Abstract

Abstract. Being the kernel of persuasive devices in a speech, methods and strategies of repertoire rhetoric ascertain the objective of the persuasion. They are unique and their exertion in an individual doing the persuasion may differ from one to another. This paper attempts to reveal the use of methods and strategies of repertoire rhetoric in the presidential inauguration speech of Barack Obama and Donald Trump. The objectives of the study cover the categorization of the strategies and methods of repertoire rhetoric employed by each of them and compare their strategies and methods of rhetoric to unravel the effectiveness of the persuasion in their presidential inauguration speech. This study is based on the qualitative paradigm resorting to multiple case study model. The sampling of data and data source are purposive. The research method implemented the principles of ethnography in terms of data collection and data analysis. The result of the study shows that both Obama and Trump resort to three different methods of rhetoric, with the same propensity towards pathos method. However, it is also found that Obama’s use of logos is almost as high as his use of pathos, leaving Trump’s logos far behind. Even so, the finding of Trump also resorting to logos is contradictory with the common and media belief that Trump solely employs pathos method in all of his remarks. In terms of strategies of rhetoric, both utilize a wide range of options with Obama tending to use syntactic devices and Trump opting for repetition mostly as expected. Karena menjadi bagian penting dalam alat persuasif dalam pidato politik, metode dan strategi repertoir retoris dapat memantapkan tujuan persuasi. Dua aspek tersebut bersifat unik dan penggunaannya pada masing-masing individu yang melakukan persuasi berbeda-beda. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap penggunaan metode dan strategi retorik dalam pidato inaugurasi kepresidenan Barrack Obama dan Donald Trump. Tujuan penelitian mencakup pengategorian strategi dan metode repertoir retoris yang digunakan oleh keduanya dan membandingkan metode dan strategi masing-masing untuk mengungkap keefektifan persuasi dalam pidato inaugurasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif yang berjenis model studi kasus ganda. Pengambilan sampel data dan sumber data bersifat purposif. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etnografi dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Obama maupun Trump menggunakan tiga metode retoris, dengan penekanan sama-sama pada metode pathos. Meskipun dmeikian, juga ditemukan dalam penelitian bahwa frekuensi penggunaan metode logos oleh Obama sama tingginya dengan penggunaan pathosnya, sedangkan Trump jarang menggunakan metode logos. Tetapi, hasil temuan yang mengungkap bahwa Trump juga memanfaatkan metode logos dalam pidatonya kontradiksi dengan kepercayaan umum dan media yang memandang Trump selalu menerapkan pathos saja dalam pidatonya. Dalam hal strategi retorik, keduanya menerapkan pilihan yang beragam dengan Obama lebih banyak menggunakan syntactic devices dan Trump sering menggunakan repetisi seperti yang sudah diduga.Kata kunci: metode repertoir retorik, strategi repertoir retorik, Barrack Obama, Donald Trump, pidato inaugurasi presiden

