Abstract

ABSTRACT The research method used is positivistic, explanatory causality, data collection using a survey method with a sample size of 225 customers using Livin by Mandiri services in 5 sub-districts in Banjarmasin Kota. Data collection was carried out using the e-survey method. The google form questionnaire was distributed via facebook. The data analysis technique uses path analysis techniques. Data calculation using the SPSS Version 26 application.The results of the study prove that the service quality of Livin by Mandiri had a direct and significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Customer satisfaction directly has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates a significant positive on the effect of Livin by Mandiri's service quality on customer loyalty using the application. Keywords: Livin by Mandiri, Service Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors, strategies and business performance of the new Sasirangan entrepreneurs in Banjarmasin during the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal era using the 4P aspects, product, price, place, and promotion are aspects of the marketing mix. This research is a qualitative descriptive type using a sample collection technique using snowball sampling with observation and in-depth interviews.Data analysis techniques used are data collection and reduction as well as verification or drawing conclusions. This study uses triangukasu sources and methods to test the validity of the data. In this study, the authors made direct visits to the business actors of WUB Sasirangan in Banjarmasin to conduct interviews.The results showed that the factors that affected the Sasirangan WUB in Banjarmasin were affected during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the absence of orders, the difficulty of marketing and the availability of raw materials. However, there are other factors that also affect the ability of Sasirangan WUB to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the provision of training by the relevant agencies to support WUB's performance and the existence of online media that facilitates the buying and selling process. WUB's business performance is more dominant in product and promotion variables. This can be seen from the diversity of products sold by WUB as well as the strategies carried out by carrying out more intensive marketing through online and offline media. Keywords: business performance, marketing mix, business strategy, COVID-19

Abstract

ABSTRACT Every firm faces obstacles in a variety of conditions that might have an impact on the organization. As an example, consider the current epidemic, which impacts all industries and has an influence on economic globalization. As a result, the firm must be able to reduce losses, and one that influences the quality of human resources is defined by employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how work motivation and organizational culture affected employee performance at Transmart Carrefour Dutamall Banjarmasin during the Pandemic Period (Covid-19). Either partially or concurrently. A descriptive quantitative technique is used in this sort of study.The subjects of this research were employees of Transmart Carrefour Dutamall Banjarmasin. Random sampling was used, with a sample size of 64 respondents. Work Motivation and Organizational Culture are the independent factors, whereas employee performance is the dependent variable. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, the F Test, and the t Test are used to prove the hypothesis.According to the study's findings, job motivation and organizational culture both have a substantial impact on employee performance. It is clear that Fcount (31.465) Ftable (3.15). Employee performance is influenced in part by work motivation and organizational culture. Work Motivation (0.004) (0.005) and t count (3.069) (1.999), organizational culture (0.003) (0.005) and t count (2.870) may be variables (1.999). Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study develops the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model. UTAUT 2 consists of the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, behavioral intention, and use behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of the factors in the UTAUT 2 model on user behavior in using the DANA e-wallet application.This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type. A sample of 90 users of the DANA application in Samarinda City was selected by accidental sampling. The causality test uses partial least squares.The results showed that performance expectancy and price value have positive and significant effects on behavioral intention; habit and behavioral intention have positive and significant effects on use behavior; effort expectancy and facilitating conditions have negative and insignificant effects on use behavior; social influence has negative yet significant effect on behavioral intention; and hedonic motivation has positive but not significant effect on behavioral intention. Keywords: UTAUT 2, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit, Behavioral Intention, Use Behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of work stress and motivation on performance through job satisfaction of nurses at Pangeran Jaya Sumitra Hospital, Kotabaru. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory type. The sample was selected as many as 107 nurses with use technique Simple Random Sampling Hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate 1) there is a significant effect of work stress and motivation on nurse job satisfaction, 2) there is a significant effect of job stress, motivation, and job satisfaction on nurse performance. Indirectly motivation has a significant effect on nurse performance through job satisfaction, but job stress does not significantly affect nurse performance through job satisfaction.  Keywords: Job stress, motivation, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study, the aim is to obtain evidance regarding the analysis of the effect of finansial performance on stock prices. The independent variable used in this study is Current Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover. While the dependent variable used in this study is the share price measured using Moving Average 200 (MA200).The population in this study is all pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014 – 2018 period. In determining the sample of this study using the purposive sampling method and has obtained a sample of 7 pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies based on predermined criteria. The analysis technique used in this study isu sing multiple regression analysis through SPSS version 26.The result of this study indicate that: (1) Current Ratio has no influence on stock prices, (2) Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, (3) Debt to Equity Ratio has no influence on stock prices, (4) Total Assets Turnover has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Keywords: Stock Price, Current Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets Turnover

