To deep dive into human development and social impact, global standards are also required to comply with. This fact is no surprise as business operations affect many aspects in life. This study focuses on the observation of three independent variables; sustainability report, ISO 9001 certification, FSMS (FSSC 22000) certification, and also how they influence customer satisfaction in the industry. Design/methodology/approach: Method used here is a quantitative approach that include classical assumption, multiple linear regression, and also hypothesis tests. Author examines them in an order, to keep the presentation well-structured that is segregated in a few chapters. Findings: Result of the study shows that all of the independent variables influence the dependent variable both partially and simultaneously with R2 score is at 0.42 and its intercept scored at 27.97. Research limitations/implications: This paper is limited to the context of management systems only observing the influence of the three independent variables and one dependent variable as stated in the abstract. Practical implications: This study will support the understanding on how the report of sustainability and management systems to be able to influence the customer satisfaction in business. This may broaden the view on corporate image and improve its acceptance in the society. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to produce a project-based DMC learning model and use it as a learning reference to improve the quality of learning and be able to grow students' DMC abilities. Methodology: The design of this study is a research and development model based on research. Design based research is a methodology to understand how, when, and why learning innovations are designed, implemented, and evaluated. There are four stages of activity, including identification of needs, preparing designs and prototypes, conducting validation tests and improving prototypes, perfecting the final product. Findings: The results showed (1) that there was no balance between theory and practice; (2) the validation test found that the objectives, content of the material, and learning presentations in terms of content and language were very good, while the appearance was classified as good; (3) the final product test shows the results of the student portfolio assessment are very good; (4) revision of the final product is carried out in the section on the instructions for using the DMC learning model. Implications: The development of this project-based DMC learning model is only developed in an effort to improve the quality of digital learning marketing. Practical implications: DMC practice is only internalized through -based DMC learning project. Originality/value: The resulting product can be used as a digital learning reference marketing to grow students' DMC skills, so that obtained learning outcomes in accordance with the objectives of MBKM. Abstract

Purpose: The risks and uncertainties of construction projects have the potential to cause damage to construction projects. Risk analysis and management are the main features of construction project management to effectively deal with uncertainties and unexpected events to achieve project success. Design/methodology/approach: Some pertinent risk variables for each classification are six internal, four project risk factors, and four external. Researchers detected 14 external risk factor reasons, 36 internal risk factor causes, 16 project factor causes, and 36 external risk factor causes. Findings: Researchers suggest project risk management through this study by implementing overall risk management. A properly executed project plan and identified risks as early as possible at a later stage turn into success. Managing risks does not mean avoiding them but identifying them correctly to determine all associated opportunities and hazards for project success. Research limitations/implications: A good risk management approach anticipates the risk of building failure. It can happen in residential infrastructure projects. The first step in risk management is to study the risk factors for the loss of residential infrastructure buildings. Following an analysis, the project manager generates recommendations or plans for risk reduction in response to the primary risks in infrastructure projects. Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to find to determine the effect of the proportion of sorghum flour: glutinous rice flour and types of sugar on the quality of sorghum dodol products Design/methodology/approach: This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with factor (T) the proportion of sorghum flour: glutinous rice flour (T1 = 30:70 and T2 = 40:60 and factor (G) the type of brown sugar (G1 = palm sugar and G2 = palm sugar. While each treatment was repeated three times. Data on yield value, water content, ash content, protein content, fat content, carbohydrate content, and total sugar were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there was a difference The results will be followed by Duncan's test with a confidence level of 95%. Findings: The results will be followed by Duncan's test with a confidence level of 95%. Research results show that product entrepreneurship dodol sorghum treatment T1G1 (proportion of sorghum flour: glutinous rice flour 30:70 and palm sugar) became the selected treatment with an expected value of 8.75. This treatment had a yield of 88.83%, water content 26.59%, ash content 0.52%, protein content 1.47%, fat content 0.52%, carbohydrate content 70.90% and total sugar 67.53%. Research limitations/implications: This research is specifically for the development of sorghum dodol entrepreneurial products with chemical quality studies Practical implications: The development of sorghum-based entrepreneurship products must continue to be promoted in order to continue to support food security Originality/value: This paper is original Paper type: Research paper