Abstract

Abstract. The goals of this research were to establish a communicative language teaching (CLT) approach that used Edmodo as an instructional platform in language learning and to evaluate the technique's efficacy in an English course in terms of writing competence, motivation, and attitude. The researcher also gave alternative ways to support writing tasks with Edmodo through artificial intelligence (computational linguistic or Grammarly). The participants were divided into two groups at random: experimental and control. The total of the sample in this research was 40 students. The subjects in this research were junior high school students in the first grade. The students in the experimental group were instructed by a communicative language teaching approach supported by using online learning (Edmodo); while, students in the control group were implemented regular teaching instruction. The findings indicated that communicative language teaching could significantly improve the students' writing skills compared with those who were not exposed to such a method. Specifically, students who were exposed to Edmodo in Communicative language teaching could achieve a higher score and showed a good motivation to learn English compared with those who were not exposed to the communicative language teaching method. Using Edmodo supported by artificial intelligence tools became one of the innovative ways to conduct more effective teaching in English language teaching.Keywords: Communicative language teaching, EdmodoAbstrak. Tujuan dari penelituan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan communicative language teachinf (CLT) dalam penggunaan Edmodo sebagai alat pembelajaran dalam belajar bahasa dan menguji keefektifan dari metode yang diimplementasikan di pelajaran bahasa Inggris terkait dalam kemampuan menulis, motivasi dan sikap. Peneliti juga memberikan cara alternatif untuk mendukung tugas menulis dengan Edmodo melalui kecerdasan buatan (commputational linguistic dan grammarly. Siswa dibagi 2 kelompok: grup eksperimental dan grup kontrol. Jumlah dari sampel di penelitian sebanyak 40 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SMP. Siswa pada kelompok eksperimen menerapkan metode pengajaran bahasa komunikatif yang didukung dengan pembelajaran online Edmodo; sedangkan, siswa dalam kelompok kontrol diimplementasikan instruksi pengajaran reguler. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa siswa diajarkan pengajaran bahasa komunikatif lebih efektif daripada pengajaran pengajaran biasa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran bahasa komunikatif dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa dibandingkan dengan mereka yang tidak terkena metode tersebut. Secara khusus, siswa yang di ajarkan Edmodo dalam pengajaran bahasa Komunikatif dapat mencapai skor yang lebih tinggi dan menunjukkan motivasi yang baik untuk belajar bahasa Inggris dibandingkan dengan mereka yang tidak diberikan metode pengajaran bahasa komunikatif. Menggunakan Edmodo dengan didukung oleh alat kecerdasan buatan menjadi salah satu cara inovatif untuk melakukan pengajaran yang lebih efektif dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Abstract

SIT (Social Identity Theory) has been extensively used to study group identity and its implications in a variety of contexts, but SIT's relevance has gotten less attention in digital gaming. The article examines how the digital game Mobile Legends Bang Bang constructs social identity based on the observation outcomes attributed to gaming identity through the phenomenon of digital gaming. A qualitative approach guided the data analysis in this research. Moreover, this study gathers data using online questionnaires and interviews with five participants of Mobile Legends Bang Bang's players. The analysis indicates that Mobile Legends Bang-Bang has contributed to the construction of social identity, which is associated with aspects of existing social networks and virtual communities while generating new forms of cultural activity.Keywords: digital games, gamer, mobile legends, social identity, virtual communityAbstrak. SIT (Teori Identitas Sosial) telah banyak digunakan untuk mempelajari identitas kelompok dan implikasinya dalam berbagai konteks, tetapi relevansi SIT kurang mendapat perhatian dalam permainan digital. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana game digital Mobile Legends Bang Bang mengkonstruksi identitas sosial berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dikaitkan dengan identitas game melalui fenomena game digital. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini berpedoman pada pendekatan kualitatif. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui aktivitas virtual dan mewawancarai lima partisipan dari pemain Mobile Legends Bang Bang. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Mobile legends Bang Bang secara umum telah menemukan identifikasi positif dalam mengkonstruksi identitas sosial, yang dikaitkan dengan aspek jaringan sosial yang ada, dan komunitas virtual sekaligus juga menghasilkan bentuk-bentuk aktivitas budaya baru.Kata kunci: game digital, pemain permainan, mobile legends, identitas sosial, komunitas virtual

