Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze and examine the effect of job effort, job insecurity, task-oriented leadership on job performance and organizational commitment. Using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling Method (PLS-SEM). This research involved hotel employee respondents from various big cities in Indonesia. Data was collected through an online survey that used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the PLS-SEM analysis show that job effort has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Job insecurity is proven to have a negative and significant effect on job performance. Meanwhile, job effort and task-oriented leadership are proven to have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. However, job insecurity is not proven to have a significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study can be used as a guide for managers and organizational leaders in designing strategies to improve employee performance and commitment amid the recovery situation from the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Abstract

To ascertain the overall, direct, and indirect effects of organisational culture and work environment on employee performance as measured by work motivation Discover the impact of work motivation intervening variables that mediate between organisational culture and work environment and employee performance at PT Lintang Gemini Abadi. Discover the impact of work motivation intervening variables that mediate between organisational culture and work environment and employee performance at PT Lintang Gemini Abadi.This study aims to ascertain the effect of work motivation intervening variables that mediate between organisational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Lintang Gemini Abadi. It also aims to ascertain the direct, indirect, and overall influence of organisational culture and work environment on employee performance through work motivation. In this study, 100 respondents made up the sample”a proposed random sampling. The programme Microsoft Office Excel was used to transform ordinal data into metric data on an interval scale using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). analysis of data employing path analysis (Path Analysys), verification analysis, descriptive analysis, and analysisUsing the IBM SPPS Version 25.00 programme, do the Sobel Test for variables that may be interfering. The study's findings demonstrate that organisational culture and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job motivation at the same time. Work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by organisational culture. Work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by the workplace environment. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by organisational culture. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the workplace. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by work motivation. The workplace environment has the power to moderate employee performance through job motivation, whereas organisational culture is unable to do so.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction, with the research focusing on Perum Pegadaian in Malang City, East Java. The sampling technique employed involves multiple sampling using accidental and purposive sampling methods, resulting in a sample size of 100 pawnshop customers. The analysis method utilized is multiple linear regression. The t-test results for each service quality dimension reveal the following outcomes: (1) Physical evidence (tangible) does not have a significant effect on satisfaction, (2) Reliability does not significantly impact satisfaction, (3) Responsiveness does not have a significant effect on satisfaction, (4) Assurance significantly influences satisfaction, and (5) Attention also has a significant effect on satisfaction. Based on the F-test, it is concluded that all dimensions of service quality significantly affect satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, and motivation on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study is PT. XYZ, totaling 45 employees using purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 35 people. The research criteria are employees who work from home. The analytical methods used are the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through t and F tests. The results showed that leadership style, communication, and motivation significantly affected employee performance. While the study's results partially stated that communication had a significant effect on employee performance, the results indicated that leadership and work motivation had no effect on employee performance.