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the competitiveness of UMKM to follow procurement of goods and government services and supporting factors and hinder the competitiveness UMKM to follow procurement of goods and government services in Hulu Sungai Utara District. This research is qualitative research and was conducted on Electronic Procerument Services (LPSE) and UMKM to follow procurement of goods and government services. The increase in market share and the increase in profits in last three years decreased due to many competitors and the packages is getting smaller because the government for the procurement of goods and government services. Besides that, supporting factors are having an understanding of procurement of goods and government services, working partners, procurement of goods and government services specification, and promotion. The obstacle factors are lack of experts and IT personnel, capital, increasing competitors, lack of experience and here is still a syndication between the UMKM with authorized government official. The government support the specification program for the procurement of goods and services to be disseminated to UMKM workers involved in the procurement of goods and government services, increase IT personnel so that every time there is an offer or information related to the procurement of goods and government services, they are always responsive. Every UMKM need to work together with experts so thatlater it will be easier to procure goods and government services, need to think about capital and be fair and not easily influenced by syndications between UMKM workers or concerned government officials. Keywords:  Competitiveness, UMKM and Procurement of goods and government services

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether investment exhibitions, investment forums, information of investment potential on websites, information of investment potential on billboards, and service satisfaction have a direct effect on investment decisions, and indirectly affect investment decisions through perceptions of investment potential. This research is a quantitative research using SmartPLS 3 with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, the research sample is investors who invest their capital in South Kalimantan Province continuously for the last three years and recorded on several work projects totaling 86 respondents. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that investment exhibitions, investment forums, information of investment potential on websites, and information of investment potential on billboards which are part of investment promotion activities were not able to influence investment decisions, the variable that really affects investment decisions is perception investment potential, and service satisfaction variables can affect investment decisions only if mediated by the perceptions of investment potential variable.  Keywords: Promotion, Service Satisfaction, Investment Decision, Perception of Investment Potential

Abstract

The research methods  used are qualitative methods,  data  collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews and documentation.  The data source was taken through  informants totaling 15 people, using  data  analysis techniques, namely through   the stages of reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, while  the test  Data credibility using triangulation.The results showed that the  service at the UPT Puskesmas Batang Kulur, Sungai  Raya  District,  Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, was quite good.  Of the 10 subvariables,  there are 2 good things,  namely: komitmen from management and pengetahu management about quality.  Subvariables that show  quite good results are found in:  the ability to change culture, the ability to build a leadership organization, the value of rewarding and rewarding employees and  the  conformity between structures. organization.  Subvariables that show poor results   are found in: sustainablecycling, planning accuracy  , adequacy of resources and funds and accuracyof adopting quality management principles into the organization.  The factors thathinder the p elayanan  di UPT Puskesmas Batang Kulur, Sungai Raya District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, p ertama, lack of discipline of time of Puskesmas officers in providing services to the community, k edua, k urangnya puskesmas employees in providing services to the community,  k etiga, weinclude employees in the sustainable cycling.  The efforts made to address these  inhibiting factors are: pertama, it is hoped that puskesmas officers  in providing services to the community so that they can   on time, kedua,  adding Puskesmas officers in  providing services  to patients / the community so that the services provided by UPT Puskesmas officers can run well,   third, include officers   in training   sustainable.To improve services at  UPT Puskesmas Batang  Kulur, Sungai  Raya  District,  Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, it is recommended to the Head of  UPT  Puskesmas Batang Kulur to  convey to  the Head of the Health Office   to  add service officers at   UPT Puskesmas so that services at puskesmas  can run well  and in accordance with the service process.  Meanwhile, Puskesmas employees  are expected to  improve discipline at  work and continue  to  motivate themselves to support the  smooth process of  services provided at the  Batang   Kulur Health Center.  Sungai  Raya  Subdistrict, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. For sustainable training  programs, it is hoped that the Head of UPT  Puskesmas Batang Kulur will provide opportunities for their employees. Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach, with causal associative research type, data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population in this study were all employees of the Land Office of Balangan district 2021, totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling, namely Saturated Sampling or Total Sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done when the population is relatively small. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the Hypothesis Test uses a Simple Linear Regression Test and a T Test. The results of the calculation of the simple linear regression coefficient produce a value of Y = - 7.025 + 0.836 X which means that every one increase in Archive Management has an effect of 0.836 on Employee Work Efficiency, so that it can be concluded that there is an influence between variable X on variable Y. Meanwhile, from the results of the T test calculation, count is 5.674 compared to t_table (db=36) which is 2,028 with a significant level of 5%, then H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, H1 or the Alternative Hypothesis reads " There is a positive and significant influence between Archive Management on Employee Work Efficiency in the Land Office of Balangan District". From the results of the data obtained using the SPSS 20 application, a correlation value of 0.687 is generated so that it can be concluded that the relationship between the two variables X and Y is categorized as Strong, the result of the coefficient of Determinant (r²) = 47.1% which is rounded up to 47%. The influencing factors are facilities and infrastructure factors, individual attitude factors, work procedures.To the Head of the Land Office of Balangan Regency to pay more attention to his employees, evaluate the filing system, be firm in reprimanding and giving sanctions, Regarding infrastructure so that in the future it can maximize existing infrastructure facilities, and carry out plans to increase archive space. To employees who commit violations and to the Archives Officer to pay more attention to archives in terms of managing archives so that archives are more neatly organized and do not overlap besides making it easier to search for archives if the archive is needed. Keywords: Archive Management, Employee Work Efficiency.