Abstract

Abstract. This study focused on evaluating how foreign tourists negotiate their affect, judgement, and appreciation. The attitudes of foreign tourists were analyzed using appraisal theory. This study applied qualitative descriptive paradigm to describe the phenomenon of language practice in the field of tourism. Video recordings showing the interactions between the foreign tourists and the interviewer were translated and analyzed. From the total of 107 clauses, 31 clauses that contained Indonesian cultural elements and appraising items were selected. The results show that the dominant cultural elements found in the interaction are in the form of living equipment especially various kinds of Indonesian traditional foods. Other cultural elements are in the form of art and knowledge. In negotiating the cultural elements, the foreign tourist expresses their attitude both positively and negatively. Attitude in the subtype of affect consists of five positive affects: four in the form of happiness expressions and one desire expression. Further, the negative affect is not found. The subtype of judgement consists of one negative normality and one positive normality, respectively. Attitude in the subtype of appreciation consists of sixteen positive valuations and eight negative valuations.Keywords: appraisal; attitude; affect; appreciation; judgementAbstrak. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana wisatawan mancanegara menegosiasikan perasaan (affect), penilaian (judgment), dan apresiasi (appreciation) mereka. Sikap wisatawan mancanegara dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori appraisal. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena praktik bahasa di bidang pariwisata. Rekaman video yang menunjukkan interaksi antara turis asing dan pewawancara ditranskripsi dan dianalisis. Dari total 107 klausa, dipilih 31 klausa yang mengandung unsur budaya Indonesia dan penanda appraisal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur budaya dominan yang ditemukan dalam interaksi tersebut berupa peralatan hidup khususnya berbagai jenis makanan tradisional Indonesia. Unsur budaya lainnya adalah berupa seni dan pengetahuan. Dalam menegosiasikan unsur-unsur budaya, wisatawan mancanegara mengungkapkan sikapnya baik positif maupun negatif. Sikap dalam subtipe affect terdiri atas lima affect positif yang meliputi empat ekspresi kebahagiaan (happiness) dan satu buah eskpresi keinginan (desire). Adapun sikap affect negatif tidak ditemukan. Sikap dalam subtipe judgement terdiri atas satu normalitas negatif dan satu normalitas positif. Sikap dalam subtipe appreciation terdiri atas enam belas valuasi positif dan delapan valuasi negatif.Kata kunci: appraisal, affect, appreciation, judgement, sikap

Abstract

Abstract. This research examines resource-based learning (RBL) strategy in teaching and learning English as a foreign language in Moodle LMS contexts. This research is exploratory case studies approach in qualitative research design—the sample of this research is 36 English lecturers from five south Jakarta higher education institutions. The data were gathered using online interviews and focus group discussions and analyzed by thematic analysis. The findings show that accommodated strategy uses Resource-Based Learning involved learning objectives; structure, organization, and instructional design; by doing - through repetition, practice, try, and mistake; structured feedback is built-in for English language learners; and introductions, overviews, and evaluations. English lecturers and instructors must lead and promote learning via proper RBL strategies. Given the increased availability of resources and their flexibility in handling and use, it appears appropriate to transition toward a resource-based approach. Online exploration of Moodle features, RBLE preparatory components, and English language teaching possibilities. Moreover, the preparation components for designing RBL Instructions are contexts, instruments, and scaffolds. In conclusion, English lecturers and instructors must lead and promote learning via proper RBL strategies. Given the increased availability of resources and their flexibility in handling and use, it appears appropriate to transition toward a resource-based approach. Online exploration of Moodle features, RBL preparatory components, and English language teaching possibilities. For this group of educators, more research may reveal what form of online media infrastructure they need, both individually and as a group, to support the knowledgeability of the RBL model's efficacy.Keywords: designing strategy; English language; English language teaching; resource-based learning; Moodle LMS.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pembelajaran berbasis sumber (Resource Based Learning-RBL) dalam konteks belajar mengajar bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing dalam konteks Moodle LMS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratif dengan desain penelitian kualitatif—sampel penelitian ini adalah 36 dosen bahasa Inggris dari lima perguruan tinggi di Jakarta Selatan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara daring dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dan dianalisis dengan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diakomodasi menggunakan Pembelajaran Berbasis Sumber Daya melibatkan tujuan pembelajaran; struktur, organisasi, dan desain instruksional; dengan melakukan - melalui pengulangan, latihan, percobaan, dan kesalahan; umpan balik terstruktur adalah bawaan untuk pelajar bahasa Inggris; dan pendahuluan, ikhtisar, dan evaluasi. Dosen dan instruktur bahasa Inggris harus memimpin dan mempromosikan pembelajaran melalui strategi RBL yang tepat. Mengingat ketersediaan sumber daya yang meningkat dan keluwesannya dalam penanganan dan penggunaan, tepat untuk beralih ke pendekatan berbasis sumber daya. Eksplorasi daring fitur Moodle, komponen persiapan RBL, dan kemungkinan pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, komponen persiapan untuk merancang instruksi RBL adalah konteks, instrumen, dan perancah. Abstract

