there are things in it that conflict with the Shari'a, then the transaction may become unlawful. For example selling goods that are not owned or goods whose quality and size are unknown. This debt bondage transaction is still very common in the community. This practice applies more to fruits, seeds and other plants exist, but not as much to fruits. Therefore, in this paper the author refers to the discussion of debt bondage transactions in the perspective of Ulumul Hadith learning

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the principal's leadership style towards teacher discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Wakorumba Selatan, Muna Regency. The problems studied in this study are how the principal’s leadership style is, how the teacher’s discipline is,  and whether there is any influenceof the principal’s leadership style on teacher discipline.This study used quantitative research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Wakorumba Selatan, Muna Regency, for 3 months from April to June 2022. The sample for this research was 21 teachers. Data collection techniques include documentation and questionnaires. In analyzing the data, the writer uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis.The results showed that the leadership style of the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Wakorumba Selatan was in the moderate category, namely 15 or 71,4%. Teacher discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Wakorumba Selatan is in the moderate category, namely 15 or 71,4%. There is a significant influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Wakorumba Selatan, Muna Regency 72,93%. This can be seen from the calculation results obtained for a significant level of 5%. Because tcount = 7,149 > ttable = 1,729, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted
