Abstract

STTA is an academic institution, because of the resion important to research in this institution. The research has aim to known literacy profile in academic society . Focus this research is information in internet or social media and reseliance.This research is a descriptive. The research focused in social media viral news with the reseliance. Sample of the research with the purposive cluster sampling, with the student STTA is a sample. Department is a cluster. Quesioner and writing tes is an instrument.From the data there are many  conclution. Improved of information literacy is important to the responden.The benefit from the data, we can knows that information can be fast to transmited. The information can be viral information. But the hoax information can be froud in the society. Thishoax information can be danger to the nasional resilience.

Abstract

This study aimed to establish the type of Savonius wind turbines that capable of generating electric power of 200 Watts. This objective relates to Bantul District Government program which plans to build wind turbin generating electrical power (Pembangkit  Listrik Tenaga Bayu, PLTB) 200 Watt as a backup power source for powering cooling fish caught by fishermen in the southern coast. Savonius Turbine chosen with consideration that it has simple construction so that the cost is not expensive, not depending on the direction of the wind, and is suitable for small power plants.Design of Savonius turbine blade has been completed, the turbine blade height 168 cm and a diameter of 55 cm. Blade turbine mounted on an arm along 55 cm from the turbine shaft and separate 120º. The turbine is supported by a 3-foot-tall turbines framework 2,5 m iron box 4 cm x 4 cm. The test simulated to determine the turbine rotation has been performed at varying wind speeds, i.e. 2 m /s, 4 m /s and 6 m /s.Based on test results, the turbine is capable of rotating an average of 54,2 rpm at a wind speed of 2 m /s; 86,8 rpm at a wind speed of 4 m /s; and 124,2 rpm at a wind speed of 6 m /s. These test results indicate that the Savonius turbines can be used to drive a generator producing the need of electrical energy

Abstract

Quick-and-accurate decision is a primary requirement for achieving a mission’s successfulness in many organizations whether they are militaries or civilians.  The larger and more complex the scope of a mission the longer the time will be needed to perform decision-making. A complex mission such as retaining a sustainable mission of aircrafts deployed in certain remote bases will require a 24-hour of standby on-site or off-site maintenance teams. The most common problem arisen from humans in such situations is the fatigue that can occur anytime to any of them during a continuing mission and of course, it can affect the continuity of the mission and delay or disappoint the mission achievement. In this paper we address the concept of the utilization of Multiagent Collaborative Computation (MCC) paradigm in supporting the decision-making process in aircrafts maintenance during a sustainable mission in remote bases. The ultimate goal of the MCC-based aircraft maintenance system is comprehensive information regarding the maintenance procedures in order to keep the aircrafts serviceable during the mission implementation. In this paper we also present the technique to obtain the comprehensive information as the basis for decision-making called A3S (Arwin-Adang-Aciek-Sembiring) information-inferencing fusion method

Abstract

Strategic planning is done in order to the company can look at it objectively internal and external conditions that the company can anticipate changes in the external environment. Strategic planning begins with the introduction of the company's vision and mission in order to determine which company will produce an overview of the internal and external environment. Furthermore conduct a SWOT analysis to formulate appropriate strategic alternatives to position the company. The last stage is the decision-making strategies using Fuzzy Quantitive Strategic Planning Matrix (FQSPM) to determine and select the best strategy from a number of alternative strategies given certain criteria using Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal. Solution (FTOPSIS). Results of the determination of the strategy chosen by the fuzzy TOPSIS for furniture company is intelegent increased marketing and promotional products.

Abstract

Abstract— 3D computer graphics are often referred to as 3D modeling is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any three-dimensional surface of an object (either inanimate or living) via specialized software. The design of aircraft at the present time can use a variety of methods one using software Blender and NURBS technique. In the manufacture of aircraft models used animation production process flow is divided into three stages: pre-production, production and post-production. Pre-production stage such as modeling, texturing, rigging. Stage productions such as animating, lighting, rendering. In the manufacture of pre-production stage takes precision accuracy settings using NURBS techniques. Abstract

The creation of a good product PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA assisted with production machines, one of which is the machine CNC MACHINE (DOUBLE CINCINNATI Milacron gantry ALUMINIUM TYPE-F), the role of a machine type-f CNC machine itself is very influential in the existing production process at PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA. The lack of treatment systems for the repair and replacement of components caused because the machines that is already beyond the age of many techniques, resulting in the production of the company to become unstable.In this study used methods Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and the concept of autonomous maintenance and using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to determine analyze potential errors or failures, it is advisable to keep using autonomous maintenance as minor maintenance.            Analysis and discussion of the results obtained OEE decline in 2014 to 2015 is 86.15% to 75.62% drop is due to the low value avalaibility, and get the highest objective value RPN 441 on a 40 point damage to component Servo Off. Solutions to make improvements to enable the Total Productive Maintenance in which includes Autonomous Maintenance. Keywords: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE), Autonomous Maintenance, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

Abstract

Electricity is one of the most elements needed in the life for any activities and productivities. In the other side, no electricity is the classically problem occurred for the any remote areas caused by no electricity supply by the agent of government. We are required to overcome the problem based on laverage of the existing resource, such as water, geothermal, wind, solar, etc. A small system use the waterflow in order to generate an electrical system known as microhydro has been developed for remote area in District Wonosobo Central Java. There are a waterways or water channel as a result of the dam of Galuh River. Flow of clean water condition has a constant throughout the year. Drains and location of research has a height difference of 6 m therefore has potential enough power to drive a turbine through an 25 cm diameter of a pipe used for the water input. The microhydro system has been developed with maximal capacity of 3000 kW. Electricity produced has been used for street lighting and any small enterprises, i.e. fish pond, chicken farm, and mushroom cultivation. This area was previously not affordable, now by this electricity become bright and productive.