Abstract. This research aimed to find out the correlation between students’ satisfaction with e-learning and their English achievement. This was a quantitative study that used descriptive and correlational research designs. The instruments used in this study were a questionnaire adopted from Liaw (2007) and the students’ final English class grades. Seventy-nine 11th-grade students enrolled at one of the private high schools in North Sulawesi in the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021 participated in this study. It was found that the students were satisfied with e-learning (M=3.48) and their English achievement was very good (M=91.62). Regarding the correlation between the two variables, a significant correlation was found between students’ satisfaction with e-learning and their English achievement with p=.000 < 0.005, r=.441. Thus, teachers should always ensure that students are satisfied with their e-learning so that their English achievement can also be maximized.Keywords: e-learning, English achievement, students’ satisfactionAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan siswa dengan e-learning dan pencapaian bahasa Inggris mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket yang diadopsi dari Liaw (2007) dan nilai akhir siswa di kelas Bahasa Inggris. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 79 siswa kelas XI yang terdaftar di salah satu SMA Swasta di Sulawesi Utara pada semester I tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah siswa puas dengan e-learning (M=3,48) dan prestasi bahasa Inggris mereka sangat baik (M=91,62). Berkenaan dengan korelasi antara kedua variabel, ditemukan korelasi yang signifikan antara kepuasan siswa dengan e-learning dan prestasi bahasa Inggris mereka dengan p=.000 < 0.005, r=.441. Oleh karena itu, guru perlu selalu memastikan bahwa siswa puas dengan e-learning mereka sehingga pencapaian bahasa Inggris mereka juga dapat maksimal.Kata kunci: e-learning, kepuasan siswa, pencapaian bahasa Inggris

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed at finding out the impoliteness strategy produced by the characters in Paranorman movie. Employing a pragmatic analytical framework, this study is qualitative. The data were utterances produced by the characters in Paranorman movie, whereas the contexts were dialogues. The research used Paranorman movie script and movie as sources. The researcher was the primary instrument, with the datasheet as a secondary. The researcher collected data by analyzing documents by note-taking. The data were analyzed using a reference (pragmatic inference). The research findings reveal the following. First, the characters in Paranorman use four kinds of impoliteness strategies. They are bald on record, positive, negative, and sarcastic. Second, each impoliteness strategy has its own representation. Direct, clear, and unambiguous statements are used to express impoliteness. Positive impoliteness occurs as disassociating from others, calling the other names, and using  taboo words. Negative impoliteness occurs as condescending, scorning, or ridiculing the other. Sarcasm or mock politeness is only performed by using insincere politeness. This is the most representation. Third, the movie shows three responses, namely no response, accepting, and countering the face attack. Countering a face attack has two parts, namely offensive and defensive.Keywords: impoliteness strategy, negative impoliteness, positive impolitenessAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan strategi ketidaksopanan yang diucapkan oleh para tokoh di film Paranorman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan orientasi pragmatic analytical framework. Data penelitian berupa ujaran yang diucapkan oleh para tokoh pada film Paranorman, sementara konteksnya adalah dialog. Sumber data adalah film Paranorman dan skripnya. Peneliti bertindak sebagai instrument utama, sedangkan lembar pencatat  sebagai instrumen sekunder. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui analisis dokumen dengan cara note-taking. Data dianalisis menggunakan  pragmatic inference. Berikut adalah temuan penelitian. Pertama, tokoh pada film Paranorman menggunakan empat macam strategi ketidaksopanan. Strategi tersebut adalah  bald on record, positive, negative, dan sarcasm. Kedua, setiap strategi memiliki representasinya sendiri. Pernyataan langsung, jelas, dan tidak ambigu dipakai untuk mengekspresikan ketidaksopanan. Positive impoliteness terjadi saat menjauhkan hubungan dengan yang lain, dengan cara calling the other names, dan using of taboo words. Negative impoliteness terjadi saat merendahkan orang lain dengan  scorning atau ridiculing orang lain. Sarcasm atau mock politeness dilakukan hanya dengan menggunakan insincere politeness. Ketiga, data menunjukan adanya tiga respons terhadap ketidaksopanan, yaitu no response, accepting, dan countering the face attack. Abstract

