Purpose: Land conversion reduces infiltration areas and increases runoff that causes flooding and inundation. Efforts to reduce the impact are very important to minimize economic losses. However, large-scale attempts by widening rivers and land acquisition are difficult to implement, especially in urban areas. It requires the management of rainwater runoff at the source. The new paradigm for sustainable urban drainage systems is the LID (low impact development) concept, which approaches hydrology as a framework, considers micromanagement, and controls rainwater at its source. Design/methodology/approach: It also uses simple non-structural methods to create a multifunctional area. Findings: LID can handle the flood water level and volume as well as the rise and fall of the base flow that will be released to the downstream site and filter waste. Its application consists of several units that depend on local needs, such as porous and semi-permeable pavements, retention and detention reservoirs, wetlands, infiltration trench, ditch, gulley, and well. It also includes a rooftop reservoir, green roofing, rainwater reuse, underground reservoir, grassed strips, and bioswale. Originality/value: This paper is an original work. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to examine the rules of written approval for the Commercialization of Portrait Photography as contained in Article 12 Paragraph (1) of the Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014 in the context of Improving the Distro Business in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: The type of legal research used is normative juridical research. The approach used in this research is the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The sources of legal materials used in this doctrinal research consist of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The collected legal materials will be analyzed in a qualitative normative manner by reviewing, interpreting, and constructing statements contained in in-laws and regulations and other legal documents related to issues related to photo commercialization. Findings: Given the increasing competition in the business world, many creative business actors make their productions interesting, one of which is done by making t-shirts with portraits of artists and public figures obtained from the photographer who took the photo shoot. For example, example, a photographer takes a photo of an artist and uses it to line up his photo studio by making advertisements or billboards for the artist's portrait in his photo studio and has obtained permission from the artist, then the photographer sells the results of his work to the person, who by that person takes the portrait of the artist in the photo. fit on t-shirts to produce and sell. In this case, the photographer and the person who bought the photographer's portrait (portrait photography) violated copyright because the commercialization of portrait photography contained in the t-shirt was carried out without written permission from the person being photographed, while the regulation of portrait commercialization in Law No. 28 the year 2014 concerning Copyright, permission or approval of the person being photographed is only limited to commercialization for advertising and billboards, even though there are economic benefits that the t-shirt seller gets from the sale of the t-shirt and in fact, the t-shirt sells because the buyer bought the t-shirt because of the artist's portrait. in the shirt. Purpose: Utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is believed to improve planning accuracy, mitigate construction risks, and better plan the entire life cycle of infrastructure asset projects. The application of BIM technology in post-disaster management can combine GIS technology (Geographic Information System) with BIM technology itself, or commonly referred to as geospatial BIM. The purpose of this paper is to apply BIM technology, explain the stages of road planning and modeling with BIM, and identify the advantages of using BIM compared to conventional methods. The road planning location is the location of the Jono Oge liquefaction disaster, Palu, Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: Data collection, data processing with Agisoft Metashape, DEM data input, and orthophoto image data processed by Agisoft Metashape to Autodesk® InfraWorks®, road planning with Autodesk® InfraWorks®, road planning model output and field data presentation. 3D models, IMX format files, FGDB format files, and animation videos. Findings: The application of BIM technology in planning and modeling road projects at liquefaction locations can be made using Agisoft Metashape software to process aerial photo data taken using drones and using Autodesk® InfraWorks® software for planning and modeling of the road. Research limitations/implications: Modeling Road design in the application of BIM and the use of Autodesk® InfraWorks® applications on the project. We are not modeling the pavement, just visualizing the geometry of the road. Practical implications: BIM implementation can drive time, effort, and realistic 3D visualization. Purpose: Transportation is one of the important things in supporting community activities outside the home. Currently, people are faced with the new normal era so they have to adapt to new things due to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. This study wants to know about the behavior of the community in the selection of public transportation in the corridor Blok M – Bundaran Hotel Indonesia in the new normal era. Design/methodology/approach: Data were obtained from the results of a questionnaire survey of users of the Blok M – Bundaran Hotel Indonesia public transport corridor using stated preference methods and used influence attributes in the form of travel costs, travel time, and waiting time. The survey results were collected and then linear regression analysis was performed and modeling was performed using the binomial logit model. Data analysis was carried out from questionnaire data distributed to 100 respondents. Findings: The survey results were collected and then linear regression analysis was performed and modeling was performed using the binomial logit model. Data analysis was carried out from questionnaire data distributed to 100 respondents. The results of linear regression analysis using the SPSS program obtained a mode selection model, namely (UMRT-UTJ) = -2.331 + 0.000X1 + 0.040X2 + 0.820X3, where X1 is the travel cost variable, X2 is the travel time variable and X3 is the waiting time variable. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that the MRT is the most preferred mode of public transportation compared to Transjakarta in this new normal era. Research limitations/implications: Although most of the enterprises surveyed have an idea how to respond to calamities and mitigate disastrous situations, this research argues that a solid policy framework might be drawn through the local government units concerned to institutionalized this effort. Practical implications: The convenience factor is the main factor for public transport users to choose the MRT, while the travel cost factor is the main factor for public transport users to choose Transjakarta. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of advertising promotion strategies and sales promotions through social media marketing on the sales volume of small and medium enterprises after the Covid 19 pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative research methods and includes explanatory research because this study intends to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The population is MSMEs that use promotional strategies to increase sales volume where the population size is not known with certainty, so for determining the sample using the Chocran formula and based on these calculations, in this study the number of samples used was 100 respondents. Findings: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS, it is known that the effect of advertising on social media marketing has a significance of 0.04 which is smaller than 0.05. The test results of the influence of Advertising on Sales Volume show a significance scores of 0.19 which is greater than 0.05 and this is in accordance with the facts on the ground due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no advertising ability from MSMEs. The test results of the influence of sales promotion on social media marketing show a significance scores of 0.00 which is lower than 0.05. The test results of the influence of sales promotion on sales volume showed a significance scores of 0.00 lower than 0.05. The test results of the influence of social media marketing on sales volume show a significance scores of 0.00 which is lower than 0.05. The effect of X1 on Sales Volume (Z) through social media marketing (Y) is only 7.2%. This effect is small, positive and not significant, as well as the effect of Sales Promotion (X2) on Sales Volume (Z) through social media marketing (Y) of 13%, This effect is small, positive and insignificant. However, the total effect of X1 on Z is 0.202, which means that if X1 increases by one unit, Z can increase directly and indirectly through Y by 20.2%. This effect is Sales Volume (Z), which means that if X2 increases by one unit, Z can increase directly and indirectly through Y by 57.7%. To increase the sales volume of MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to increase the ability of MSMEs to advertise through social media marketing without paying by creating attractive and effective sales promotion strategies in the form of news through social media which can have an impact on increasing MSME sales volume.
