Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational structure on innovation at the branch office of PT. BRI Syariah Banjarmasin. Innovation is recognized as one of the keys to success in an organization, but an innovation will not run well if there is no regulation from the organization, so that innovation is closely related to organizational structure. The variable used in this study is the organizational structure with 3 dimensions: complexity, formalization, and centralization, while the innovation variable has 2 dimensions: the initiation stage and the implementation stage. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 employees of BRIsyariah Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used primary and secondary data, and were analyzed using the Amos 22 SEM application. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that complexity had a partial and significant effect on initiation, complexity had no partial and significant effect on implementation, formalization had a partial and significant effect on the initiation stage. , formalization does not have a partial and significant effect on implementation, centralization has a partial and significant effect on initiation and centralization has a partial and significant effect on implementation Keywords: Organizational structure, innovation, complexity, formalization, initiation, implementation

Abstract

Hantaka Village in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency of the South Kalimantan Province served as the background for this study's data collection in support of the study's objectives. In the philosophy of positivism, sampling is typically done at random, research instruments are used for data collection, and quantitative and statistical methods are used for data analysis. There are 1,501 people in the population, and 45 of them make up the sample. Hair et al.'s (2014) theory: 173. As a result, the following findings are obtained: 1. The results of the t-test indicate that the variable potential of natural resources (X1) has a magnitude influence of 62.1 percent and a significant level of 0.000, or less than 0.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that the potential of natural resources (X1) has an effect on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. 2. The results of the t-test indicate that the variable human growth index (IPM) (X2) has a magnitude influence of 20% and a significant level of 0.094, or less than 0.05, indicating that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This indicates that the human growth index (IPM) (X2) has an effect on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, but not significantly. 3. The potential impact of natural resources and the human growth index (IPM) on economic growth in Hanntak Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, accounted for 51.10 percent of the independent variables. Abstract

Committees, leverage, and profitability on earnings management of Manufacturing companies (consumer goods) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of  2016 - 2018. Abstract

In the current era of globalization and rapid technological advances, the business world is growing rapidly and business competition is increasingly competitive. Currently, Indonesia is being hit by the Korean Wave phenomenon which has resulted in many people preferring products originating from South Korea, especially cosmetic products. origin for Indonesian cosmetic products and pay attention to brand image. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Country of Origin on Brand Image and Purchase Decision of BLP Beauty Cosmetics in Banjarmasin City. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents This research uses a quantitative approach with causal explanatory research. This study uses PLS as a data analysis technique with Smart PLS.The results of this study indicate that the country of origin has a significant effect on purchase decisions through brand image, while the country of origin has no significant effect on purchase decisions on BLP Beauty brand cosmetic products in Banjarmasin City Keywords: Country of Origin, Brand Image, Purchase Decision, Cosmetic

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Service Quality, Promotion and Price on Buying Interest at E-Commerce Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjarmasin City. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of explanatory. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling.The results based on the partial test (t test) show that E-Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Price (X3) have a partial and significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with each effect of 25.5%, 23.9% and 30.9%. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test (f test) E-Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Price (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with an effect of 64.5% while 35.5% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study Keywords: E-service quality, promotion, price and buying interest

Abstract

This research aims to test the difference in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between permanent and contract employees, continued to test the influence of job satisfaction, leadership style, and organizational culture on OCB employees of PT Ambang Barito Nusapersada. The study used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 27 employees (saturated sampling) divided into 13 permanent employees and 14 contract employees. Questionnaires are used as instruments while Independent sample t-tests and multiple linear regressions to test hypotheses. The results showed permanent and contract employees showed no difference in OCB. Other test results, proving job satisfaction, leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on OCB, and partially only job satisfaction and organizational culture have a significant effect Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, OCB, Permanent Employees, Contract Employees, Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of innovations carried out in two institutions of Yayasan Pembangunan Insan Farmasi Indonesia Banjarmasin, namely educational institutions, namely the ISFI Banjarmasin Vocational High School (SMK) and the ISFI Banjarmasin College of Health Sciences (STIKES). Complexity (Complexity), Formalization (Formalization) and Centralization (Centralization) of the innovations carried out in the two institutions.The results of the study capture the effect of Complexity, Formalization and Centralization on the implementation of innovations carried out by institutions. Abstract

   This purpose of this research is to test the effect of Organizational Culture, Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The sampling technique of non-probability sampling was used on 44 employees who were actively working in the Bureau of Organizational Assistants of the Regional Secretariat of the Government of South Kalimantan Province. The data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were analyzed using a quantitative/statistical approach. The results showed that organizational culture, physical work environment and employee discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords:  Organizational Culture, Physical Work Environment, Work  Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Environment with Motivation as an Intervening Variable on Teller Employee Performance at Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with the type of causality associative research. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling method on 32 employees of Teller Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin. The google form questionnaire was distributed via Whatsapp to each respondent. Data analysis using SmartPLS softwareThe results showed that Organizational Culture had an insignificant effect on the Performance of Teller Employees of Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin, Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Performance of Teller Employees of Bank Kalsel Main Branch of Banjarmasin, Organizational Culture had a significant influence on Motivation of Teller Employees of Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin, The work environment has a significant influence on the motivation of teller employees at Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin and motivation has an insignificant effect on the performance of teller employees at Bank Kalsel Main Branch Banjarmasin. Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of  Social Marketing on Donation Decisions mediated by the Donor Trust at the National Amil Zakat Agency of South Kalimantan Province. The research location is at the National Amil Zakat Agency of South Kalimantan Province (Baznas Kal-Sel). The research sample of 100 respondents who were randomly selected (random sample sampling) with the characteristics of respondents is the Baznas Kal-Sel muzakki who is active in 2023 and lives in South Kalimantan. Questionnaires are used for data collection and data processing to test hypotheses and SEM-PLS to analyze the data. The results of the study prove that Social marketing has a significant effect on the decision to donate, Social marketing has a significant effect on donor trust, Donor trust has a significant effect on the decision to donate. Social marketing has a significant indirect effect on donation decisions mediated by donor trust. Keywords: Social Marketing, Donor Trust, Donation Decision