Abstract. There has been extensive research done on learning strategies nowadays. A lot of researchers are interested to know which strategies are commonly used by EFL learners. They perceive the importance of this study. This research was therefore done to investigate the strategies used by English Language Education Program students in an online Academic Listening course. This study employed a qualitative method. To find out the answer, questionnaires that consisted of some close-ended and open-ended questions were used. The questionnaire was distributed to 34 students of the 2020 batch, who were taking an online Academic Listening class. Interviews with some students to gain further information and who had unique answers were also conducted. The results showed that in the online listening class, the students used six strategies, those were metacognitive, cognitive, memory, compensatory, social, and affective strategies. The findings also showed that metacognitive and cognitive strategies were mostly used strategies by students. Keywords: academic listening, listening strategies, online learningAbstrak. Telah banyak penelitian dilakukan terkait dengan strategi pembelajaran. Banyak peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui strategi belajar apakah yang umum digunakan oleh para siswa yang belajar Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing. Para peneliti memandang pentingnya hal ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa program Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris pada mata kuliah online Academic Listening. Data yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan jawaban, kuesioner yang berisi beberapa pertanyaan terbuka dan tertutup. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 34 mahasiswa angkatan 2020, dimana mereka sedang mengambil mata kuliah tersebut. Dilakukan interview pada beberapa siswa untuk mendapat informasi mendalam dan mahasiwa dengan jawaban yang menarik atau kurang jelas. Hasil jawaban menunjukkan bahwa di kelas online Academic Listening, mahasiswa menggunakan 6 strategi yaitu metakognitif, kognitif, memori, kompensatori,sosial, dan afektif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metakognitif dan cognitif strategi adalah strategi yang sering digunakan mahasiswa. Kata kunci: akademik listening, strategi mendengarkan, pembelajaran online