Abstract

         YIQ (Iuma, In-phase, Quadrature) is a color space used to transmit analog TV signal. This research is conducting a possibility test on using YIQ as color features for fruit ripeness classification, which tested on Sunpride bananas. Classification is done using k-NN algorithm against YIQ values of several ripeness stage. The classification process itself consists of two steps: training and testing. In the training step, values from RGB color space of the images as training samples are converted into YIQ and extracted as features to form the classes, while in testing step, the test image went through the same conversion and feature extraction process, then classified using k-NN against the classes’ features, using k=3 and k=1. There are 120 Sunpride banana images used as test objects, and the results obtained shown that the classification performance using k=3 for Sangat Matang class is 100%, Busuk class is 66,67%, Mengkal class is 60% and Matang class is 60%. Results using k=1 for Sangat Matang class is 100%, Busuk class is 66,67%, Mengkal class is 66,7% and Matang class is 56,67%.Keywords  : Classification, YIQ Color Space, Banana Sunpride, Euclidean Distance, k-Nearest Neighbors

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kawasan rawan resiko bencana gempabumi di Propinsi NTB menggunakan metode PSHA untuk mendapatkan peta probabilitas peak ground acceleration secara periodik berdasarkan data gempa terbaru di zona megathrust dan zona background sebagai salah satu upaya mitigasi bencana gempabumi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada data kejadian gempabumi di Propinsi NTB dan sekitarnya selama 116 tahun yang diolah menggunakan software Ez-Frisk 7.52. Kerangka kerja menggunakan metode PSHA dimulai dari tahapan pengumpulan data gempabumi selama 116 tahun pada koordinat -6,33° LS sampai  -11,33° LS dan 112,45° BT sampai 119,83°BT diperoleh dari katalog gempabumi USGS, ISC dan ANSS. Selanjutnya melakukan konversi magnitudo kedalam skala magnitudo momen sebelum dilakukan identifikasi gempabumi menggunakan kriteria Gardner dan Knopoof untuk mendapatkan parameter a-b. Penentuan fungsi atenuasi berdasarkan pemodelan sumber gempa yang ditentukan oleh peneliti, yaitu sumber gempa subduksi interface (megathrust) dan sumber gempa subduksi intraslab (deep background). Perhitungan nilai peak ground acceleration menggunakan dasar teori probabilitas total yang telah dikembangkan oleh Cornell. Hasil percepatan spektra akibat sumber gempa subduksi di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat berdasarkan analisis probabilistik berkisar antara 0.04 g – 0.1 g untuk periode ulang 500 tahun, sedangkan untuk periode ulang 2500 tahun adalah 0.08 g – 0.3 g. Untuk sumber gempa shallow background berkisar antara 0.1 g – 0.3 g untuk periode ulang 500 tahun, sedangkan untuk periode ulang 2500 tahun adalah 0.2 g – 0.5 g. Sedangakan untuk sumber gempa deep background berkisar antara 0.2 g – 0.3 g untuk periode ulang 500 tahun, sedangkan untuk periode ulang 2500 tahun adalah 0.3 g – 0.4 g.Kata kunci: PSHA, subduksi, interface, intraslab, background, acceleration

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of demographic factors ( age , gender , education , experience ) and personality factors ( computer anxiety , computer attitude , math anxiety ) to the end user computing expertise of personnel either partially or simultaneously . Models the influence of the demographic variables and personality skills in end user computing research model replicated from Harrison and Rainer (1992 ) and the research model and Gudono Rifa (1998). The study was conducted on teacher and administrative employees of State High School I to XI in Yogyakarta Municipality considering charging adminsitrasinya teacher certification performed with computerized online program for you State , appropriate curriculum in 2013 all teachers in the learning process to educate students using computerized , so too the acceptance of new students each academic year always use the on-line computerized . Thus both teachers and administrative staff are required to have expertise in End user Computing . So the research conducted to analyze the influence of demographic factors and personality to expertise in End User Computing. The results showed that demographic factors (age - gender - experience) has a direct influence on the expertise in end user computing 0 , 001 ; 0 , 027 ; 0,007 . Personality factors of computer anxiety (fear - Anticipation 0.057) ; computer attitude (Intimidation 0.05) has a direct influence on the expertise in end user computing . The results were quite surprising is the demographic factors (educational 0.117) , personality factors of computer attitude (0.760 pessimism - optimism 0.150) ; math anxiety (0.334) is not significant enough to expertise in end user computing . To improve performance in the Public High Schools in Yogyakarta municipality with regard to the introduction of new technology on- line computerized system above , need to be considered in decisions about withdrawal of the human resources , training and implementation of computer education for personnel and equipment. Provision of adequate facilities is expected to increase its expertise in end user computing , which in turn improves the performance of State High School and individual performance