Abstract

Abstract. Due to inadequate labeling, a museum's fundamental objective may be compromised. Museum Radya Pustaka Surakarta's unappealing and grammatically improper labels prompted us to study foreign visitors' perceptions of the English version of the museum labels. An analysis of the translation was carried out to see whether the flavor and essence of the original captions were preserved, the translation was under relevant cultural standards, and it could be read fluently or non-intrusively. This study used a descriptive qualitative design. Its data consisted of linguistic data, collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions. The data were analyzed descriptively to answer the research questions on the naturalness and comprehensibility of label translation within the readers’ perception.  It has been discovered that the local Javanese cultural terminology makes it more difficult for foreigners to comprehend the labels. In addition, the naturalness of the translation is hindered by grammatical faults such as a lack of text coherence and an inadequate sentence structure. Remarkably, improperly designed museum labels and defects in the source text have also been proven to produce barriers to effective communication in translation. These facts may be inconvenient and fail to serve people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Due to this circumstance, the Radya Pustaka Museum in Surakarta needs to ensure that both the Indonesian and English museum labels it provides are of adequate quality to benefit its potential foreign visitors.Keywords: comprehensibility; culture; labels; museum; naturalness; translationAbstrak. Pemanfaatan label untuk mendeskripsikan benda-benda koleksi museum dapat membantu tercapainya tujuan museum sebagai pusat ilmu pengetahuan dan penelitian.  Tujuan tersebut akan sulit terwujud jika tidak tersedia label museum yang memadai.  Label di Museum Radya Pustaka Surakarta menjadi perhatian kami untuk melakukan penelitian tentang persepsi pengunjung asing terhadap terjemahan label museum dalam versi bahasa Inggris. Terjemahan tersebut dikaji untuk memastikan apakah rasa dan esensi teks asli dapat dipertahankan, apakah terjemahan mematuhi standar dan norma budaya sasaran, dan apakah terjemahan dapat mudah dipahami.  Hasil investigasi menunjukkan bahwa istilah-istilah budaya dalam bahasa Jawa menyulitkan wisatawan asing untuk memahami konten dalam label museum.  Permasalahan tata bahasa dan struktur kalimat yang kurang baik turut mengurangi tingkat keterbacaan terjemahan.  Selain itu, teks sumber yang kurang memiliki kesesuaian dengan tata bahasa Indonesia turut berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya kualitas terjemahan.  Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa label museum belum dapat menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik sebagai media komunikasi dan penghubung antar budaya, khususnya dengan pengunjung yang memiliki latar belakang budaya yang berbeda. Oleh sebab itu, Museum Radya Pustaka Surakarta sebagai museum lokal sejarah masih memiliki pekerjaan rumah besar, yaitu menyediakan label museum yang mampu ‘memuaskan’ pengunjung internasional.Kata kunci: budaya, keberterimaan, keterbacaan, label, museum, penerjemahan

Abstract

Abstract. This phonological analysis investigated the production of English consonant sounds produced by Balinese EFL students’ who speak an idiosyncratic native language as the main phenomena and examined the phonological rules represented descriptively and qualitatively. The data were gathered through digital recording and were observed by identifying the English pronunciation through note taking technique. This study was supported by the theories regarding phonological rules proposed by Odden (2013) and Hayes (2008). The Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary was used as a standard form of American pronunciation to compare the sounds produced by the students. The result of the study shows that the phonological errors represented in two ways of phonological rules: assimilation and deletion. First, assimilation occurred in the three positions of the word in three different sounds: [z], [ð] and [?]. Second, final deletion of specific phoneme /k/ and the deletion of aspirated allophones of the phoneme /p/. This study provides a significant contribution that there are several common phonological errors of English consonant sounds encountered by Balinese EFL students.Keywords: English consonants, phonological process, phonological rule, pronunciationAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produksi bunyi konsonan bahasa Inggris yang diproduksi oleh mahasiswa EFL Bali yang memiliki bahasa ibu yang idiosinkratik sebagai fenomena utama dan menentukan aturan fonologis secara deskriptif dan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekaman digital dan diamati dengan mengidentifikasi pengucapan melalui teknik pencatatan. Teori kaidah fonologis yang dikemukakan oleh Odden (2013) dan Hayes (2008) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Selain itu, Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi standar pengucapan bahasa Inggris untuk membandingkan dengan pengucapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengucapan Bahasa Inggris oleh siswa dapat direpresentasikan dalam dua kaidah fonologis. Pertama, proses asimilasi terjadi pada tiga posisi kata dalam tiga bunyi berbeda: [z], [ð] dan [?]. Kedua, penghapusan fonem akhir tertentu yakni fonem /k/ dan penghapusan alofon fonem /p/. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bahwa terdapat beberapa kesalahan fonologis yang umum terjadi pada bunyi konsonan bahasa Inggris yang ditemui oleh mahasiswa EFL Bali.Kata kunci: bunyi konsonan bahasa Inggris, kaidah fonologis, pelafalan, proses fonologis
